I changed my oil on the service was a bit longer than usual didn't know how to restart my oil monitor so I will know when my oil is due to for changing but the only issue I had they forgot to screw all the screws at the bottom of the car so I was on the highway and the plastic fell down... I had to pull over and find the nearest shop where they zip tied. I lost all the screws only had one, so I had to go in and zip tie all of them....

Here, they weren t very friendly but got the oil change done that we needed without upselling us.We had arrived 30 mins to closing (we had to go straight from work), and there were a couple of other cars before us, and they still got it done quickly, which was awesome.They honored a coupon we had, which was nice. Was completed within 20 minutes.I wish I could have sat in the car like at the place we usually go while it was done, but they had us get out and go inside. I m lazy but it was fast and the lobby was clean and nice, and although it was pricey, it s still on par with what we normally pay.I ll probably drive to Greenville next time so I can sit in the car and have friendly workers again.But this is a great and fast second option, especially since this place got us in and out so quickly.

My wife and I have been getting oil changes at this location for about 2 years and been pleased. Last week my wife tried the Allen location on McDermott. They told her she needed rear brakes asap. We took that info to our regular Royse City location assuming we needed brakes. The manager and technician Preston took us into the shop and showed us that we had at least 50% pad left and that the previous location was only trying to sell a brake job. Thank you for your honesty and saving us several hundred dollars.

5/5 stars. I initially took my vehicle to another mechanic who claimed repairs would be $2500, i went to Kwik kar and they didn t even spend $500 to fix the issue . Always get a second opinion .

Overall, it s not bad. Before my last visit this would have been a 5 star rating.The service is pretty quick, the staff are generally friendly, and the location is clean/convenient. However - during my last visit they asked if I wanted to change my air filter. I told them I would do it myself, but when I checked out there was a charge for a new filter. Even though it s not what I asked for, I paid for it thinking I was at least getting a new filter out of it. I double checked when I got home and found the same dirty filter that had been in there previously. I went back a few days later to explain and the response was, are you sure that s what happened? Long story short, this isn t a huge deal, they replaced it, and I ll probably go back, but it was just an inefficient set of events.

Dont Waste of time . Waited all day to tell me they couldn't work on car when we got there at 1030. We had to call them to find out they didn't do anything. Better off taking car somewhere else

First time getting a TX inspection, wasn't sure what was required and the staff here were very helpful and explained everything. Waiting area is extremely clean and comfortable, there is also a children's play area with a few toys and chairs. Macy completed the inspection on my car and showed me the results and pointed out the website to complete my registration. Will be bringing our other cars here for inspection as well.

Not impressed. Last several times I have gone people have mentioned their constant pressure to buy add ons. I don't feel that they are completely honest. I think I will look for a new place next time. And they are super expensive.

I normally use someone else but went here for convenience. Left my truck for a hour so they could change oil and replace fuel filters in my diesel truck. We show back up a hour later and they are still working on it, which is not a problem. So we go inside and sit down. The receptionist.came out and put her earphones in and did not acknowledge us at all. After 5 minutes or so my truck is pulled around and Kevin brings the work order in. I chatted with him about the fuel filters giving him trouble because this normally at my other place takes them 20 minutes to change oil and replace filters. Then the receptionist rings up the order (and Still has not said one word to me )and I see it s $397.46. I was shocked and said to Kevin my goodness what all did you do for that price. He proceeds to tell me that they charge $125 an hour to replace the fuel filters and it took him right at an hour. At my normal location it cost me little over $200.. now I know I should ve inquired about the price before having the service done but I would have never thought in 1 million years that it would be double the price. That s why I gave them 2 stars instead of one. Lesson learned! Got a customer once but will not go back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Never had issues with car for years until I came here. Car smells like something is burning ever since I left there. Made a mistake by going and if anything happens to my car they will see me again

Good customer service and timely. However, the prices advertised on the website differed (15% increase) from I was charged because they re not associated with the franchise.

Went to attempt to get my state inspection. They said my front tint was 1% over the state requirements. Hence I purchase my vehicle from the dealership brand new here in Texas and never got windows tinted from date purchased. They told me to go elsewhere where they may be lenient with me or go to my dealership where I purchased the vehicle to get it inspected. Guess they didn t want my service. Don't recommend them at all. At the end I drive off and the lady smart mouth said sorry state rules !

I came to Kwik Kar for a state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Everyone was very nice, and they were honest about how much time it would take for the requested services.When I returned with an unexpected problem, they were quick to figure out what was going on and remained friendly even when I was a bit stressed and abrupt. I appreciated their patience and understanding.

Great service, needed a trailer inspected. And as you see in the picture, we are large. The kwik Kar lube parking lot had enough room for me to maneuver around.

I just used them to get my car inspected for the yearly state registration. Fairly new business, so furniture looks good. Can't say if they have good mechanics or if they are honest and only recommend repairs that are needed.

I came in this morning for an inspection. No one greeted me outside, so I went inside. Macy took care of me immediately! They made me feel welcome and valued. Great experience! I arrived a little after 9am for an oil change and state inspection. They honored my personalized $10 off coupon and only did what I asked without pressuring me to do more. I ve been going here since they opened as it s a convenient location and have always had great service. Today I went in for a full service oil change and there was only 1 car parked in the lane beside mine. It took them 1 hour and at least 8 other people/vehicles that came after I did left before me. My tire pressure wasn t checked, my exterior windows weren t washed. It was not the great service I usually get when I visit hopefully they checked my transmission fluid, but who knows. I ll give them one more chance before switching to a different business for my oil changes in the future.

Took one of our work trucks to get an oil change and filter changed. We never had a problem with the truck till it left this place and the truck stopped in the middle of the road and started vibrating, supposedly according to guy who calls himself a manager it was a dust issue that was causing a sensor to make the motor vibrate. Could've caused an accident!Will not be coming back to this place.

I went here a month ago and they said my tie rods were bad. I went to another location and they said they were perfectly fine. When he asked where I went and who told me that. I told him and he laughed dramatically but wouldn't tell me why. So ask this place to show you before they change something out to make sure it's even bad

Went here for an oil change, I'm a healthcare provider and I got an email with a coupon for 20% off.The oil change was fine everything was clean and service was quick. Whoever check out I was told my coupon was not valid because this is an independently owned location. so that kind of blows. Taking my service elsewhere because these independently own locations don't honor any coupons from the franchise. 20% off $100+ Significant enough for me to take my business elsewhereIndependent franchises operate within the ramifications of the business they're franchising from. Very nice employees. I get my oil changes, tire rotations and inspection done there. They are fast and do a great job. They are always helpful when my tire pressure is low too.

I have a fleet vehicle and would always dread trying to make an appointment for an oil change because every shop nearby would be backed up for an entire week. This place went above and beyond and got me taken care of within 30 mins and even checked all my fluids and filled my tires (again, something most shops don t bother doing) amazing service! Keep it up!

Went here for a State Inspection and oil change. The employees here have good customer service skills. They were quick at getting the work done, and I was in and out in 25 minutes. I had a coupon for the inspection and oil change but was told they weren't good for this location. I was told the coupons don't apply to all locations and you need to check at which locations they're good for. I think that BS, but lesson learned. Overall I would recommend this place for a State Inspection and oil change.
