My son s car broke down just as he pulled up to our house Sunday night. I called Monday morning around 8:30 and the the tech came out by 11:30, they were awesome!! Fixed the belt in an hour and Trey had his car working again. I highly recommend them. It saved a 250.00 towing fee to get to a shop. They came right to my house and fixed it. They also didn t make a big mess and cleaned up everything to make it look like new. I ll never use anyone else when it comes to my car repairs

Even tho my car didn t make it, I wanted to thank this place for doing everything they could to save my car!! They could ve easily temporarily fix my car and let me walked out with a car that was going to give up on me later in the future. They communicated very well! Kept in touch with me on every step of the way and gave me the best advice on what they thought was best. Thank you once again!!

Mobile Auto Clinic is top notch. I highly recommend them. I called them on a Friday, late afternoon at that, and they got me right in. My 2016 Nissan Mirano had an engine failure light pop up. Cody was so professional and checked me in. Jed preformed a throughout test. I will be getting my car repaired first thing next week. I cannot thank them enough. I was so worried about that MIL icon showing up, and I needed to make an emergency trip to see family. After Jed's testing, he assured me I would be safe to drive. I am so happy I found them, they are honest, professional, trustworthy and goes above and beyond.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have SOO many other companies deny me of services just so I could find my new mechanic crew! I called last minute and had a time limit because I do not live in the area just yet. Cody got right on it and not only beat the time I needed to get out of town by an hour but really spoke highly on the company in general and after meeting Jed ( I hope I remembered the name correctly) I could tell the whole team is really amazing and love what they do! They broke everything down to the T and all I knew about a vehicle is to really drive it and don t run out of gas!! I will definitely be returning and recommend this place for anything including a heart felt conversation!!!!

I highly recommend this mobile mechanic! They were able to confirm an appointment with us only two hours after our initial call, came and immediately found the problem and has us back on the road! Fair priced, quick and great customer service!

If only more businesses had this caliber of service! I submitted their online request form and promptly heard back via text message with a surprisingly reasonable quote and same-day availability. The mechanic, Nick, called later to see if it would be ok to arrive a bit early (yes!) and he did a great job.

So impressed. Was anxious about finding a reliable and fair auto shop and I ve now found it! Wanted to be treated fairly and as a woman you have to be careful sometimes. From outstanding and caring discussions with Cody who sent estimate immediately and arranged for the mechanic to come to my house for a diagnostic ( engine light) & at home oil change to the mechanic , Victor, who evaluated my car, drove it , did the oil change . Top notch service from trustworthy people. Also my final estimate came in 50$ dollars lower than thought!! They will be my go to.

These guys are amazing. They will go above and beyond to help you out. They also are honest and will not try and just get work done for the sake of making money.My car was going to cost to much to fix and they told me it was not worth it rather than just trying to get me to spend 1000s on it.I also used them for a used car pre buy inspection, they really did a thorough investigation and told me what I would be getting into and what to discuss with the dealer.Prices here might be on the higher end but you get what you pay for and I would rather pay a little more for quality work.If you need anything car or truck related these are you guys and don't forget they are mobile to and will come out to you.

We needed a battery replacement for our car at home, and they set up an estimate and the appointment quickly. Their communication is great, and Cody was efficient and more than happy to answer any questions or explain anything. We set up another appointment shortly after for some other potential issues down the line that were recommended but never pushed for. I d gladly recommend them to friends and neighbors, and I m happy to have a great mobile auto mechanic service in my contacts!

Made an appointment for a steering evaluation. It was performed and a detailed, understandable explaination and demonstration of my problem was provided. Only necessary repairs were recommended. Work was done by noon. My truck tracks noticeably better. All the staff/team were friendly and helpful. Prices are good too. I highly recommend this shop and will be back with future work.

Best experience I've ever had for automotive repair services. My call was answered promptly by the service advisor. I informed them I needed a specific service preformed on my 20 year old truck that I was not comfortable doing myself. The service advisor understood my situation and quickly provided me with an estimate for service. I approved the estimate and the service writer scheduled a mobile tech to come to my house to preform the service the next day! The tech that serviced my truck was respectful and very knowledgeable. The tech preformed the service perfectly and my 20 year old truck runs great and now hopefully has 20 plus more years in it. I am extremely satisfied with the service that I received and will definitely use this shop as my go to for all my automotive services. THANK YALL VERY MUCH!

Excellent service all around! Thanks Cody & Philip! They do financing which I didn't need to use thank goodness because it wasn't the alternator. I only paid for the diagnostic test My 2013 Honda Fit was parked on an incline so the little gas I had wasn't reaching the engine Philip went and got 2 more gallons as a part of the diagnostic test.

They saved me!! I have been looking for almost a year for a honest mechanic shop and finally found one with Mobile Auto Clinic. I thought I could change the Turbocharger on a Diesel on my own and man did I underestimate that job. Luckily Philip came and saved the day and got the turbo in for me and the truck is up and running now. I ll be taking it to Mobile Auto first next time before I try it myself. The biggest thing is they didn t try to overcharge me or sell me stuff that wasn t needed and they have no idea how much I appreciate that! Thank you all so much!!

If you are looking for an honest local mechanic that will go above and beyond, this is the place. Both the general manager and mechanic were extremely friendly. The shop is immaculate. They were booked today for onsite calls and offered to take us at their location on Old Settlers. They had parts waiting when we got there, worked quickly, and pointed out some things we should keep an eye for n in the future. I won t be going anywhere else from now on.

These guys rock! They have fixed multiple issues for me and every person I've interacted with at the business has been great to work with. They were even able to fix one small issue for me (unplugged headlight cable) right there in the parking lot and sent me on my way. Communications are clear and timely - thank you!Oh! Also they have one of the nicest waiting rooms I've seen for a mechanic (a pool table?? Wow!)

I tried contacting two other mobile mechanics before I found Mobile Auto Mechanic. Not only did they answer the phone on my first attempt to reach out but they were on location within 90 minutes. Ashley and Ryan had the customer skills to communicate with efficiency. Ace, our mobile mechanic, had the patience and tools to diagnose my vehicle with accuracy. A situation had occurred in which we had to further explore and they were able to adjust to meet my needs. Extremely pleased with the cost, work, and customer service communication. I was recommended to try this place out by my mom. The guy that fixed her issue was there for HOURS, working hard to fix a fringe-case electrical problem for her old car.On the other hand, my issue was with brakes. I was warned after getting my tires replaced that there was an issue with them, so I thought better safe than sorry. The Mobile Auto Clinic guy that came to help me (Philip) was there for all of 20 minutes, because my brakes were actually okay for how often I drive. So instead of letting me spend a grand on service and parts I didn't actually need for another 6 months, he told me the truth, and gave me tips on what to do when the time actually comes to change them. I have now seen firsthand that these folks will give you just what you need, no more, no lessService: Brakes

Very thankful to this company for helping me out today! I called and Cody was there an hour later! Fixed my car and it was a reasonable price! Also Cody kind of looks like Christian Bale so it was like Batman saved my car. Definitely would recommend and will be using them in the future!

Mobile Autom Clinic were awesome. I was having concerns about my battery, and they came to check on it right away. Since the battery was determined to be good, the technician did a a diagnostic free of charge on my Range Rover and gave me a readout of the codes and a recommendation as well. These guys are highly recommended by me.

My bf did my brake fluid and wanted second opinion. he called mobile auto clinic and see if they can help us out, Jose went out of his way to meet us and help us inspected the brakes with no charge. Price was slightly higher than I liked, but being mobile coming out to ME, it seemed like a wash. The guy showed up, communication was great, brought the part my car needed (Alternator) and had it done inside 20 minutes. 20!!Anyway solid, professional group. Will be using them again definitely.

TLDR: Easy process. Friendly and competitive price. Would recommend.The whole story: I called and there was an option to text details (nice!). They asked great questions and understood the need - my car wouldn't start and wasn't fixed with a jump start. Got me a quick quote. Did a quick call around and it was competitive. They arrived that afternoon , checked the battery and replaced it. Yay! It's not something more expensive like the alternator. All smiles here.

The service was great! Victor came out and fixed a bent shock and strut (after a curb incident where I dodged a kid on a bike) Lol.I'm terrible with names, but I believe I spoke with Jos� in the office, he made the billing and checkout seemless and easy.They got out quickly and the repairs were fast.I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks, y'all!!

We have older cars that we try hard to maintain; however, my car overheated in Round Rock on our way home an hour away. To make things worse, my daughter just had her wisdom teeth removal surgery. We were right by their shop, and they graciously let us camp out & gave my daughter ice while we waited for my husband to come get us. Clearly, Mobile Auto Clinic s customer service is outstanding! They also did a great job of fixing a very damaged 18 year old Honda minivan. They showed us what was wrong initially & emailed the estimate that included more in-depth explanations with pictures. The repaired van doesn t feel as loose and drives well now. Our small town mechanic is selling his business, so it was an added bonus to find such a great company in such a panic situation.
