I've been coming here for several years and everytime I come they are very friendly and respectful. They never try sell anything I don't need. Great customer service too! The place is clean too.

I, seriously, cannot say enough amazing things about Brian the Manager at this location. He is the nicest, most honest, pure quality Master Tech I've ever met. I, truly, feel blessed to know him as he has helped me through some stressful car times. I ALWAYS feel confident about the work he does on my car! I travel about 500-1000 miles a week. And keeping me on the road benefits my livelihood. Visit here if you want GREAT SERVICE!!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Oil change

These guys are trustworthy, have never been offered additional services in the years I've gone there. They are usually very quick. They also don't seem to mind that I prefer to stand outside the bay to watch my car. Would love to see them open 7 days a week though.

I'd used this place for several years. I referred others multiple times. Up until a couple of years ago, service was always fast, friendly, and professional. I went in around February 2021 for an inspection but was told they didn't have a certified vehicle inspector. I went back July 2021 for an oil change and was told they didn't have, and could no longer get oil filters for my VW Jetta. So sad to see such decline from the excellent service they once provided.

This is my go-to place for oil changes and State inspection. I like it for 3 reasons1. There is rarely any wait here2. They let me bring my own oil and don't charge an arm and leg to change it3. Their service is fairly quick and getting State inspection in the same place is niceI'm sometimes concerned that they might shut down and are not profitable because I don't see a ton of foot traffic here. I suggest they offer free WiFi and online marketing ( hence the review- I never put reviews)

It is now 8:25 am and this shop is suppose to open at 8 am. Two Castrol employees, myself and two customers have been waiting for the manager to show up. I went to Auto One Car Care and they were wonderful and took care of me quickly.

What a great experience. I came in for an oil change and inspection. The service was great as well as the staff. I usually go to the dealership but this was a great experience and the price very affordable. They did push unnecessary changes which was much appreciated. I will be back.

I just got an oil change in under 20 minutes all of the gentleman that helped me were extremely professional and knowledgeable and recommended several things but we re not pushy and selling additional services. I will definitely be coming here every time!

They are so friendly, so nice, and so fast! I came in for a state inspection, but my horn wasn't working so I went to get it fixed and they re did my state inspection for free. I soul definitely recommend them!

I had my oil change done and started driving away and hear screeching noise coming from under the hood. Stopped and found the skid plate or the engine shield that is removed to get to the oil filter and drain plug was not secured back after the oil change. Took the vehicle back and the guys who work here started showing me a nasty attitude and when I gave it back to them started calling profanities. This is the same guy who had to be woken up from a back room and be reminded by another guy to come back to work. Extremely unprofessional . It felt like a bunch of thugs work at this place. I am not going back there ever.

Honest , FairHave been coming to the Round Rock location last two years , why ? Because it s so hard to find a business gives quality service and generally cares about the customer, not to mention they are a local small business. Please come buy and give this folks a look now more then ever we need to support the local business.

Great service! I went in to get a headlight replaced, was promptly greeted before I got to the front door. Service took just a few minutes and the price fair.

Extremely efficient, fast, and no bovine scatology. The service folks offer more but don't make you feel pressured or guilt-tripped into anything. Definitely coming back!

These guys take the pain out of Texas car inspection. Look, we all gotta do it, but let's make it painless, and these guys provide that. 18.50 and you move on. Get your registration. Get your license. And drive like Texas. Love it!

With my last oil change they didn't check any of my fluids. Had to refill power steering fluid within two days of leaving your shop. Seems someone didnt do their job.

Waited in line for an hour outside in car.. And they over charge me because I was from out of town and said that only returning customers get discounts.. they were out of the regular oil and said they only had synethic oil .. very rude lady that works here was like im sorry I don t care go somewhere else..it not like you are going to come back and get your oil change here again why would I give u a discount who are u? ... the guy who changed my oil is over worked and under paid .. They need to have more staff on hand or move faster because it took over an hour to get a state inspection with only a few cars in front of us the guys were friendly but absolutely not in any hurry.

I use this place for all my oil changes and inspections for all my vehicles. They even work with me when I bring my own oil and filters, which I do, because I use Amsoil for maximum longevity.

You need your oil changed and these son of a guns change oil. I'm not sure what else you need to know. They give you a sticker that tells you when to come back and have your oil changed again. That sort of knowledge is invaluable for folks who are interested in responsibly maintaining their vehicles.

They recommended an engine flush at 15k...when I've had routine oil changes done every 5k. Engine flushes should only be done if engines are sludged up. Teach your lube techs!

bad services, i did the oil changed $65.00 for my vehicle, but it just 2k miles the oil run out to 15%, so i just ran about 2 month, and ticker due date for next oil change is 9/11/2019, 2 more month to go but today my vehicle show up 15% need oil change again, they told me " you can run 1000 miles with 15% left ", CRAZY and CHEATING, anybody watch out this place
