Good people. I took my vehicle there to have them correct some exhaust work that was done incorrectly at another shop. They were really helpful. Worked hard to get everything straightened out and did great work. I highly recommend them.

Had a cat-back free flow system installed on my 2019 Tundra with dual in/out and black tips out each side. I am very pleased with the level of professional courtesy and quality of work!

I went there to have my front brakes pads, and roters replaced, I don't know what happened but a week later I was having vibration when I would apply the brakes. I took my car back and told the mechanic whome had supposedly replaced them. At the time he was busy and told me it would be a while before he could take a look at them. I had to work so I couldn't leave my car being that it was my only transportation. Long story short they were never changed!!Service: Brakes

We like to frequent local small businesses. We took my little Mazda 3 in at 8 am for new shocks and it was ready same day 2:30 pm, we are very pleased! I have to say that these are very honest people when it come to during work to your car. I brought in a 2011 Chevy aveo for catalytic converter to be put on and they done an excellent job. The mechanic was very honest with me about what was wrong with my car, he had good news and bad news I know that the price of getting this car fix was very expensive. The price I was willing to pay went up, but I had another problem and that was o2 censor was needing to be put on. People let me tell you I was truly praying that he didn t find nothing else major so it was something minor he found which it was one spark plug as bad and he replace that for me for free, wow God is awesome but I will recommend this shop to my friends and family. I was driving my car home from the shop and the car run so good! Then I was able to go and get my car inspected with no problem. I will give this shop more stars than required. Once again to JON s Brake and muffler thank you for honest work and I pray that God will pour out his FAVOR upon you business!!! Service: Exhaust

I took my 2021, Dodge Charger V6, in for Muffler Delete! It Sounds Spectacular! I wanted to start with simply removing the muffler and keeping the original resonators. The price was extremely fair, I had to throw in a tip I was so pleased! My advice for V6 owners, start with removing the muffler only, unless you know for sure the sound you are looking for. Jon's Brake & Muffler Shop, is a Great Place to start if you're in the DFW!Service: Exhaust

Went in to get a Flowmaster muffler welded on in place of the stock resonator on my jeep. Guys did a great job and were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. They are first come first serve so get there early, but they are up front with the wait. Very pleased with the work they did and how my jeep sounds now. I would recommend them for any exhaust work. Thank you!

Went in recently thinking i needed new brake pads, got the car on the lift and he told me my brake pads are fine and i didn't need pads. He cleaned up the area, i think he added more grease and such and just charged me $20 for the refresh instead of servicing the car with parts it didn't need. Took my truck, and my other car there 11 years ago for new exhaust, both high quality work. Great job guys!

I've known Jeff and Russell for going on 20 years now. They do all our vehicles. Brakes, exhaust, and anything engines. I trust no one else but them. Honest dependable and better price than others. I went into Jons shop yesteday and dropped off my 2021 Toyota Supra to have an aftermarket exhaust installed. BY FAR, the best prices around and very prompt with service. They are THE BEST!! If you re looking for great service that won t drain your bank account then please look no further. They have done repairs on both our older vehicles and have always done high quality work at a fraction of the costs of other shops. They are first come, first serve so get there early if you want to guarantee same day service. It s nothing fancy to look at but they don t price gauge either and they have high integrity so they are up front and honest with you. They don t do work without your approval. Cannot recommend them more. They don t do tires but pretty much anything else.

I cant say enough good things about this place! Jeff is awesome and this business is as honest as they come! My recent experience saved me a significant amount of money...I first tried to get an alignment done at local Fir*stone and was told that I needed new ball joints and assembly hubs. This was true but their prices were insane on both parts and labor. Fir*stone was trying to charge over 5 times the value in parts, and were double dipping the labor for the hub assembly. When I saw the quote, I knew that I needed to go to Jon's!Jon's did a great job, saved me a ton of money, and left me feeling great about my decision to go there. They even ran into trouble having to put a few hours of unexpected labor into removing some of the ball joints, but did not push that cost over to me.Don't just take my word for it, get yourself a couple of quotes. You will see for yourself, and become a customer for life.THANK YOU JEFF FOR THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Please thank your top notch mechanic for me as well.

Could not rave more about Jon's! I had a penny-sized hole in my muffler and he quickly patched it up no charge! Great service, professional and very good work! Highly highly recommend going here.

Jon's Brake and Muffler is a very good and honest place. They are always very straightforward and do not try to sell you anything you don't need. I came in once thinking I would need new brakes on my car, but they told me that my brakes actually look very good. They will tell you how things are, they are very good about calling and telling you what is happening, and they have even followed up with me to make sure the part they replaced is still good. Very surprised and satisfied with the amazing customer service here.

This was my first time using Jon's Brake & Muffler Shop but based on the reviews I've seen I wanted to give them a try.I happy to say I wasn't disappointed. Honest and dependable are the adjectives that come to mind. These guys appear to be the type of mechanics you hope you find someday.They inspected and replaced my front pads and rotors on my 350z promptly and at a fair price. Very happy I found these guys - they definitely have earned my business moving forward.

We have taken our cars here multiple times in the past two years and had much better service and care than the place we went to before. Staff are kind, courteous, and thorough. We have never had a problem mis-diagnosed, and they make sure the time they charge you for is fair and accurate. We love dealing with the genuine and sincere people who work here - they care about their customers to a degree you don't often find these days.Definitely recommend.

Costumer service: was really friendly, gave us a call when he had a diagnostic on the brakes.Auto service: did what we asked and nothing more. We had a bad tire which we knew about but we stated we ONLY wanted the brakes fix. Didn't try to sell us anything else.Price: very good price, did not feel like I over paid. Gave us a break down of where all the expenses went.Atmosphere: it's an old fashion repairshop so don't expect the fanciness of those chain companies but you can see they focus on their work.Recommend: absolutely
