I don't normally do reviews outside of gyms and restaurants but this place deserves one for sure. I came by to get a quote for a crack in my windshield and these guys took great care of me right away. Explained all options from filling it to replacing the windshield. Gave me all possible outcomes and risks of each option. Easy to work with and talk to. I came back a few days later to get it filled since it was small. They did it for free it was so small and quick. Waived the $55 normal fee. How awesome! Took all but 20 minutes to fill and so far I am very happy with the job. Great customer service. Spencer was the tech who I worked with at the desk. Great guy. I'll go back here for any other work I need done on any auto glass.

2022 jeep gladiator took a rock to the windshield, called glass magic spoke with Rueben he was able to order a new windshield and get me in the very next morning, outstanding customer service no issue even with have a full lightbar set up. Thanks again!!!

Got a severe rock ding in my windshield just outside of San Angelo. Took my vehicle to Rueben at Glass Magic. He wasn t sure he could fix it. Told he there would be no charge if he wasn t successful. Not only did he get it repaired, he wasn t even going to charge me. Paid him with what cash I had on me anyway. Thanks Rueben, great job!

They were fast! Same day service. They let us keep my car there over night. Just a wonderful company all around.I'd like to add here. I was a little brainless a few weeks ago. And thought they messed up my windshield wipers, they installed them even though they didn't have to. I got there the manager was so nice! He helped me, we found out they weren't installed correctly. He looked over my windshield to make sure it was still intact. We had a giggle and went on with our day. Definitely recommend!

Great experience. They had the truck passenger side window that I needed. They got me in the next day in the morning. Got it ready in about 2 hrs. Did great job. Will use them again for sure.

I stopped by to see if they would look at a window on my car that would leak water and air. They took time to get the seal realigned and had me on my way in no time. I really appreciate them. I will use them in the future.

I would highly recommend this glass shop. The staff is extremely friendly, very professional, located on an easily accessible street, the office has a very welcoming and relaxing vibe to it. The glass techs are all very open and honest with you and provide A+ service. Nonetheless, this is a wonderful place to get most of your vehicle work done.***Ask for Spencer and/or Dylan, both do amazing work***

Had my windshield replaced here about 6 months ago. Love the staff and had a great overall experience. So recently was hit by a rock and decided to go back. Again they were great. He explained the whole process and helped me right away. If I need any work done on my windshield I'll always make sure to come back here.

Had a mishap happen with putting a construction sign thru my back window . They wrapped it up that night and had me return the next morning. Friendly and great staff. Treated me and my service dog with the utmost friendliness. They beat all other prices in the area

After a terrible hailstorm in Odessa that blasted my front and back windshields out, it was difficult to find anyone in the local area to fix my car in a timely manner because so many people were affected. Glass Magic had the windshield that my car needed, came to us from San Angelo and did the job. Appreciate their excellent communication and getting the work done so I could drive my car again. Highly recommended.
