We had shopped around with several dealerships but none compared to Fun Town RV in San Angelo, TX. We worked with Zach Fernandez who went above and beyond what we expected. Zach is the epitome of a professional! We couldn t have asked for a better salesman work with. We were on a strict budget and a tight timeline and he helped us meet both. If you need help in finding the right RV and want to be treated respectfully we highly recommend Zach at Funtown RV in San Angelo!

Very happy with our 5th wheel purchase. Our salesman Baize was extremely knowledgeable on every unit. Had several units ready for us too look at. Once we picked one out they had it ready to go within a few hours. Highly recommend fun town in San Angelo.

We had an amazing experience with buying our new camper from them! They made the purchasing easy and smooth, wonderful communication, Jody and Zach and the whole service team have gone above and beyond with making the purchase satisfying! The only reason for the 4 star rating was the cleaning crew could have done a better job. Thank You Fun Town RV San Angelo for all your hard work!

If you're in the market for a travel trailer and you're in the San Angelo area, I highly recommend visiting Fun Town RV and working with salesperson Victor Hassel. My experience working with Victor was exceptional from start to finish.From the moment I contacted the dealership, Victor was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as he helped me navigate through their selection of travel trailers. He listened carefully to my needs and preferences and provided me with several options that were well-suited to my budget and travel plans.Throughout the purchasing process, Victor was always available to answer my questions and provide helpful guidance. He was also very responsive to my text messages and phone calls, which made the entire process run smoothly and efficiently.Once I had selected the travel trailer that was right for me, Victor introduced me to Jody Ashley, the dealership's financial advisor. Jody was also a pleasure to work with - he was professional, knowledgeable, and patient as he explained all my financing options and helped me make the best choice for my budget. I need to also mention Rudy who did the walkthrough, he answer every question I had and was very patient with me, he explained everything in detail which we appreciated. The Tech Daniel who installed our hitch also did a fantastic job, explaining how to hook up the trailer with ease. The whole process was less then an hour and half from arriving and leaving with our new trailer.Overall, my experience working with Fun Town RV, and specifically with Victor and Jody, was outstanding. Their customer service was top-notch, and they made the process of purchasing a travel trailer stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for an RV or travel trailer.

Purchased a new 5th wheel from FunTown RV San Angelo. If I could give a negative star review for customer service, I would. During the purchase process, I completed an inside and outside walk around the unit with a salesperson. During the walk around, several discrepancies were discovered and documented for repair. This walk around was the only time I would physically see the RV at FunTown as I was having it delivered. Prior to delivery, I was notified via an email/video that all of the issues found during the walk around had been corrected. When the RV was delivered I did a quick walk around and immediately noticed only one of the issues had been fixed and all of the other issues with the unit were as they were when I originally inspected the unit.The issues that were supposed to be fixed: Anti slip tape was torn on the steps was to be replaced. Side trim was loose and needed adhesive and re-sealed. Various places of missing sealant were supposed to be re-sealed. Wheel trim was missing screws and was hanging loose. These were issues I was told were taken care of.When I got it hooked to shore power, I noticed the air conditioner wasn't blowing sufficient air, and the awning didn't work. When I hooked up the water, a major leak occurred at a fitting that goes to the ice maker. When I went to turn on the LP, I discovered one of the propane tank handles was stripped off, so it couldn't be used. I was also told that they would replace the battery on the unit, it was not replaced, and I was told it was miscommunication about that.Contact was made with FunTown, and I explained all of the issues. I was given trouble shooting directions for the AC and was told it was most likely frozen. It wasn't frozen as I had just turned it on. I also mentioned that the awning didn't work and the other issues. They then transferred me to the service department, which at that point wasn't much help. They wanted to know when I could take it back to them. I told them I had it delivered and couldn't take it back, and I was told all of the issues were fixed before it left.During the next couple of weeks, I had conversations with several people at FunTown about the issues and sent several emails with pictures. They confirmed that these pictures matched the issues annotated on the form on file that was supposed to be fixed. I was told they would talk to the salesperson. No one ever got back with me, I have been following up with phone calls and emails, and I am just getting the run around and getting blown off.I have given ample opportunity for this to be resolved prior to writing this review. I have not been able to get anywhere getting these issues resolved. A few photos are being shared of what was supposed to be fixed prior to delivery.

Our salesman JR has been the most patient,kind,and informative person ever. His attention to every detail, his communication with us on every question we had was amazing.Hector the GM made sure that our every wish,want and need in a camper happened.The walk through team was extremely patient and kind.Jody in finance went through every detail with us, and made the process so easy, and by the way Jody, BOOMER SOONER !We drove 6 hours to purchase our camper from them, and would gladly do it again.Their customer service is by far the best !BEST TEAM EVER !!!!

Stephen and the whole staff were great! We traveled all the way from WA state to purchase our 5th wheel trailer. We saved so much money on this compared to the rv dealers in Washington state! Well worth the trip and Stephen is an awesome salesperson that will take care of y all!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could but 1 is the lowest available option. I purchased a camper last year and have had nonstop issues it from circuits shorting, to water leaks, to outdoor speakers not working, to a slide that doesn't come out, to every light on the slides on the insides not working, even down to the remote that came with one of the tvs not working on either of them. I had also asked before the purchase if they could re-seal some portions up top and bolt down one of the couches inside which they did but when this was done whoever was sealing up top got a bunch of white, impossible to remove seal, on my brand new couch that does not come off. Another thing is the fuse panel installed is completely wrong on the labeling, in one spot they have that there is a 30 amp but on the actual fuses installed there is no 30. I've requested warranty paperwork and documentation of everything from my purchase and have been run in circles for months on end even by the Managers Hector and Jodi saying they will send it over and then no response. They do not offer solutions to rectify any of their mistakes but rather reply with "yeah you should get it fixed sooner rather than later." For everyone who has recently asked me about where to buy a camper I have told them to avoid this location at all costs as they are shady, provide horrible customer service aside from upselling a terrible camper on the lot and being your best friend during that moment, and do not live up to expectations by any means. All they care about is the sale, go figure.4.1.24 A month later and the fridge stops working. Just keeps getting better

This was one of the best sales experiences that I have ever had. JR Ramirez, is an excellent salesperson. He met all needs, answered all questions and assisted with the smoothest trade-in transitions that I have ever had. If you are looking to buy a RV, I would contact JR Ramirez at San Angelo Funtown RV.

We had a great experience at Funtown RV. Jeremy McWhorter was our sales guy and he did an outstanding job. Everyone here was friendly from the GM to Service and finance. I highly recommend this place. We purchased the 2022 Ember Overland ROK for off-road camping and it s pretty sharp. I sure appreciate service showing us how to operate the RV and all the different functionalities. We have already received tons of compliments on the RV and we just bought it! Come see these guys!

Nate Martinez was awesome, very nice and respectful, a good heart on his shoulders, a good salesmen, we went to another place in Lubbock didn't feel the welcome there, so if your looking for a RV go to fun town and ask for Nate, thank you Nate we'll be back soon.

I was unfortunately not able to purchase my RV from FT RV, but while attempting to purchase an RV J.R. Ramirez was a God sent. He worked so hard to help me every step of the way. He would answer all of my texts within a few minutes and was so kind. He did not rush me or push me to make any decisions. He went totally at my speed. I could not say a negative word about my experience with him.Fun Town RV s you have a great employee working for you.

This was a good experience from the first time we contacted Funtown RV. This is also the second fifth wheel we ve purchased from a Funtown. Zane stayed in touch with us beginning to end. The whole process went smooth. Zane was willing to help us in any way, Our trailer is very nice and we are very happy with him and the trailer.

We were pleased with our purchase. We had a small problem with the foot of the jack falling off going down the highway. I went back to look but I wasn't able to find it. I contacted them to see if they could possibly give me a new one. At first, I was unhappy that there were no places to camp. Everything was packed and I mean everything even KOA which would not be my first choice. But when I found out that I need to plan many months in advance or even a year for a spot to hook up, I accepted that. They're definitely busy right now. But they still did a good job shuffling everything and getting me out quickly. Special thanks to the guy in service that squeezed me in. Wish I could remember his name he was an older guy but looked and worked like a young man. Would I do it again? Probably not considering the difficulty in finding a spot to park and camp. SO busy and crowded everywhere. Great financing options. Thanks Ernest.

I purchased a unit that was missing it's refrigerator and was promised they would get it ordered in, two months later I still haven't received my fridge and can't get employees to respond to messages requesting updates. This place is only interested in moving units, not any service after a deal.

We purchased a Ember 2022 Travel trailer from Fun Town -San Angelo. We took the trailer on a two week vacation and had nothing but trouble. The refrigerator stopped working, the AC unit stopped working and the list goes on. We had to cut our vacation short due to no AC and refrigerator. We immediately contacted Service department and was on hold for eternity. We left several messages for a return phone call NO ONE EVER called us back. We have only had the trailer for 2 weeks!!!We contacted the next closest Fun Town in Cleburne and they were happy to help. We had to drive 3.5 hours to drop trailer off. We will NEVER use Fun Town-San Angelo again.

Not only great prices but Stephen Hicks worked with us to last minute change the day and time of the walk through/pick up and was fun and easy to connect with. He was also very helpful with questions after the sale. Thank you to FunTown and Stephen!

OMG! Great place to buy an RV! Paulie is an amazing salesman! Very knowledgeable, friendly and did not rush us into buying, which made us want to buy from him. Rudy and Travis did a Great job going through everything we needed to know about our RV. All in all...a wonderful place to buy what you want. A+++++++++

So this review is strictly based on the service from walking into the building. The salesman who helped us out was kind and helpful. The woman who was present when we walked through the door, didn't greet us, no "hi how are you or how can we help you today?", but immediately began asking for names, phone numbers, and emails. Which myself and my friend were comfortable with providing. We were scouting for our husbands and just wanted to give makes, models, and prices that would suit them for the needs of the RV. The salesman at least allowed us to leave with a smile on our face but the, I'm guessing receptionist, left a bitter taste that it nearly turned us off to looking here altogether.

Shout out to COLLIN HANA! He's the man, he made it happen. I was very indecisive regarding my next travel trailer. We came a couple of times out to see the inventory and he gladly, patiently and knowledgeable show us what I wanted to see and even showed us what he thought I'd like. We finally made the purchase and I'm so glad I waited. I love my new camper and couldn't be happier with the customer service that Collin displayed. He kept in constant contact with us and answered all the questions I had. This young man was pleasure to do business with. And let's not forget about Rudy (Go Bears!) He did the walk-through with my husband. Exceptional customer service from both of these young men! I'm a happy camper!!

Salesman Zach Fernandez was awesome to work with he was responsive on the phone answered all my questions quickly and even helped with picking units out on their website. He didn t try and sell me anything I didn t want or need and kept it within my budget I will definitely ask for Zack in the future

We drove 4 hours to buy our new 5th wheel because it was such a great price. Our salesman Collin was awesome!! He went out & took a bunch of pictures so we could make sure we knew what we were getting before we headed to San Angelo. Overall it was a great experience. They walked us through everything on the 5th wheel before we signed papers to make sure we knew how it worked and that it functioned properly. I would definitely recommend this Funtown location.

We recently purchased an East West Ahara Fifth wheel from Fun Town San Angelo. Our salesperson JR could not have made our experience better. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient while we looked at many Rv s. We would highly recommend him. The service dept was just as helpful when we had a few minor issues. Denise, Steve and Victor were there to fix our issues and get us taken care of immediately. Very friendly and helpful Dealership. Will recommend to all our friends.

I would highly recommend Fun Town in San Angelo! It's been about 6 months since I purchased my camper, I have had Steven Hicks as my sells guy, he has helped me several times when I've had questions. Ask for Steven. He is the BEST!!

We just purchased our first RV and Stephen Hicks was a huge help. We had our kids with us (age 1 and 3) which isn't always easy to deal with when making important decisions but Stephen was so patient and would talk to the kids and made it fun for them to. He made us feel very comfortable and just made it a better experience. He took us around in the golf cart (which my daughter loved) to look at different options for our family based off what we said we needed. If you go definitely look him up. He's down to earth and very knowledgeable.

After a year of owning my brand new Sabre fifth wheel I can honestly say it is not worth the investment. We owned a 2003 Jayco we paid cash for and had less issues with it. The whole reason we bought brand new is to avoid serious issues. From over charging the battery to a point of leaching toxic gases while we slept which according to Lippert made the unity board go out to various other issues. Of course finger pointing began and our extended warranty was charged even though these issues were due to the overcharging. The shower doors shattered due to improper install, the fridge latches were not installed correctly so food stained the carpet, zebra shades broke, GFIs needed replaced, and the mini fridge went out. Communication with service is terrible. There is little follow through unless you make the effort. Maybe the demand is just so high craftsmanship and customer service are no longer a priority.

This is the place to go when you don't just wanna hear your typical sales pitch. We were never pushed/pressured for the sale and had nothing but positive vibes from the salesman Stephen; he helped every step of the way. Rudy came in clutch with an entire walkthrough and inspection of the entire travel trailer we purchased, go Bears haha. Very impressed with this place and definitely recommend a visit.
