Awe man!! I took my Mercedes GLK 350 to Albert Automotive (from a referral) to have the motor mounts and transmission mount replaced my Mercedes is purring like a kitten again! Service was fast and the communication was very present; the cost was VERY affordable! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

This Automotive shop is amazing! Mr. Albert is kind and generous. If you're looking for fast and reasonably priced work. This is the place for you! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else in all of San Angelo!

I have been told that you can pick any two of the following, but you can not have all three. Speed, reasonable price, quality. I found that this "2 out 3 rule" applies to many mechanics and some 1 or none. This is not the case with Albert. He is capable of delivering all 3 at once and does, every time. I have taken him many vehicles over the years (foreign and domestic) and he does it right the first time, on time, and for a price that is a fraction of what most mechanics with much less expertise will demand. He is a true treasure. Had A/C repairs on our classic car done. Work was fixed somewhat. When we picked up the car after i paid $338 we heard a hissing sound. Thought maybe a tire was leaking. He immediately let us know they were not responsible for flat tires. We hadn't even got in the car yet from where they had it parked. Turns out it was the compressor leaking. He said to get a new one and he'd install it for free. Fine whatever. We left. Got home. The whole car was smoking and leaking fluid. The belt came off!! The car over heated. Called to let him know. His response, they don't do service calls. Find a way to get the car to him and maybe they can fix it. Nope never going back there again!!Service: A/C installation & repair

Albert has always saved me money compared to other shops. Don't understand the negative reviews. This is the most honest shop in town by far! In my opinion, if you want a trustworthy shop at a good price (notice the fancy shop your not having to pay for), go here, if not go elsewhere. In one instance alone, he saved me over $ 400 just by driving my vehicle around the block. A certain alignment shop said I needed an alignment, and two new tires on the left side of my vehicle. Total would have been over $450. Albert hopped in the vehicle drove it around the block and said I had a defective left rear tire. Went down the street to another alignment shop and bought a used tire for $20. Drove it over a year and steered perfectly. Albert said no charge, but I tipped him, Albert is as honest as they come.

Albert Flores and crew have given me faith in an honest, friendly, professional mechanic. He diagnosed the issue with my car and completed the repairs within the next day. The price was more than fair and I am truly grateful to Albert and his crew.

Beware of ac compressor replacement from here at Albert's Automotive he didn't purchase the ac compressor kit with the ac compressor which made it where there was no warranty on ac compressor. He might be cheaper but in the long run it will cost you more money.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Albert has been taking care of car repairs for my wife and me for years. He's an honest man and he charges a lot less than other shops. I highly recommend his shop. He does great work and you WON'T overpay.

Albert's is my 'go to' place for automotive problems. He has always been honest with the work that he can and cannot properly perform, prices are very reasonable, and my vehicle has never been sitting there for days on end just waiting to get looked at. I like that it's a family business and they're are always hard at work it seems.

They diagnosed our issue in our Traverse quickly and within a few hours it was done. Very fair pricing and Mr. Albert and Crew are very helpful and friendly As can Be!!! I'll keep taking my automobiles with them.

What I d call a hometown/country/shade tree mechanic spot, which I totally mean in a good way! These are honest, knowledgeable folks who aren t afraid to get dirty, will get your repairs done at a fair price & are even willing to install parts you ve bought yourself, whereas most places force you to order from them, driving up the cost. Work is done in a timely manner & the owner/employees are pleasant.

Never take your auto to this shop.Took my car in for replacement of damaged crank pulley. The shop replaced the crank pulley. However, within two days of the repairs my power steering leaked all its power steering pump fluid. The crank pulley and power steering pump are located next to each other and replacing the crank pulley improperly, or carelessly, it could damage the lines running to power steering pump.When I returned to Albert's Automotive to see if they could double-check their previous repairs to see if they possibly damaged my power steering pump lines, I was meet with excuses like " it not our fault"; "we didn't do it"; "customers like you always blame us for problems."Unbeknownst to Albert's Garage, (I first wanted to see how Albert's Garage would handle the situation) I had just come from other auto garage it which I had them inspect the power steering lines and they informed me they had been damaged by Albert's Garage repairs to the crank pulley.So, now I'm looking at a $500.00 repair to the power steering pump in which Albert's Garage damaged and won't take responsibility for.This shop is extremely poorly run and will not warranty any of their repairs and even refuse to consider it.

Shout out to Albert Auto Car Shop thank yall so much for working on my Car!! He helped me out big times and was stressing cause everyone was trying to screw me!! But I do recommend Albert Automotive to anyone!! Great job guys I so appreciate yall!!

Took my truck there back and forth for 6 months...it sat for two months with out them even touching it before i had to get it towed somewhere else. I took it home three times and everytime had to take it right back.
