They always get my bike right in the shop, find and fix the issue and get it back to me. I NEVER have to schedule an appointment 2-3 weeks out.

The best thing about Ace is they get you in and out. No waiting a month for a spot on their calendar. I will be getting some work done there today and will most likely pick my bike up today. I ride daily so this is important to me.

Today I called in inquiring about some information on getting my bike serviced and help with an issue I had on getting my bike registered. The gentleman that answered was very nice and informative. Haven t been into the shop yet but plan on going in to have these guys help me out with the issues and a service on my bike! Will update on my experience with this shop!

I paid $3,300 to get my motorcycle fixed. After they said they fixes the problems 15 seconds later I pulled out of the lot and the motorcycle started messing up. Their excuse was that I wasn't t going fast enough. The bike stopped working a week later. Now it will not even turn on. I had to push it 3 miles to my new apartment. The motorcycle workers show up to work whenever they want and do not give you a time on when they might have your motorcycle fixed. When they are done fixing the motorcycle they hold onto it as long as they want. They dont give you reasons as to why they are adding new parts and the receipts doesnt match up to what they did. WORSE SERVICE IN ANGELO. I NEVER THOUGHT IT COULD GET THIS BAD.Service: Engine repair

Stop deleting bad reviews to make yourself look good, arguing with a 20 year old is crazy. These people are no help and very trashy! Went up there twice, to a guy who couldn't even put up his cig. Seems like he hated his life, very dry man with a long beard, take a bath man.

The shop owner is very friendly and went out of his way to explain the problems with my machine. Positive experience with no excessive service recommendations. Topped off fluids without a charge. It's an old school shop, with a hands on approach. Price was what it is. I don't feel like I was overcharged. Parts are OEM, with warranty.

While I didn't get his name, the guy behind the desk is one of the most knowledgeable people that I have met regarding quads. I appreciate his expertise. His take on my issue was right on. He's definitely an asset.

Thought my Rhino was done afyer both drive trains were shot, but these guys stayed with it and got me repaired for a reasonable price. Great job, and my side by side looks and runs great. Thanks

I don't even know how many tire/tube repairs I've had done there for my kids dirtbikes, but every time it's the same. I drop it off and get a call several hours later to come pick it up. That works for me!!!!!

I took my Harleys there to get one serviced and the other to have tires installed. They took care of me quickly and are friendly, courteous, and professional. They know Harleys and I will be using A C.E. for all my motorcycle needs, You should too!Service: TiresService: Tires

Where can I begin with ACE, Charlie is one, if not the best motorcycle mechanic San Angelo has to offer. I've known Charlie for over 25 years, and this gentleman never fails to meet my every need with my four wheelers, dirt bikes, and street cruisers. Hes always willing to work with you on the price, even if it means leaving it at his shop until you can pay the repairs off or pretty close to paying it off. He is always very polite, professional and sympathetic to your personal needs. After a year having my cruiser broke down in my garage, Charlie had it up and running1 within two weeks, and I was shocked at the price due to the repairs he had to do. As long as almighty God gives Charlie the strength, health, and knowledge to work on my bike, I will continue taking it to him. I will forever be eternally grateful to our father in heaven for blessing San Angelo with such a friendly and amazing mechanic, friend, and neighbor. If all businesses had these types of workers, San Angelo would be such an awesome place to come have all your bikes needs repaired, God bless you Charlie, your friends!

TERRIBLE, I needed a carb cleaning and they kept my bike for 2 and a half months. Not only did they not fix the carbs they made them worse and fried my brand new battery. Charged me $400 and didn t fix anything but cost hundreds dollars of damage. By far the worst motorcycle shop I have been to. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! Our insurance company paid Charles of ACE Motorcycles $5900.00 to repair our trike. He did nothing but take our money, kept our property for over a year, and lost our parts. Every month when we would go to see him, it was always another excuse of why the work isn't done. When we finally reported him to Better Business Bureau, and went to pick up our $25000 trike, he poured the parts he didn't install into a garbage bag and stuck it in our trunk, and said he would never finish the job he was paid for. He had the audacity to ask us to go back to the insurance company for MORE MONEY FOR HIM! He is not a good ol' boy like he comes across. A BAD seed of the worst kind, and an all-around CROOK IN MY BOOK! BEWARE!!! Minus 10 STARS!!! Before & After pictures will be added shortly so you can see the work that DIDN'T GET DONE!

This guy has forgotten more than most motorcycle people ever knew. Busy as heck but put us right in and had us out with inspections on two bikes in 30 minutes. Recommend!

Real people and they know what they are doing..Still got my mind on that 1800 mr charles..my hubby is thinking about buying it n giving me the 1100........

Dropped my bike off running all it need was a tire brakes and ignition they old one started it but had to use a screwdriver they had it for 3 months and never fixed it and still charged me 500 for a tire and brakes is by far the worst cycle Shop i have ever been to

The old man at the front tried to charge me for a brake job that he didn t do. Told him I didn t authorize any work on the brakes and sure enough they had not been touched. Will not return.
