Asco is the best equipment rental place in town. I put my services behind them because they allow me to get bigger jobs done quicker at a reasonable rate. My experience there is an enjoyable one every time. Thank you Asco for being such good business people.

I have been going to this place for years. I have never had a problem with them. I rent equipment from them at least once a month. And would recommend them to anybody looking to rent equipment. They're awesome, they worked with You. Have well maintained work equipment. Ask for Scott. I've been going there long enough with my company to know in my first name basis amazing service. Highly recommended.

I would like to say that we had a great experience with purchasing our 140H road grader from the San Angelo ASCO office. They handled the transaction in a timely manner, were pleasant to work with, and helped us with our service needs after the purchase. Thank you ASCO for being a long time reliable company to trade with. Really love and respect that ASCO is family owned and faith based.

Repairs on my Case tractor take a really long time, and I have had little to no luck finding out about getting a quick hitch for the back of it. Poor communication.

I would like to show more disgust than just giving a single star! We got charged $11k on repairs (they gave me a huge discount from $14k <<<<repeating what they told me, but in a sarcastic voice) which got paid in full btw! For a forklift that only worked for 20 mins and is parked, because its still overheating! So, in other words i have to spend more money to fix it right! :/ (They will only fix it if it s their fault .<<< really??? I guess it was my fault for trusting you to resolve my overheating problem on my forklift! Cant fool me twice. I know how y'all work now! Where are the real mechanic s that knows how to fix equipment and diagnose problems, and not just change parts? Not at asco in san angelo thats for sure!

We run an older (2004) Volvo excavator that we use for mechanical grubbing and ranch work. The machine had many issues when we acquired it. Gabe and the mechanics at ASCO have diligently and knowledgeably worked to bring the performance of this machine back to its original specs (which was no easy task), and we feel great about the service we received and our machine. ASCO worked with us to accomplish the needed work as reasonably as possible. The San Angelo team at ASCO are friends, and they do a great job.

Well I finally had enough of the forklift repairs and I purchased new lifts from Shoppas. The lifts I purchased from ASCO were misrepresented by the salesman who was not employed long at ASCO. I had nothing but leaks and extremely loud noise from these two lifts for the entire time I owned them. While I understand that they were used (lemons at best) I spoke with and executive from ASCO to see if he would look at my purchase and the costly repairs and make some kind of good faith effort to get me into lifts that would work without having to have repairs done on a regular basis. I did not want anything for free or to return. I just wanted help. The answer was a resounding no and you signed there yours. I have been in business 40 years in San Angelo and I have never been so dissatisfied. This was a very costly mistake on my part. I learned alot about forklifts and the lesson was expensive. I would have expected better. I had to give a star to post and it is undeserved.

Great group of guys! Always extremely helpful. I can go in the store or make a phone call and they have always made sure I have exactly what I need even if I'm in a different town. Way better customer service than the other rental companies in town!

I just tried calling to get a rental that I need for an upcoming job . I started calling at 4:36 and I finally gave up at 5:15 .. no one would answer the phone.

Ive called at least 4 times to rent since moving here to rent equipment. JC always says "ill call u back" never has. This latest time i called on monday to reserve some equipment for a big job got the same "ill call u back" called 3 more times to make sure i could get it. When i called it was available of course never got a call back. Called yesterday and today and now it is rented out. I guess if you are not oil field they dont care about customer service.

Excellent customer service and always willing to assist with anything. Staff members are both professional and respectful when assisting me. Will definitely be returning for future rentals!

I was running behind about 5 minutes, I called to tell them I would be a few minuresthey said not to worry. Arrive to see doors and gates locked. Not very good customer service in my opinion.

Lack of communication. If they tell you they will be there in 15 minutes dont believe them. Not impressed.
