They did absolutely great! Paid attention to every detail. The day my car was supposed to be picked up, they had to delay because they found broken lug-nuts in my tire! They made sure every part of my car was in top shape.

I have a 2015 ford mustang that had front end damage and I took it to Service King to repair the damage after about four months the car was repair but it stayed longer waiting for a seat belt to come in that happen came in yet because Ford has it on back order so Service King in Rowlett gave me a call letting me know I can come get my car while the part is coming in but I need to sign Documents saying Service King will not be Liable for if I get into an accident if the seat belt didn't work. I signed it but when I went to pickup my car I couldn't believe my eyes, the hood of my car wasn't level or even with the front end of the car there was a big gap there all the way across to both corners of the car. The first 3 pics is what the car looked like when I went to pick the car up and the next 3 pics is before the car was damaged. You be the Judge..Service King in Rowlett you should be of shame of the repairs to this Mustang

Very very poor experience. I have had 2 poor experiences at this location in particular. Today I dropped my car off weary of the outcome. There was a little awkwardness in our interaction given the fact that the other person there for their appointment received much better costumer service than I did but I showed no mind to that and actually dropped it off a little bit later to accommodate my rental with the expectation that my car would be repaired at this location.To my surprise I was called and at first what sounded like a question turned into only one option that being, my car would get towed on a flatbed to north Richland hills and dropped off to another shop that needed the work When told this I immediately declined because the whole reason I brought my car there was to have it done by people that were minutes away from where I live. It s almost like they never had the intention to work on it on the first place. They told me they had a shortage of employees but when I dropped it off around lunchtime I saw atleast 25 people on the same room eating lunch . I believe I was lied to and I received very poor costumer service when I went to retrieve my vehicle there was no effort made by anyone to accommodate what they said they would do 2 weeks ago. Mind you I m in a rental now so that complicates my situation because now I ve got to find somewhere to fix my vehicle immediately since these people didn t want to. If I could give 0 stars I would . Don t do business here, they ve wasted my time for the last two weeks and all day today and taken opportunities away from other shops that would treat the customer right. Thumbs down, do better. It should be called TRASH Collision. Poor customer service and after repairs were done my check engine light was on and the manager stated that I should drive it a 100 miles for it to reset. One of the worst places to go to for body repairs.

I brought my car here to have them fix it, but my insurance ended up totaling it. However, the staff was very friendly here and helped my parents remove some items out of the car while I was out of state before it was towed off to a yard.Thanks guys.

First off, it was my Mother in Laws behicle getting repaired, not mine. She was very thorough with my mother in law and highlighted with a wax pencil what they were looking at first and then what would be checked after disassembly. They called back and sent it to another shop of theirs because the work would be done faster and returned quicker. That's great. What we weren't told is the tow company used was going to use our toll tag to the tune of $46+ to get it there and that was only one way. Left us with a surprise charge to Tolltag, and a headache of calls to complete about why we were charged for Tow and paid the cost of Tolls. The people seem nice, and the fact they try to get us in and out faster are commendable. But not telling us the burden we're about to bear is a little off-putting.

Was involved in an accident on 9/21/22 and decided to take it to this Service King for a free estimate on 9/23/22 since it was close to my job. Spoke with someone by the name of J.D. They were very professional on providing me with details on what my estimate could turn out to be. After inspecting and taking pictures of my truck, he said to give him a few hours before sending the estimated quote after I provided him with my email. Tomorrow being Friday 9/30/22 I still have yet to receive the email he promised to send over showing the estimated quote I was hoping to receive.

I had my front headlamp/fender smashed/dented; Service King Rowlett did the repair but my bumper started coming loose. I took my SUV back in and J.D. told me the bumper clips are part of the bumper which needed to be replaced....so why did they not replace the bumper to begin with? He had no answer other than to blame me for the bumper coming loose. He said the photos from the claim did not show the bumper being loose which was not true...all the photos I took of the front end show the bumper was detached when I first brought it in and one even shows a bumper clip being torn. J.D. said he would get with State Farm about it....nothing happened....called and left several voice mails...sent multiple emails to JD and the general manager Dennis Kuhn...no response. I contacted State Farm who called Service King Rowlett, then Albert called me...I took the SUV back in and he took photos of the bumper....nothing happened....called again several times and then spoke to Dennis Kuhn, he assured me they would upload the photos to State Farm...nothing happened. State Farm called them...they said would upload the photos....nothing happened. Customer Service is lousy if you have a problem after the initial repair. It is not good business to right out ignore your customer. This has been going on for 3 months now.Service: Body & Trim

The staff, and the tech s at this Service King are the best!!! I live in Dallas, and I will not take my vehicles to anyone else!!! They do what they say, and always follow up!!! I highly recommend this service king!!! Cris, Dennis, and Tim handle business like business should be handled, so if you need any body work done, please give them a chance, you will not regret it!!!Service: Body & Trim

I had minor collision damage to my van. Art took care of me beautifully. He inducted my van into their system quickly, provided daily updates and notified me when it was ready to go. The work was excellent. The van was delivered with all damage repaired and the van freshly washed. I have used Service King several times over the years and I keep going back. I wouldn t do that if I didn t feel like I got excellent value for the time and money, and I am picky about my vehicles. Doc LucasService: Body & Trim

From the first day I dropped off my vehicle they explained everything that would be done and I explained what I expected. They kept me updated daily on the progress. Work was done when they said it would. I was very pleased with the quality of work that was done. I had an older vehicle worked on and they treated it like I owned a new one. Excellent work. Unfortunately the insurance company decided that they would rather write off the car. With that said, we have had service king work on our cars previously and their work has always been excellent. From painting the car to doing repairs to keeping us advised of the status of our work there has never been a complaint.

My fiance and I just picked up our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Service King Rowlett yesterday and it looks AMAZING! Not only do the repairs look perfect the team here also doesn't disappoint. They're awesome! We dropped off our car for repair in less than 10 minutes and our service advisor, Aris, made sure to touch base over the next few days to keep us updated. Our car ended up being ready four days ahead of schedule (wonderful surprise) and picking up the car was a breeze! I've used multiple Service King locations over the years and this one is definitely top-notch. 100% recommend!

Stop by to get estimates for my wife's Ford, Andrew was nice and took a look at it, took all my information, said he would email me the estimate, this was Thursday around noon. He said it would take 2 hrs. Friday around 10 am still nothing, call shop, was sent to voicemail left message, and again phone number, for Andrew to call or email the estimate, now Sat. Morning and have not heard from him. Not sure what I did wrong. I had thought Service King was top notch, well guess not.

My husband's truck was hit by a wheel that flew off of an uninsured drivers car. The hood was a wreck. Shout out for Art at Service King in Rowlett who was a super star, always updating with status and getting a great job done in really good time. I would highly recommend this store even though I would normally shy away from the bigger folks like Service King, they really did an excellent job! Thanks Art!!Service: Body & Trim

I am VERY satisfied with my experience at the Rowlett Service King (both personal treatment and quality of work). My service advisor, Melody, kept me informed through emails, texts and phone calls. She was extremely understanding and worked really hard for me. She made me feel as if I was the only customer but I know the center was very business. She never hurried me and always answered all my questions thoroughly. The center service workers/staff (as well as others off site at other shops needed to complete my work) worked extremely hard to get me my car when I needed it. I will most definitely use this location in the future. Thank you guys and gals for the professional work you all did!

So far I have had a five star experience and would highly recommend this body shop to my friends. They took my car right on the spot and handled the arrangements with the rental car to pick me up at their business. They took the stress out of the process. Thank you all for being so professional! I had tried to take my car to another business in Rowlett but they couldn't seem to get all their ducks in a row after multiple attempts on my part to help things along. I called Allstate and they recommended Service King. They even have an Allstate guy on their premises who handled the appraisal so that I didn't have to go back and forth with the insurance on anything. He even came out to my car quickly so that I didn't have to get my three kids out. As any mom can tell you, this is a gesture that was greatly appreciated! You are running a top notch business!

Art and Service King went way above and beyond.The car was repaired when promised, the car was much cleaner when I picked it up than when I brought it to them. Outstand service !!!! I was kept up to date with where my vehicle was at in the repair process by text message and personal phone calls. My vehicle took a few extra days to finish, this was because my Service Advisor Chris Castillo didn't like how one part look after it came out and had it re done. He took very good care of me and treated me like I was family. Highly recommend Service King Rowlett to anyone.

This was a nightmare from the beginning. We had used them before and they were great, but when we went back, all the personnel had changed and they had to tow our car (wasn't drivable) to Carrolton, and they assured us they would bring the car back to Rowlett for pickup. When we dropped it off, we told them we wanted a dent and bad door ding that had nothing to do with the accident fixed, so please give us a quote. They circled the dent and ding with yellow grease pen. Told us it would be done in 5 to 7 business day. As expected, they weren't accurate on the time, no big deal. 4 days late, they told us it was ready and waiting on tow from Carrolton back to Rowlett. Waited 2 days for them to get it back to Rowlett, come to find out, they told us the towing company they contract with only has 1 or 2 trucks, and they were busy. Ended up going and getting the car ourselves. They didn't fix the ding or dent, and when we got it back, there was a piece of trim that needed replace and the passenger door wouldn't lock. Took it back the following Monday, and after 2 day, we had to have them rent us a car (on them) to get back and forth from work. I will never use them againServices: Painting, Body & Trim

If there's zero star, I would use it. I can't believe how they can stay in business while they kept lying to the customers. They kept my car for the whole month. People, please take your business else where because this Service King, especially the one in Rowlett TX is worst from customer service to the quality. Stay far way from them. I dropped off my car 3 weeks ago, friendly people but after dealing with them for over 3 weeks now they are very disorganized. First my car was going to take 10 days, Then it became 20. But I was assured it wouldn't take that long they would push it out in 17. The 17th day rolled around and my car wasn't even in paint yet. Again no one is taking to each other. So the 19th day came up and I called to ask when I can come pick up my car tomorrow. I was told its still not ready and it maybe another 5 days because they need to call in a few specialist to help run diagnostics to fix a sensor. My question is why wasn't this all scheduled before hand so they don't have to ask people last min and keep my car for longer. This is costing me lots of money in rental car fees. I'm very disappointed in Service King I was going to go to the dealership to get it fixed but I wanted to try a place closer to home. Big mistake on my part, lesson learned. I look forward to giving an update when I get my car back.
