This is one of the nicest NTB locations I ve been to. It s pretty clean, I had a reasonable wait time, and everyone on staff was both kind and knowledgeable. The service manager, Billy, is fantastic. Ben Cortez is top notch. I d trust these guys with my grandma s car. Thank you for the service, I will be back!

EXTREMELY HELPFUL. They were kind and pleasant. The facilities and waiting area neat and orderly. The bathroom didn t make me cringe at all. They were thorough with checking all of my tires before and after patching the flat one. 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend!

Jacob was amazing and offered me the best deal for my tires!!! He was very professional & I truly appreciated that!!! Will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends!!! I've been coming to this NTB for years and they've always treated me right and taken good care of my car. There was an issue with the last work done and I brought it back in and they made it right and were really great about it. I highly recommend working with Adam, he is wonderful and doesn't try to take advantage of you and is really nice.

I did an oil change and a tire rotation and I have to say, it was faster than other places iv been too. Adam (the manager) has an amazing attitude and made me feel very welcomed. I came pretty late any they had no problem staying to service me. Will definitely be going here again! Thank you Adam!!!

Had a great experience today getting new tires and battery. Adam was very helpful and communicated with me very well during the whole process. I usually go to discount tires but have had some unpleasant experiences where I was turned away without help because I did not have my wheel lock key. Adam was super supportive because I was driving with a very dangerous tire that was quite compromised. Now I have a new wheel lock key that he helped me obtain and I feel safe on the road with my new tires. I will be coming here from now on. Ask for Adam!

Booked an appointment for realignment and to check my brakes due to shaking. The was thorough, provided my options with prices, and had my repairs completed with 2 hours. I appreciated the speedy service, professionalism, and friendly conversation.

Brought my car to get the brakes looked at. Adam and his team did an amazing job explaining that there weren't any issues with the pads. Very glad to know that honest mechanics still exist. I will definitely be back.

Went in with a mysterious leak in the tire, came out with with no issues!! Front desk was super friendly, shop team was incredibly fast and efficient. Overall, phenomenal experience and I left without paying a dime!!!

Truly appreciate the honesty and integrity of the team at this location. I came in near closing with a battery issue and they still checked me in and performed assessment on my battery and shared the car just needed to be driven since it had been sitting for awhile and it would charge. I had taken it previously to auto zone 20 minutes earlier and thier tester told me battery was no good and needed to purchase a new one. A week later after driving car and battery are fine. Thank You NTB Rowlett!

Finding a new place. Staff changed for the worse since I was here last. Not to mention. The waiting room is germy and unkept looking. They said the coffee pot has been out of service for months, soda machine broke, candy machine empty, and TV not on. Their competition on same street has their waiting area much more clean and accommodating.

NTB is always amazing! They let me know exactly what's going on with my car and they're able to fix it. Over time, they've replaced my battery, brake pads, tires, engine coils, lights, and have done the alignments. The employees are always super nice and knowledgeable. I trust NTB with my car and will definitely choose them when I need some car maintenance done

Shop got me in and out! Had an appointment but they got me started when I arrived early... Workers were all knowledgeable! Definitely took care of me! Would recommend this Rowlett NTB to everyone!

I usually don t care to leave reviews but hands down as a veteran and someone that s had bad car experiences. I ve been to this location twice and they always take good care of my car and have a very welcoming attitude. Will always use them if my tires or any other car issues arise

I've purchased 5 tires and had my regular maintenance done at this location in the last 30 days. The service is always awesome, the employees are always helpful and transparent.Not to mention the location is always really clean. I've been to a bunch of mechanics over the years and most of the time everything is coated in grease, dust, and neglect. Definitely not the case here.Awesome service and a great experience.
