First and foremost, thank you Firestone for being open seven days a week to accommodate your customers. I take my vehicle to Firestone in San Angelo Texas on Southwest Blvd.I have never been to a Auto care center that has such kind and professional employees.Victor at the front desk is incredible nice and kind, the technicians are awesome at what they do.Michael the Manager is one of the most patient, caring and professional Manager that I've ever encountered he's always willing to go the extra mile, he has each customer's best interest at heart. I am a woman and I've never been mistreated or given the wrong information whenever I take my car in to be serviced.Firestone Corporation please honor your employees at this location.In a world in which we live people can go any where they want to for car care, but it's the tremendous customer service that will keep them coming back.I'm moving from San Angelo in May 2024 my only wish is that I can clone these guys.

Not good called set an appointment for my alignment because I rotated my tires and the front were bold. So I set an appointment and it was 238 but 3hrs later I need 1100 for something I don't need, said all my tires were warped and I need all new! So paid 9.99 for that dumb check I didn't need! Next time listen I'll do business somewhere else I'm not getting ripped off!!!

Had a great experience initially. This Firestone installed new wheels and tires on my Tundra. A couple weeks later about 8 sensors were disabling(ABS, traction control, cruise control and more). It was later discovered by a Toyota dealer that my ABS sensor was damaged and warranty would not cover it. It was even re-spliced and covered in electrical tape. I called and spoke with Michael the manager and he was more than happy to get my sensor replaced and fixed. Great and wonderful at first, until I get there and waited for 4 HOURS!! Just to find out this manager ordered the wrong part and I m now being told they won t fix it. I specifically told the manager it was the ABS sensor and even offered to give him the part number which he did not take from me over the phone. I called corporate but have not heard anything back. You say you re going to fix it then fix it, it s YOUR mistake you ordered the wrong part. I do not recommend going here.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Firestone in San Angelo, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I stepped into their establishment, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist me.My problem was regarding a rental car. To my surprise, they not only took the time to understand the issue but went above and beyond to work with the rental company on my behalf. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable.The diagnostic process was impressively efficient. They quickly identified the problem and wasted no time in getting to work on a solution. I was astounded by their expertise and how swiftly they were able to rectify the issue. Their technical prowess left me with a sense of trust and confidence in their abilities.What truly sets this Firestone apart is their exceptional customer service. Every interaction I had with their team was filled with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine desire to help. They patiently explained the situation and answered all of my questions, ensuring that I fully understood. To make a long story short, going here was a complete waste of time. Got charged half of the diagnostic fee for a problem they couldn t even fix themselves, but when I go to the local autozone. Buy the $27 brake light switch they said they replaced, and replace it myself in the parking lot, and ADJUST IT PROPERLY it works. I did this in a little under 30 minutes and it took Firestone nearly 5 hours to tell me to take my car to a dealership when that isn t what it needed. The staff here are pretty friendly, especially Scott who helped me to understand why the P504 code was causing seemingly unrelated warning lights to pop onto my dash and explained to me how indirect TPMS worked in my car. I really just do not understand how in 5 hours they were unable to solve the same problem that took me around ~30 minutes to diagnose and fix in a parking lot no less.

Worst place to go, they don t value your time and appointmentsI had appointment at 12 dropped the vehicle and said it would take 2 hours to complete,Went to pick up at 3, still had not started working on my car.Why do you guys take appointments if you cant work on time.Let customers know if you cannot do on time.

Had a flat tire and went to this place since it was near by, huge mistake. Had an appointment at 8am and didn t get out till 11am for a single tire change, it wasn t even busy while i was there but they still took an hour and a half to start my car. A salesman also tried to tell me my filters were dirty and my tires needed an alignment, when i had all that done not even 2 months ago. Definitely don t recommend coming here.Service: Tires

I been going there for about 6 years now. Never had a problem with the people there or service. But now with some new faces there I can a change in service and way of doing things. Go in there for a oil change simple and few hours later I get a call to tell me I need a battery it's no good. That with a new battery it going to be four hundred and change. It seemed funny cause I had just change the battery that same year. I asked him to check on the computer to see files when I bought the last battery. He couldn't tell me or check if my battery was still under warranty. Cause I had bought the warranty when I got the battery Die Hard Gold. That I had gotten there not over a year ago on the last oil change. After I told him this, he tells me it's still I warranty and I would only pay 37 for the battery. It looks to me he just wanted to sell extra services that my didn't need. He couldn't even check on there files the information I was asking him for. It's not the first time also this is the second time something like this happened. Long story short I will not be going back to that place. I just lost the trust I had in that place and service they provide.

Never again with this place. Overpriced and the customer service is garbage. They argue with you over the phone about not being able to get ahold of anyone when you call and it rings 20 times and no one answers. They get defensive and call you bud in a condescending way. They ll also tell you they called you way earlier with no proof to try and make you feel stupid. This Firestone should just be closed down by corporate because these people have no humility and try to charge you $33 to install a $20 air filter that takes 15 seconds. Absolute scam. Stay away from this place.

My car needed alignment. Therefore, i went there and got it done, however, the first time they make my car pulled to one side way worse than before. I had to go back and they made my steering wheel stiff and had the check engine light lit on. Moreover, they pulled out my wiper blade rubber saying that it needed replaced and did something to my battery till it lit on the dashboard. Bruh my car was all fine until it went inside your bay. SCAMMERS do not go to this place ever.

I ve had great experiences here. No issues with any being disturbed in the vehicle. Plenty of integrity and honesty at this location. I ve had some long wait times but that s not their fault as I m dealing with a enterprise truck rental and enterprise is always slow to approve maintenance. The staff here has always been friendly and well mannered. The showroom is always super clean and tidy. And if that s not enough there is a delicious pizza joint next door called Trophy s Pizza to grab a bite while your waiting and a gas station next to the pizza joint to get a cold beverage and/or snack. Top that off with a McDonalds right across the street. What more could you ask for.

Service advisor seems nice enough...if they were not able to repair a slowly leaking tire puncture because of it's location, I wish they had said so prior to the removal of the object, but that is a minor issue. I don't think they were trying to force an immediate replacement. I'll replace the set in the next month or two, after some shopping.

Traveling to purchase a horse and lost breaks in our truck. Using the trailer breaks we limped to Firestone. Scott, Alan, and the entire staff were great. They ensured we had a safe place to drop the trailer with my horse staying snug inside. Our truck was repaired quickly so we could get back on the road.

I dealt with Scott for 99.9% of my experience and he is absolutely wonderful to work with. I feel that he is completely honest and I highly trust his opinion. I have gone to him several times now when I have needed repairs on my husband's truck and every time he is friendly, thoroughly explains what needs to be done and his thoughts on what's necessary and what can wait. I feel they are very fair with their prices and they work with you on getting your vehicle in and out very quickly while still doing an excellent job on their work.

My Mother in laws car needed some pretty serious A/C Work done on it. And they handled it very quickly and efficiently. The staff was friendly and helpful. Other than the person I spoke to on Friday morning who wasn't quite so pleasant. ( I don't know maybe he was having a bad morning). But still he was rather short which I didn't appreciate. Otherwise they took care of the problem quickly and had the parts that were needed the next day. I brought the car in to have it serviced on Thursday (and to have the other issues diagnosed) it's a nice clean quiet store. ( Even if they do prefer CNN for thier news source) Again they were very helpful and got her car in and back out in the same day. So thanks guys.

I had an appointment today at 1000 am. I arrived at 09:59. It took someone about 5 minutes to check me in. Since oil changes don t take a long time, I decided to wait. About 45 minutes later, the technician said he is finishing up with an appointment and will be with me shortly. It has now been over an hour and my car is still parked out front and hasn t been touched. I told the technician to give me my keys and I will take my business elsewhere. As a military member, time is very important. I have waited an hour and still haven t received the services WITH AN APPOINTMENT TIME. This wasn t, a walk in. I had an appointment for a service and Firestone simply wasted my time. I don t recommend this place.

At first I was very upset about going in for an inspection and being denied because of my wiper blades. I had looked at them and didn't see the tear but after further inspection of them I realized that they were being honest with us. I am giving them a good review for having integrity in their professionalism.

Service techs were nice and professional. The work they did, however, was not. I had to take it back 2 more times after the initial service, all due to mistakes they created. I just wanted my electrical outlooks and cruise control looked at, and I ended up buying a battery that replaced one that worked just fine because it "suddenly" wouldn't work properly. Turns out they reset the electrical computer and my car lost its idling capabilities (this is a Toyota problem).They put the steering wheel back on incorrectly and had to get that fixed. They told me my exhaust problem was a part of the engine starting slowly (which it didn't), and still exists after the new battery.They quoted me outrageous prices for parts that are very cheap to get at a competitor's store. A tube they want $150 for I just bought for $3.99 at Autozone. A $400 clock wheel I can get for $200.I appreciate their attitude and their willingness to help without complaint, but for car issues I will take it to a better mechanic.

Went there to change my tire, after waiting for 2 hours, I look outside my car is still there and has not been touched. A simple tire replacement should not take any longer than 40 minutes. Extremely slow service. Would not recommend.

These guys here @ Southwest location are awesome!! They've always taken excellent care of me & my rides and I'm beyond grateful for who they are & all they do!! The service was subpar. The price was higher than usual. I waited over an hour for a simple oil change. I watched employees looking at each other s cellphones instead of working on vehicles up on the lift. I will definitely find somewhere else to do business. Also, the public restroom was filthy to the point of being unusable.

The worth place ever. Can not uphold to there word. I drop off my vehicle with an appointment made days prior. They ask for 4 hr. Service and when I show up they did do anything to the car. And they told me up your vehicle is on line. We need like 1to 1:30 more. The worth part I only need tire rotation\balance and verified alignment. I would not recommend this place ever.

These guys were great! Got a nail in my tire and went here because they were open until 7. Went to the store while they worked on it thinking it would take a while, but they had it done in no time. They were super nice when I didn't get there til after 7 to pick it up. Couldn't be happier with the work and the customer service.

We were on vacation coming back from Colorado when brakes started having trouble. We went to this Firestone and Victor the manager on duty was excellent! We explained our situation and he got us in and out quickly We arrived at 7:00 AM and we were out by 8:30 AM. We could not ask for better service.

Dropped off a rim and tire for tire replacement. Biggest critique is that they didn't have the tire I needed. They discussed a tire that would fit; but was a different rating. I don't drive aggressive, so I don't feel like I needed the higher rated tire. It worked out. Price was a bit high. But service and speed was pretty good. Coming from Big Spring, it's hard to complain...where we have jack squat to work with except Wal-Mart; who might as well be an indoor yard sell at the rude neighbor's house.
