While traveling through my truck broke a valve spring and was done for . Robert and his partners were able to diagnose and restore my truck that day. You just don t find that kind of quality and expertise everyday. Put these guys in your go to book. I recommend them highly. My vacation and my truck was saved, thank God

I had an overall great experience with Complete Automotive. They went above and beyond in ways that are relatively easy to do and low cost for them, but leave a huge positive impact on the customer. They have gone the route of under-promising and over-delivering under new ownership and provided they keep up their current practices, they will have my lifetime business.A couple of examples of things they did:1. Reset Air pressure in the tires when it was recently cold and I had not gone around to it yet.2. Include a hanging air freshener and a quick console wipe down.Easy and low cost things that make the car FEEL much better.

When repairing a 17 year old vehicle, sometimes things go sideways. Chris and his team made all necessary repairs and got me back behind the wheel.I appreciate all the hard work they did and would not hesitate to have them work on any of my vehicles. I highly recommend them and am glad to have found a great mechanic and shop.

These guys are 100% top notch!! Friendly and very knowledgeable in the automotive repair field. I took my 1994 Dodge 3500 into them for front end work and they took very good care of my truck and in a very timely manner. They are very responsive to your needs and do an excellent job getting things taken care of and meeting your needs and standards. I will continue to use them and refer anyone I know to them for great quality work. Thank you Chris, Brantley and Robert!

This automotive place is a 10/10 they are fast and easy at decent prices. When I couldn't open my hood they sent out a guy to help me. They are very nice, very professional people. I would recommend this place to family and friends, they did a fantastic job on my car.

These guys were awesome, pulled up to their shop asking, about trimming some of my wheel well, and replacing my transmission line. No hesitation in their ability to complete the work. Both were done perfectly. Even willing to answer some questions about future upgrades to my truck. 10/10 service and customer care. My new go to shop in San Angelo.

Great customer service and they handled my car issue in a timely manner. Normally mechanics make me feel stupid when I ask questions but Robert did a great job of explaining the issues to me and answered my questions making me feel confident in my car and the money I'm putting into it. Definitely recommend this place!

This place used to be good until the owner split. They have cracked our bumper, not finished work properly, and charged us for work they didn't do. They almost ruined our classic truck and caused us to spend yet another 800 at a different place to fix their issues.

These guys are great and extremely knowledgeable!! Robert the manager, is super knowledgeable and understands mechanical work gets expensive. He always goes above and beyond to help the situation. Highly recommended for sure and will continue to use them.

My car needed a new window motor and the AC fixed. I was able to drop my car off with Lance and he called me the next day with an estimate and when it would be ready. They did a great job a finished my car very quick. The parking can be a little tight and the entrance is very close to the glenna off ramp. If you are looking for a mechanic I suggest checking them out.

Great and friendly service. My car runs great! They also had to take the bumper off of my car to replace the headlight and did a wonderful job. Will definitely use them again if needed. Thanks y'all!

It was terrible they parked my car after they wash it behind the building I should have known then something was wrong on the passenger side of my Armada there's a squiggly line and two straight lines going all the way up the side scratches. Please be aware of your surroundings and always check your entire car before you leave it cost me $48 for the wash and it's going to cost me more to get this fixed. These squiggly lines are right above my strip

Great people! Lance & his team are very professional and were welcoming. Got perfect details of what they found, idea of what the price will be or close to,, what needs to be done, and what different options they can do to get it done right and safe. Worked fast, too. Had my car ready for my family to pick up in 2 days. Other locations charge for estimates and had time frames of 2 weeks or later. Very happy with these guys. Highly recommended!!!!Services: Electrical, Brakes, Air conditioning

I don't think I have enough space to write all the amazing things about Lance and his team. Lance has so much integrity. When you think of a rather small shop, you don't expect fantastic customer service, but ALL of these guys deliver incredible customer service and they are friendly and informative. They are so honest. You don't have to worry about getting scammed. Every person that I know that needs a reliable mechanic gets sent here. You would not believe the quality of services they provide. I've been using this place for years and will continue to do so. Complete Car Care has been there for me through thick and thin. I will never use another mechanic in San Angelo. Please take my advice and take your vehicle here. They're certified, experienced, and they will amaze you with their quality of work.

Waste of 2 weeks time and $70.00. Dropped my car off and gave an extremely detailed description of the issues and what I'd done to try and correct the issues. Over a week later I have to call them as they didn't call me. Tell me the car runs great and I owe $70 for diagnosis. Pick the car up and have exact same issues. Drop car off again for nearly a week. I call them, AGAIN. No issues found. This was a waste of my time and money. I do not recommend them for even the most basic of repairs. They came highly recommended too. So glad I found these guys. Even though their parking lot is full of vehicles, they got me in right away and quickly fixed an oil leak for a reasonable price. Ladies, this is a good mechanic who won't try to scam you.

Lance, Allen and really everyone were outstanding! I called, they were swamped with customers, still received excellent quality work the same day!The radiator on my car blew. Called complete car care and without hesitation they gave me instructions. I had the car towed there and wasn't expecting my car back for a week. They fixed my car with a brand new radiator same day! Well, it's 2020 and I thought the same thing had happened because of my luck, over that same weekend. On Monday, before I could call, Lance messaged me asking about the car. (Outstanding customer service!) He informed me that the radiator and labor was still under warranty and to bring it in. I brought the car back in they found and fixed the problem. I had my car back the next day and am impressed with all the efficient, effective and professional work. I would recommend complete car car to anyone looking for quality work with extraordinary customer service!

They've done a great job beyond my expectation on my vehicle. They took care of all the details engine parts and got my saleen supercharger working again.Their customer service is beyond 5 stars. The shop owner, Lance was courteous and honest. couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much for your great work and service. Lance and Alan were great! Took in my nephews first car for brakes and some other minor work, they charged far less than the numerous other quotes I received. Alan even fixed a few additional small items he noticed for free! Highly recommend

We have taken our Buick Enclave here 3 different times. Each time, Lance and his crew were thorough, helpful, and saved us a lot of money by showing us how and where it was misdiagnosed at other less honest places. We will not use anyone else. Honest, reliable, reasonable in pricing and full of integrity.
