The team at Aldo s have taken such great care of my CLA; I come for all my mileage based maintenance and they are upfront and honest and the mechanics actually specialize with these types of cars!

I wouldn t advise anyone to bring their car to this establishment. I had a very bad experience and I am still in the process of suing and filing complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I gave my Maserati to Aldo s European car service for diagnostic and repair it took quite some time before he actually did the diagnostic, I went there a couple of times and they don t keep to opening times . Anyway, I finally convinced him to tell me what was wrong with the car, he came up with different things, cooling fan, service due etc. He said it was going to take some time to get the parts and charged me more than $5800 . I paid him the money after he claimed to have finished with repairs. I drove my car for few weeks and I am having trouble with cooling fan. I had to take it to another auto repair shop and spent another $6900 . And found out that the cooling fan Aldo s replaced was an after market that s a fake one. I went to Aldo,s and showed him the cooling fan and asked him to show me where he ordered it from, he refused and said from a Maserati auto house and 10 minutes later he changed his story and said it was from a Ferrari car shop. I am definitely going to make a complaint to BBB and ask my lawyer to sue him . He s dishonest and despicable human being

The last of the great fine auto shops. Everyone there knows what they are doing. They don't bother with tricks or lies. They don't need to. They diagnose and repair the problems properly from the start. Don't bother going there if you want a cheap and unsafe temporary solution to your problem, because they won't do it. They take their jobs seriously and they love fine automobiles, and it shows.

Hello MB Car Owners.I normally don't send out reviews but in this case it is very well worth my time. I was looking for for a good mechanic to help me with an issue that I had that was cause by another shop that I will not mention. That car was smoking like a chimney and would not run at all. I was referred to him by a good friend and thought to try him out. I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a trust worthy person who knows his craft to give them a shout. I own a 2012 S 500 and it's been 3 months since he worked on my car and it drives better than when i first bought it over a decade ago. Fantastic Service and will be visiting him soon to have him address my other 2 cars, Yes they are foreign, my cars that is.Thank you Aldo and everyone at your shop, See you soon.

Man I LOVE this guy ive been shopping around for months to get the clutch done in my 05 Maserati Quattropote an omg the prices ranged from 6k to 9k ALDO gave me the best price an i nobody can beat it his shop is immaculate i have never seen a mechanic shop full of cars this clean an he is just amazing

Aldo's always does the best possible work. They don't up-sell, or push unneeded stuff. You can count on getting on honest evaluation, an accurate quote for the work, and it is completed properly. I wish that other shops were like this one.

I have a 2016 BMW 750i xdrive. I had a Drivetrain malfunction: You can continue driving. No Roadside Assistance required... message. I brought my car to Aldo s by reference of a general mechanic. When I dropped my car off he was very polite and assured me he d take great care of such a beautiful car . This was on March 8th. I didn t hear from them again until March 11th...I had to call him!!! He informed me the issue was the upper and lower air flaps. I questioned that diagnosis. He assured me that was indeed the issue. After keeping my car another week in a half I have to call him to find out it didn t fix the issue but I owe him $1,250 for the repair. This is March 23rd now...15 days later!!! I tried to reason with him on the cost considering the car still was NOT fixed and now the engine light (was not on when I dropped the car off) is on. This guy is a LIAR AND A CHEAT!!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK

Ever since my 650 came off BMW warranty and maintenance I ve been going to Aldo s. He and his wife are super personable and he is very fair and honest, as well as reasonable.

Customer service is very weak. I had to travel to the location to get an update. The customer intake was very troubling. Did not note any of the car issues and when asked about the symptoms they would act surprised. It was in their shop for a week to diagnose.I would consider a different shop.Give Parkway Car Care a try with your Mercedes and save hundreds if not thousands!!!

Great service, old school customer relationship with local small business! Will continue to bring my problematic 2010 Mercedes-Benz GL 350 diesel for service; bad vehicle and expensive to repair but consistently fair repair prices compared to Mercedes dealers to keep it in top running condition.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, BrakesServices: Transmission, Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Took the 2009 Passat there for a sparatic no start. They checked all circuits, systems and found that the key fob was worn. Did charge a single thing and had at least 3-4hrs labor in it. Owner (Aldo) is very honest and good!! All it needed was a new ignition in the dash. I've been a heavy truck tech/Maint manager for 35 years and would trust this man with my little cars any day.

I was charged 1300 to get my car driving , he had my car for over a month and still when I pick it up it stalls out . I take it bCk to him because he said I need to fix speed sensor and fuel pump. That's not what's on my recite . So when I bring it back up he says theres so much wrong with the car but couldnt tell me what exactly will make the car run . He had a worker clean off a sensor for me so I could take it home. Didnt even get fixed! Long story I wont come back I think they ripped me off and didnt care to make it right.
