Using this place . Required us a longer waiting period to get our repairs done. 2 weeks til parts arrived an being given the run around fir a month an a half . We had told Joe that we would reschedule with no issue at all. Fir a month or two extra down the road. He had no issues with it. Until we asked him for a refund on the labor we had already paid fir to have work done. He immediately requested we bring in following day which was a Friday. We told him an asked many times if he was sure. It was for a alternator swap an battery swap. He proceeded to say the following day was good an to drop off at 9am opening time. So we did , the day went by no call from him by 4pm. So we decided to get dropped off . Knowing his closing hours were at 6pm. We arrived to find all other vehicles from that morning were all out an gone an our truck was the only one still there. I approached to see the progress. It showed they'd just started it. An had badly damaged an scratched our fenders to our truck really bad. I obviously could tell they'd just started an were rushing to finish. We waited in the cold from 4pm til 8pm for them to give us our vehicle back. He stressed they'd bn working on it nonstop all day for a battery n alternator swap. Our experience was a horrible one. An then we were being told by a man at his shop that we were rushing him the whole time. To get our vehicle done. Obviously he knew nothing of wat he was speaking of. We were willing to wait an reschedule. I shared pics of how our vehicle was left from there work. Horrible wires left hanging with nothing attached. An broken plastic latches to our fuse box an wires just stuffed on side of battery an firewall..Not a recommendation from me on using them ..

Very good experience. They got it on the lift the same day I brought my vehicle in and had a estimate for the repair in the morning. Vehicle was fixed that day. Definitely going to be coming back.

Didn't have what I was looking for, for example I went in looking for your company to remove my muffler and straight pipe my exhaust. As we were talking, another customer came in and you attended to the customer for over 20 mins before getting back to me. I was then told that Warman's could do what I needed. I didnt give a negative review. Its 3 star. I hope that explanation is better
