Fast, friendly, and complete service (oil change only). Wanted a state inspection done at the time of oil change, mine had just expired. However, the inspector had already gone for the day (4:00 PM). Stopped in the following day to get the inspection done and was told "can't do it today" (no other explanation given). Then they went on to say come back tomorrow at 11:30 AM and they'd be happy to do it. We'll see...

I got my oil changed this morning. They were a tad short staffed due to some illness. The employees were working very hard. Those that I spoke to were extremely friendly and apologized for the (very short) delay of about 5 minutes. I will continue to visit this place in the future. Thanks! - yellow truck guy

Nicest guys ever, but this expensive full synthetic oil change was leaking out because the oil pan plug was cross threaded during the oil change.I'm glad that I noticed the oil on our garage floor. Otherwise this could have fried the engine. This is hard to forgive.

I was only there for like 5 minutes, fastest oil change ever .And the fact that my children and I didn't have to get out of the car was the best part about our trip. See you guys next time!

Went there Saturday around 5pm but the inspector had already left, and I was told to come back Sunday between 11am and 5pmWent back Sunday around 11:30am but the inspector told me that he wouldn't be able to do my inspection because he was working as a manager.Not sure how that's relevant but I guess they don't need the business.I ended up going Take 5 oil change and got the inspection done there.

The techs seem to be experienced and the turnover has diminished. The crew is super friendly and knowledgeable. I only go here because the oil changes in Rockwall really suck! At least the tiny waiting room is decent. They get you in fast and on your way. Check your emails for coupons, because they do send you good discounts. Highly recommend!

I ve lived in Rowlett for 18 years and this is the closest inspection station to us. Throughout the past 10 or so years, we have come here numerous times to get a state inspection. Of the last dozen or so times, we ve only been able to get MAYBE two inspections. We ve come on different days and at different times, but there is ALWAYS some reason why they can t do it. The inspector is late, he didn t show up today, the machine is down always SOMETHING. Every year we try and almost always strike out. I m done trying to do business with them.

I brought in my new vehicle and had been welcomed in okay but as they were attempting to begin service under the hood I got out to give my technician wheel locks to rotate my tires with and noticed they didn't know exactly how to change my oil and so I was curious to see where everything was for myself from the side of my vehicle. The manager Was really rude and unprofessional and so I opted to leave.

We came here twice to get my oil changed for my 22 Tucson Hybrid but unfortunately, both times they did not have the specific filter to change it. They did provide us the option to purchase the filter at a nearby auto parts store like Autozone and they would discount it from our total. On the second visit, we opted for this option as it would be faster rather than ordering it. We purchased the filter and returned shortly after, to which my Tucson was serviced pretty quickly. The total was still pricey after the discount for buying the filter elsewhere and providing a coupon for the service, but definitely beats waiting over 2hrs at a dealership for an oil change. I appreciated how friendly staff was too.

I came Sunday to get an inspection 1 hr 45 minutes before closing. Said I have to be here 2 hrs before closing. Advised me to not come Sunday they are busy to come Monday. I come Monday 3hrs before closing. Same guy tells me that the inspection guy left dont know if he is coming back today. Advised me to come back tomorrow. Told him its easier to schedule a dr appt. He said I should go down the street to there competitors to get an inspection. Worst customer service and after me and my familiy's 5 vehicles of coming here for half a decade. Will not come back anymore. You should not either. You been forewarned go at your own risk. Dropped in to Rowlett Discount Tire & Auto and took care of me immediately. I was out in a few minutes. I have a new place to do my regular oil changes for all my household. Good bye Valvoline Service: Oil change

Everyone here was very friendly, a lot of other places rejected me because my car does not have a lot of clearance at the bottom. They happily did my oil change. I m definitely coming back here. They also have good coupons!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

For a company that primarily works oil changes, this location has members of staff that can't identify whether or not your oil change they completed has excess oil put in your car. After driving around for a day large blooms of smoke was exiting my exhaust and found out they overfill my car with 3.5qrtz of oil. If I had acted quick enough that could of been a $1500-$2000 repair bill. Apparently these occurrences, aren't a matter for the store manager to contact you back on when they staff members can't do proper job. Went to this location out of convenience but certainly won't be going back again.

Don't expect to get through the line quickly. I waited 45 minutes for them to get the tires rotated for the customer in front of me. This is supposed to be a quick service. This place is trying to get as many services as it can to get more revenue. I will change to another place for all my vehicles.

Always helpful, always quick. Very nice guys. I take my two gas cars here for inspections and state inspection as well as oil changes. We also bring then our two electric vehicles for state inspection. These folk always check the cars and inform us of any unsafe problems that require or attention now or that will need to be addressed soon.

We got our oil changed here, and when we pulled up we were greeted by Josh. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about what our car needed and what the shop had to offer. It was about 30 degrees and windy and it didn't phase Josh one bit. He was able to make some recommendations and treated us like we were the owners. Nowadays customer service like this is somewhat rare. Josh exemplified customer service and went above and beyond. Definitely A+ from start to finish.Definitely recommend this place, the whole staff was awesome! I am for sure a loyal customer to this shop now.Thanks again Josh and thanks Valvoline !

Everytime I ask for fluid check and tire pressure check they say it's good but when I get home and check myself, fluids are empty and tire pressure is all over the place. I don't think any of their workers clean their hands either. I always end up with oil hand prints, outside and inside my car.

Please stop hiring children. Too many complaints on over filling oil in oil changes. I dont understand how this company can allow "lube techs" to ruin vehicles. Sad they cant take responsibility. DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGES HERE. Try other oil locations. Overfill on oil changes, dont air up tires or check fluids. EVEN THOUGH ITS A FREE SERVICE. If they are too lazy then they do not need to work there.

This place is fast and efficient for oil changes, however I really do not appreciate trying to be taken advantage of. The "free battery check" that they did with my car running showed my one year old battery had "bad cells" to which they insisted it needed to be replaced. My car has shown none of they typical signs of a faulty battery since replacing it last year. I immediately took my car back to the place I got my new battery from and they knew immediately where I had gotten my oil changed as apparently this is has been an ongoing issue for sometime from this establishment. My battery tested "good" on their devices. I'm disgusted that this is how this company does business.Service: Oil change

They want me to do next oil change after 3000 miles even though I had a full synthetic oil change! No fluid top offs or tire pressure checks were done. I have been a regular customer.

Over $100 for an oil change! I would ve been ok with it if they had asked me first. $50 is reasonable for a Ford Escape. They decided to upgrade me to full synthetic without my permission and surprised me with a $100+ bill. I feel like they ripped me off. The car pulled up behind me was serviced first and I had to wait another 15-20 minutes after they left before they were done with me. The other car had a male passenger which make me question is this business ripping off women? No prices posted anywhere. I would like to know what they charge male customers. When I asked for an explanation of the price, all the technician could tell me was that the shop is now owned by corporate and the price went up $10.Technician was nice and gave me a discount of $12 after expressing my disbelief in the price of oil change. All I wanted to do was to support a local shop.Stay away from this place. I definitely will and will be looking for a more affordable place.

I don t normally leave reviews, good or bad. I just had to let you guys know, Michael, the young man you have working for you, is TOP NOTCH! What a super employee he must be, you guys are lucky to have him. He is always in a great mood, greets you with a smile, and knows his stuff. I have been getting all 4 of my cars serviced here for many years and they have always been great. The last 5 times I have come to get oil change and inspections on all my cars and have been turned away. They have a new excuse each time. First the guy who does the inspections was off and the next time I came back and he had been deployed . Today I was told by another guy that the equipment has not worked since he started 5 months ago. They also say they are under new management and try and sell every service that I don t need but can never do an inspection. I hate to say that I am having to use another place after all these years because they don t seem to care. Even though they have 3 guys standing in the street trying to wave people in for business they can t even provide. Very disappointed!!
