Jim was really helpful and professional and was really good at keeping me updated on the process of the repair. I m 10/10 satisfied overall. Also I really liked that the car was cleaned inside and out before returning it back to me.

First time using Caliber Collision,I've used other businesses in the past.Let me say, I was really pleased.Jim Evans(service advisor) did my estimate and gave me an estimated time for completion and during this time he kept sending texts on the progress of my vehicle whether it be a delay on parts or being close to painting. Kept me from having to inquire about my car's progress.Plus the rest of the staff was super friendly.Will definitely use again in the future if need be.Oh, and my car was ready in the estimated time.Sorry, didn't take pictures before and after.

Caliber collision on loop 306 in San Angelo is phenomenal! Their Customer Service team is on top of things and great about communicating and keeping the client informed throughout the entire repair process. My vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up. I commend the repair team as well as the entire staff of caliber collision.

Very friendly staff! Found more 8ssues with car after initial estimate which is awesome. They had my car done in no time. Also tried like heck to get certain things done with my repairs thru the insurance company. Thank you Steve for your hard work!

I stopped in on a rainy to caliber collision and they were nice enough to help come up with a solution to the problem don't be afraid to stop in and ask not matter how big or small the problem may be great staff and very friendly

Jim is my hero! My car was 10 days old when a deer hit my car. Jim & his team made my new car NEW again! He contacted me daily on the progress and went above and beyond to make my car whole again. Very impressed with Caliber Collision in San Angelo. First class shop and people!

January 2022 - I am completely satisfied and impressed with the work done and attention to detail that Caliber Collision gave during this unpleasant experience, ultimately reversing that theory and made it wonderful experience. Seth S., the GM, went above and beyond from getting my glasses I left out of the car and bringing them to me, making sure that I was updated at least twice a week, and when the work was done and the ability to get the car back and return the the rental was a cluster on my end, he provided assistance like I have never experienced before. Jennifer who wrote the estimate did a superior job and was pleasant to work with as well. She updated twice weekly at least and she also so went above and beyond. In the last week there was one part still not arrived yet and we discussed how my rental limits where approaching, she saw the immediate need and searched and found the part locally and had the car back to me a few days faster. When I got my car back it was not only fixed but cleaner inside and out than it was when I dropped it off. I have used another facility occasionally for almost 20 years, because of my experience the time I can say with confidence I am now a Caliber Collision customer and highly recommend it.August 2022 - Being that this has been my second time this year with a few months to go I can say that while I was not happy for the reason that brought me back to Caliber Collision. I did not even considered the other guys. I called Seth, the GM, while I was still sitting on the side of the road waiting for the tow truck. I appreciate his level of concern and response that makes these difficult times especially right a very scary time go much smoother. Just like my first experience, Seth S. and Jennifer K. held my hand when needed and then got to work. They kept in constant contact and went above and beyond with once again. The entire process worked out smoothly from start to finish and I could not be happier. While I hope to never need them again, if I do there will be absolutely no hesitation. Jennifer and her team are truly experts in their field at Caliber Collision. She met with me on Good Friday and promptly had a quote available so I could file an insurance claim. Jennifer is the real deal. She understood the entire process and was honest about my options. Once the claim was approved, Jennifer and her team worked on my car. She was knowledgeable and professional throughout this entire experience. She went above and beyond as if she was the owner of the car. My car looks beautiful. I feel like I have a brand new car.
