They rotated and balanced my tires and Vincent was a great conversationalist but the tech left grease all over the interior of my car. Unacceptable cleanliness standards.

Demitri at Discount Tire on Koenheigm provided great customer service in person and over the phone. He also seemed very attentive to the other customers as well. I notice he rushed to open the door for two elderly couple that were their walker. They fix two of my tires and I was given a good price. Thank you!

They were able to help me get a new set of tires, however, any tire center could have helped me with that.I was very disappointed with their customer service. I told them that I had a 12 hour drive ahead of me and would greatly appreciate a call as soon as my vehicle was ready. Two hours later, I decided to call and check in. I could not get a hold on anyone and the recording just notified me that it will be ready to be picked up before closing hours. Four hours later (30mins before closing) I decided to stop by in person to check if the vehicle was ready.First thing the employee said was, "Yes, it's ready. Your vehicle was ready hours ago." I was so angry and reminded him that I had told him I had a long drive ahead of me and to call me asap. All he had to say was, "Well I thought I called, I'm sorry."The gentleman behind me was also there to pickup tires and had similar experience. No one called him either. Very unprofessional! Go somewhere else for your tire needs.

I WOULD GIVE YOU ALL 0 STARS BUT OF COURSE IT WONT LET ME. ALL MY TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS WERE WORKING JUST FINE UNTIL THEY ROTATED MY TIRES. NOW THERE TELLING ME THAT THERE NOT HOLDING A CHARGE & THAT THEY CAN REPLACE THEM FOR $64.99 EACH. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO DISCOUNT TIRE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PPL!

2 stars only because they fixed my flat and rotated my tires correctly. But Discount tire has probably lost my business from here on out. They've become one of these annoying upsale corporate companies who try to nickel and dime you with add-ons. First they tried to sell me windshield wipers, when I had just replaced mine a month ago. Then they try and sell me new lug nuts for $180! I laughed and said I ain't paying that. The kid asked me how much I'd be willing to pay and I told him I wouldn't pay over $100 for parts and the convenience of them doing it, he came back and said they'd do it for $98! There's no telling how many unknowing people have been ripped off at $180 for a $40 set of nuts... I miss the good old days when discount actually had "discount" prices and didn't try unhonest upsale B.S.

Nice cheap tires that get the job done. They changed my steam and messed up my alignment and then acted like they didn't. It's whatever. I'll still buy their tires but at the other location

Reasons why I love San Angelo? Chris and Demitri at Discount Tire on Koenheigm surpassed my expectations. I arrived at 4:45 and found my car to be on dangerous tires for my upcoming emergency trip to Arkansas, to be with my son and his family as my grandson is not expected to make it through Thanksgiving. They could have just sent me down the road with the recommendation to not take the trip Instead,, Chris found three almost new tires for me and instead of just having a bad tire repaired, I will be leaving knowing that my tires at least will get me there safely What a Godsend, which proves to me, miracles happen, persevere, and never give up. Thank you again, Discount Tire and staff for treating me like a VIP

If you need to get the air pressure in your tires checked, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I waited 25 minutes in line and I was the 3rd car in line!! SUPER SLOW!! I guess the goal of the guy checking the pressure in your tires is to sell more tires!! Also,if you need to check to see if you have tires in stock to sell to the guy who came in for air, tell them to go inside!! Don t make others wait in the check tire pressure line while you try to up-sell tires!

Had an appointment for 1145 showed up at 11:45 left without tires at 12:15. No service or slow service if you can keep your appointment don t sell tires.

Great place all around to do buisness with, guys are out standing with customer service, great seating and really well managed! Even when they are alittle back up. So I came in to get a flat tire looked at for a possible repair, unfortunately the tire was not able to be repaired so I just threw a new set on and called it good. Well after driving off and later noticed that im missing one of my nice metal valve stem caps I circled back around to see if they had possibly misplaced it or what not. Now when I tell you they take care of their customers, they do! Litrally like 5 guys drop everything they was doing for like 10 minutes to find a little valve stem cap, and still after not finding it, one of them asked how much it cost me to buy them and without hesitation went inside and gave me the money to replace a full set! NOW THAT IS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! these folks will forever have my buisness and be my tire shop!

Oh Yeah!!! I remember customer service like this... from my childhood in the 1960s! I was convinced that thoughtful, courteous, kind and professional customer service was a thing of the distant past. NOT SO!!!It is still alive and well at this Discount Tire location! BRYAN and CREW have EARNED my business from now on!!! THANK YOU!!!!My 12 year old grandson recently came to visit and when it was time to drive him back home to east Texas, we made it a whole 15 miles east of town when we caught a nail or something and had a flat.Pulled out the donut spare and my son put it on then promptly watched it go flat! I began trying to reach roadside service from somewhere else, but my son suggested I call Discount Tire. I didn't expect them to do anything, but I followed my son's suggestion. Thank Goodness!Within 20 minute Bryan had driven out to us and installed a replacement tire. We followed him back into town and, long story short, I now have a FULL-SIZED SPARE and another NEW TIRE AND RIM!!! We were back on the road in less than an hour!I was inwardly cringing and preparing for the worst when I asked Bryan what the final total was. When he told me, I had to ask him - "Are you kidding!?!?" I couldn't believe it! Suffice it to say that it hardly affected my already strained, fixed-income, budget.Bryan and the crew at this location deserve a 500-star review in my book!!! I won't buy tires anywhere else from now on!!!Thank You Again Bryan!!! And thanks to your efficient, courteous and professional crew members as well!!!!

After our 33' travel trailer tire blew out, we put on the spare n drove to get 4 new tires. Great service and had us back on the road in a few hours. Tight parking for our size but they helped get us where we needed to be. The employees I spoke to felt good about working for this company. They felt valued, experienced good advancement potential and had great attitudes. I was impressed.

I often see how busy Discount Tire is and wonder if I should find a new tire shop. Today I went in needing new tires and what I appreciate about Discount is that they listen to my needs, take time to discuss options and in the end make me a better deal than everybody else. Good experience today buying tires.

Get in today to put four new tires on my wife s SUV at the pleasure of meeting Christopher and working with him and I can tell you this was one of the best experiences that I ve had customer service 100%. Christopher was great best experience that I ve had in a while thank you so much.

Manager Chris and associate Logan are awesome! I tried the discount tire on Sherwood Way and was offered to pay $60 to break key locks off of my (i unfortunately didnt have the keys) . Well I didn't want to break my locks so I tried this location and they were not only able to get my locks off my tires without breaking them and were able to change my worn tires for no additional cost. The manager Chris offered me a upgrade to a superior brand, better tires, further mileage than the ones I intially chose without a additonal cost. They have A1 top service. Although this location is further away from my home I will definitely come here for my service.
