Michael was fantastic. Located the battery I needed for my car, checked the alternator before I spent unnecessary money.(thankfully it was just the battery) quickly changed the old one out for the new one and had me back on the road in about 15 minutes!

What an awesome experience I just had at this AutoZone on Main Street. Had a battery situation that I thought was going to end up bad. Michael took the time to explain to me my options and ended up walking out of the store with a new battery and extremely appreciative for what he did. I have been shopping at this location for the past 5 years now and each and every time they treat me like family. Awesome store with super employees!

These guys are totally great! I love picking up parts from the commercial department. All of the people that work there are very knowledgeable and treat you like family! If you need auto parts for your business Main Street auto zone is the way to go!

Went to buy windshield wipers and Malik T. Was very helpful with gave helpful information and recommendations on the items. He went the extra mile to place them on. Great customer service.

Had them test my battery and when they found out it was bad they sold me a new one and installed it on my truck. Reasonably priced and excellent service. I will definitely return. Thank you for the great experience.

I used to love autozone, they would help you and now it's like I'm bothering them when I have a question. Not the one on Sherwood, last time I went, they were amazing. My mistake was thinking that all AutoZones would be the same as far as customer service. I hope that they take the example of the store I mentioned.

Malik is one heck of a guy and outstanding customer service from this man! I blew an AC hose, 3 hrs away from knowing a soul, he promptly helped me in the store, then as I waited for a taxi to return me to my vehicle, Malik took his lunch break and on his own time helped me amd my daughter tremendously! Saved us a taxi fare, then made another trip for jumper cables that we unfortunately needed, with blinking an eye! And this wasn t for his job, this is because he is a great man and cares for others! Thank you again sir! And thank you autozone for having an excellent employee like this guy!

I had to go back like 3 or 4 times today for issues i was having with my break light and they were very nice each time. Went the extra mile to switch out my wiper blades. Great service and attitudes!

My battery was going out, called spoke with Raymond. He gave me prices, and told me how long what take. I got the battery and he even offered to replace my battery. Awesome service great experience!

I went to the Autozone on Main Street in San Angelo TX and was welcomed by a friendly, knowledgeable staff. I needed a low beam headlight and Raymond helped me choose the correct bulb and installed it for me. I am so appreciative for his help because I am a disabled veteran and have difficulty doing things at my age.

I went to buy a set of windshield wipers for my Ford Fusion. The man at the checkout came over to install the wipers when I didn't know how to. The adapters of the wipers were different from the factory ones. Great customer service.

Very helpful place. The team knows their stuff and go out of their way to make sure you walk out with the right part in your hand and a smile on your face. The team needs to be credited for the work they put in and the helpfulness they give. I'll return to the Autozone on Main street each and every time I need something!

Let me start by saying that if I didn't have warranty parts though them I wouldn't go to Auto Zone period. If you need knowledgeable people that are friendly and have your best interest in mind I would go to O'reilly Auto Parts.As for this Auto Zone I went there to warranty out my spark plug wires. I have done this many times at different Auto Zone stores around the country as I travel for work a lot. Not a single other store has ever had an issue with just giving me the wires first (without having to buy them and then coming back inside to get a refund) and going outside to the parking lot and swapping them out and bringing them right back in. I mean they could literally see me through the front door and windows I was directly outside the store. The guy that was helping me said he didn't know if he could do that for me so he asked a manager and then after the manager took some time thinking about if it was alright told me that it was against company policy and that he could lose his job and that he wasn't going to get fired because of me... I'm sorry but if it's a company policy and always has been then you shouldn't have to think about it... it should be known by every employee immediately. They shouldn't have to ask a manager or think about it. And definitely should NOT get an attitude about it. That's customer service 101!!! No matter what kind of business if customer interaction is required.There is a sign that says if you have any concerns or suggestions for the store manager to make his store better to let him know. Well here is my suggestion... even if it is a small gesture like my request was, it can make the difference between the customer being happy and having a great experience and wanting to come back and leaving a good review or having the customer being mad and remembering one of the reasons why they don't go to Auto Zone for their auto needs and also receiving a bad review like this one.If there is one thing that the employees can do to improve their service here is to follow the most important rule... the customer is always right, as long as the request is within reason.If I have to warranty any more parts I hope that the other locations here are better than this one.

Best Auto parts store in town! The girl that works in there, i believe Max was her name, was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY!!! I would be willing to go back to that store in particular, if i knew ahead of time she was there!! She works just as hard if not harder than the guys that were in the store. She even helped a few of the guys in her store that seemed to be confused in certain areas, she had a very wide knowledge base and personal experience of cars and car parts!! I wouldn't be surprised to see her soar in this company!!

Great as usual. The store had all the parts I needed at a great price. This was not my usual store, but I checked online to see if my regular had what I needed and it did not, but the app directed me to this one. I am glad it did they were very knowledgeable and helped me get everything I needed. I love AutoZone.

Any store that sells stuff for me to work on something else with is okay in my book. They have many free services to help find the problem with your vehicle plus a tool rental program that sometimes costs nothing more than a deposit. Great store and a staff that knows their stuff.

By far the friendliest staff I ve ever encountered in an Auto Zone or most stores for that matter. We were out of town and our check engine light came on. The middle age gentlemen who helped us was amazing! His name tags said Juaviento (or very similar). He should train people on customer service, just a great gentlemen.

Always done right by us and conveniently located for where we live. They also were able to pull up that we had a warranty on the battery we had purchased without us needing the receipt which was amazing of them to do.

well spent $146 there just now. Bought a windshield wiper. Thought the store manager would offer to put it on there for me since that is a service they do offer. Didn't happen! but I'll go back because overall this is still the best store in San Angelo far as AutoZone's are concerned

Funny but quick experience! I was driving home to Austin after visiting family in west Tx for Christmas and my Cadillac's remote battery was on the fritz...This doesn't mean just manually getting in the car using the valet key separation (like a peasant), this means my car literally may not start again and will have to be taken to the dealership to reset if I don't get a battery replacement STAT. Called this location since it was only 2 mins off my path and they told me they had TWO in stock, told them I was 25 minutes way and they said they'd set it aside for me ~ I didn't even have to ask! There were 2 guys working (it was the day after Christmas) and they said "were you the one who called?" Me: "YEP"! They even switched out the battery in the remote for me because I'm helpless/useless. Awesome experience, I was CONFIDENTLY back on the road to Austin in less than 5 minutes! Thanks so much guys!!
