Diamond in the rough! One can't tell an outstanding facility like this in such a place! Don't let the direction fool you cause when you get to it, you will be amazed. Total one stop place! Cars are hand selected only to include the best condition ones saving you the headache of the search. Everyone of them are detailed cleaned to like new. But the best part was the no pressure customer service by Gabriel. His personality, ease of communication, and flexibility to stay after hours really did the trick for my purchase from here. Prices are competitive and you get a peace of mind car in a fun-filled way. What else! So thanks to Gabriel, Daniel, and JP for an excellent service. Keep up the good work!

Worked with Seth and Juan during the purchase of my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. Vehicle was exactly as advertised and drove great. These guys worked with me via phone/text/email to complete the deal and handled communications with my bank as well. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from out of state and all went great. They also handled delivery since we couldn't make the long drive back to the dealership. I'm looking forward to enjoying my new Jeep and would recommend them in the future.Thanks guys.

accelerated reviewNot sure what happen to my first 1 star review last week. But now I have an update; my 91 OBS is home. I was able to end this journey with the help of a tow truck.On November 22, 2023 I drove my truck to Accelerate Auto Repair after reading the great reviews and how they can work on older model vehicles.I explained that several shops in the past were unable to tune the Holley TBI. Tim the service writer assured me that they can handle the tuning.After diagnosing the issues, I was quoted $1,800 to repair brakes and a complete tuneup ( Spark plugs, coil, wires). I agreed to the repair and was told it will be done after Thanksgiving.I was getting a little worried as December and no calls regarding my truck. I started to check on the progress on December 4. I explained that my limit on the truck was $2000.00 because I had a quote for a rebuilt LS3 at $7000.Tim explained that they were having an issue with the tuning. I checked back on 12/26, 1/5, and1/8. On 1/8 Tim explained that they found the issue with the distributor retarding back to the wrong position. It should be a couple of hours and a day to test. Well on 1/10, I called again and found that Tim was no longer with Accelerate Auto Repair and the tech was at lunch. GM was unavailable and owner works from home. Called back to speak with GM (Remon). I was told about the tuning issue and he will speak with the tech and call back. 2 days later I call again and found that the tech called in sick and still no resolution. IT was time to get my truck back, the cost was about $2500; I explained that we agreed on a $2000.00 limit. He made an adjustment to $2034.00 and my truck was TOWED back home. I feel they wasted a lot of time and money just throwing parts at it with no clear path to resolving the problem. Finally dove my truck today 01/18/24; much worst than I expected. It's really wouldn't drive a block, the brake light is still on (not repaired) plan to seek legal action for total refund. GM called to see what I would accept to remove this post(free oil change on another car) NO, I'm seeking other avenues to expose this chop shop. I have other cars to drive and hope they don't cause someone to go without transportation.

I m not going to lie, I m not the most trusting person..been burned too many times. We purchased our mini van and it had a minor issue that the auto group mechanic wasn t able to fix so they set up an appointment for us to drop it off at Honda. FAST covered to cost of the repair and renewed my faith in businesses! Thanks so much! Thanks Daniel and Nick for all your help!

This place is the bomb! Great customer service and they go above and beyond for the customer! I was attended to by Gabriel from day one he was on it he helped me thru the process and went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted also was great in communication. As for me I am a buyer for life if anyone is looking for a vehicle and wants to be treated right look this guys up and as for my friend Gabe!

Best pre owned car dealership in the DFW metroplex. They have an exceptional selection of vehicles that meet any budget. I specifically wanted to recommend our Fast Sales Representative, Daniel. Daniel made the (sometimes) mundane car buying experience fast and fun. He has exceptional knowledge of the industry and made us feel comfortable buying our son s 1st vehicle a 2005 Toyota 4 Runner which had all kinds of cool/custom off road features. However, 30 minutes after arriving home the engine was smoking. Yikes. I connected with Justin the owner, who was exceptional by the way and he offered us to do a swap out. This was not only kind and compassionate but he did not have to do this. Fast, you have a customer for life! I highly recommend Fast for that 1st time car buyer or if you want a Ferrari straight out of Ferris Buhler s day off not joking. So go visit the amazing staff at Fast today and don t forget to ask for Daniel!

Daniel was a great help when fielding my inquiry about a car at the dealership. He explained the online process and offered helpful information and advice about buying a car over the internet.He also promptly sent me a walkthrough video since this was going to be an online purchase (I live in New York). Even though it turned out this wasn't the car for me, I have no doubt the buying experience would have been smooth and easy - not something you can say about all car salesman. Would definitely recommend him if you are in need of a vehicle.

These guys were great to work with! Colby was very helpful in answering all my questions and ensuring I was happy with everything. He really did go above and beyond in every way! Silvio in financing was also really helpful and they both stayed late so that I could bring the vehicle back that same day since it was such a far drive. Definitely recommend these guys! Colby is still helping me out with a few things even after the deal. I ll look forward to working with them again in the future!

Colby was the best, he made the buying process easy and fast, in and out in a little over an hour, he was never pushy, made jokes and was friendly, didnt even feel like i was talking to a sales rep, will DEF be buying another car through these guys! Colby keep up the good work man, and thanks for answering any questions i had even after the purchase!

They were so professional and nice. They fixed my car in 1 day!! I dropped it off at 9:00am and they called me at 6:00pm to tell me it was done. I had a new rear bumper installed with a passenger side mirror. I love my car!! It was so clean when I picked it up and they were very reasonably priced!! I will definitely recommend my family and friends!

I just bought a car from this place and the dealer Lesley was absolutely the best, she was very thorough and explained things in different ways until I was able to fully understand. She was quick with the process and was super nice always with a big smile while maintaining that professional feel. If you re gonna buy a car you should definitely ask for her.

These guys were a pleasure to work with. Very straightforward in discussion We re very clear on direction of what paperwork was needed And when I came down to meet with them, the truck was ready Washed and ready to go. We finished paperwork very quickly, and I was out of there in 30 minutes. Great experience Highly recommend them. Colby did a great job Shawn in finance was also very friendly.

Becky and the Accelerate team did an outstanding job at getting me my beautiful 2011 Corvette Grand sport. They managed to buy my truck and get it shipped out and get me my Corvette shipped to my home all within a couple days. It was a truly amazing experience!

Was looking for a specific vehicle with specific color combo. An online search brought me to a vehicle 450 miles away from home, in Rowlett, TX at dealership Accelerate Auto.Gotta say, I was skeptical. I had not thought about making such a major purchase online, but was willing to see how it worked.I reached out directly to AAG to see if the vehicle was even still available. My inquiry was answered by online auto sales specialist Sonny Cunneen. Within an hour I had a video detailing the entire vehicle including the convertible top operating, and a link to the carfax report.The price was fair for the make and model. After a very quick haggle over the shipping of my new toy to New Orleans, paperwork was signed, money was wired and 5 days later it was in my driveway. Car looked in even better condition than the video let on.Sonny and the team at AAG made the entire process worry free. Special thanks to Cameron and Lanay for dealing with the paperwork (with exquisite penmanship)!

I just want to say this business deserves all the recognition possible, Shawn is absolutely amazing at making things move along quickly. Becky was very nice with handling our business. Seth was our salesman that gave us a good pitch my husband was able to walk out of there with his New truck thanks to these three amazing people! We couldn t have been any more blessed for what they done for us. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
