My experience with NuBrakes outstanding! My technician Jake was very professional and courteous and discussed all work before starting and once complete. I felt he gave me an honest assessment and performed the necessary work at a fair price. I definitely recommend and will use NuBrakes again!

I definitely recommend NuBrakes. They came to my house! Arrived on time. Replaced my front brakes and rotors in about an hour!! They quoted me the price up front over the phone. Outstanding customer service. Their prices are comparable to or better than Just Brakes. I didn't have to go to the shop, wait around, and be without a car all day. Pablo my technician showed me the worn damaged front rotors. They let me drive my car around the block to test them and i could immediately feel the difference in the new front brakes. Great experience and huge time saver. Very happy with their service. Thank you!

We needed new brakes for our Fiat 500 so I was looking online and was surprised to see several mobile brake companies. Who knew there was such a thing? We thought it was a great idea that we didn't have to take the car somewhere and waste time waiting for new brakes pads to be put on. So I selected NuBrakes and filled out their online form for a quote. I was pleased by how fast they responded. They were very nice and helpful in answering my many many questions to help me find out what we needed for the car and then helping in setting up an appointment. They even offered me a 15% discount. The car is my wife's so we had the appointment set up to come to her work. They offered us a 5 hour window of time to come but we really needed a more precise time due to my wife's work schedule so we opted for the 2 hour window for an extra $15. It was well worth it. I was so impressed by the communication from NuBrakes. They texted me several times during the days between when we set up the appointment and the appointment date. Very personable. The appointment date arrived, and true to word, they first texted then the technician texted saying he was one his way. Pablo arrived right on time and then called my wife to let him know he was there. He did a diagnosis and gave us the actual price, which was even cheaper than the quote. We had been told by another repair shop that the rotors needed to be replaced. Our tech inspected them and said they were fine, saving us about $800. So glad we didn't use the dealer where we first went to get the brakes checked. My wife said that Pablo was very pleasant and got right to work. The work was done in the time they said it would take and my wife got to actually test drive the car before Pablo left. All in all it was a great experience. We would definitely recommend NuBrakes to everyone and we are very happy and pleased with the service and prices.

Eddie with NuBrakes was awesome. Polite got the job done fast. NuBrakes kept me from missing work by coming to me house to do the job. I highly recommended them for you brake maintenance. And the price was reasonable. Thank You NuBrakes for a job well done.

These guys are the best! The entire experience from start to finish was stellar and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Pablo was my service tech and he was super polite, professional, and was in and out in just over an hour. Call these guys, you won t be disappointed.

My technician Michael was very professional. He provided me with all of the information I needed prior to working on my vehicle. He was fast and my husband and I are very pleased with how much better our vehicle is running. I will be utilizing their service again in the near future for some more maintenance that is needed. Very satisfied customer.

Great experience with a trained, professional and experienced technician. In my case my brakes were fully functional. Carl explained why Now! was not the necessary time to replace my brake pads or rotors. This the way business should be conducted.

Excellent Service. I recommend going to them over a shop. A shop I always feels like they don t really care and they are just giving you a high price based on said shop. These guys were honest about what I needed and I never felt pressured or anything. It was all so easy. From now I will be going through these guys!

I was hesitant to use a mobile mechanic service being old school. However I was pleasantly surprised how professional the Nubrakes team is. Very competitive price for brakes pad replacement. Pablo the tech on this job showed up on time and performed the work in a timely manner even with near freezing Temps.Thanks for the quality service.

What a hassle free experience. I park my vehicle outside, NuBrakes shows up and before I know it my vehicle's brakes are done. No up selling, no awkward waiting areas. I'll use NuBrakes again for sure.

These guys are exceptional mechanics. 45 minute front brake replacement in 25 degree temps and wind. It IS very hard to impress me. I ve done the work. But I m old, slow and cold now. They IMPRESSED ME!
