Mario and Ai Autoworks team did an awesome job with Icon Rocklear coating and ceramic Window tint on the new Fisker Ocean One. An all electric vehicle is looking more prettier than ever. Ai Team are true professionals and took care of the entire process with true customer focus. I was explained what to expect through out the whole process, from leaving the vehicle at the Ai Autoworks shop till it was ready to be picked up 3 days later. I was kept informed via text at all times. The transaction process was smooth, team explained various options, features, care and warranty details. I had a great overall experience and would highly recommend vehicle owners who want ceramic coating, vehicle paint transformation, Window tint and other services with Ai Autoworks Round Rock TX. Thank you Mario and team for making sure I get a uber ride back to my home on the day I dropped the vehicle. You guys rock.

Took my motorcycle in to have my seats redone due to ware and tear from constant riding and being outdoors. Alex did a great job and matched the stitching from my saddlebag covers. I would highly recommend them to have your seats recovered. Top quality materials and workmanship

I have a 2018 Toyota Avalon and the material on the center console between the seats began to peel. The wizards at AI Autoworks reupholstered it in black leather and it looks amazing. They gave me a very reasonable quote, made the appointment with two days, and delivered the finished product on time. This kind of customer service and quality workmanship is very hard to find these days so I wanted to let other prospective customers know this business delivers at every level. Thank you Carson and company for a job well done.

Overall good experience working with them to get my crossovers interior detailed. The specific package I got was the Gold Interior Detail. The price for their work wasn t bad at all, but it did take them almost all day to clean my cars interior.While I can understand it was a detailing job and will take a bit more time to get through all of the cars interior, and my car was a mess due to my babies throwing stuff around, there was still a few spots I noticed that didn t get cleaned.It s nothing to throw a big rage about but it is confusing/upsetting as to why they didn t get some of these areas considering how great everything else came out and the amount of time it took them to clean it as well.I don t think those mistakes are an overall reflection of the quality of their work and would still recommend them to anyone looking to get their cars interior detailed, and can also say I do plan on using their services again in the future for an exterior detailing job.Service: Steam cleaning

I spilled almost a gallon of bright blue paint in my Jeep s floorboard and did the best I could to clean it up. AI Auto Works was a lifesaver! The detailing staff was extremely thorough and courteous. They kept me informed of my options and their progress toward completing the work. In a very short time, I got my Jeep back minus the blue paint! I am so thankful my car dealership recommended them.Services: Steam cleaning, Auto detailing

Highly recommend! We bought a used conversion passenger van in December and, within a couple months, started noticing many issues with the interior. Many were cosmetic, but it seemed like every day, something new was falling apart or coming undone. We called the company who converted the van and they said there was nothing they could do. We called a collision company who said they don't do any interior repairs. We called Ai Autoworks and they were amazing! They fixed all the issues and I couldn't believe how reasonably priced they were! We will definitely be using this company for all of our vehicle interior needs in the future!

Was thinking ceramic but these guys used to do ceramic and still do. Got rocklear instead. Love it. Same price as 6 year ceramic but lasts way longer, thicker, stronger, more protection. Added tint.Service: RestorationService: Restoration

Ai Autoworks did a great job on our boat cover. They were able to mimic the original cover and Bimini. They were able to do a good turn around time on it also. I highly recommend.

This is a business run by a group of energetic young man, with a passion for doing what they do.They did exactly what they promised to do, and they had the car ready exactly when they had promised it to be ready.My car is 17 years old with 35,000 miles on it and the paint work looks as if it's off the showroom floor brand new.I am more than happy, and I will certainly be telling all my friends about this service.

Would love to thank the guys at Ai got my two front windows tinted I was reluctant to do so because I wanted a Perfect match to the rest of the windows ( factory privacy glass ) So I let Ai have a crack at it and I must say they absolutely nailed it very satisfied

I was so excited to find a place with great reviews for headliner replacements. I was willing to wait a couple weeks for my appointment, drive 30 minutes there, and pay $600 or $700. Sure, sure, no problem.Unfortunately, it did not go smoothly for me. The headliner replacement looked pretty good until I glanced back as I was headed home and realized my new headliner was stained. All I can figure is they fixed my sunroof and drains after installing the headliner, which seems to have caused water stains around 6 inches across on my new headliner. (There are no new stains after this heavy rain so seems like they messed up and didn't notice or hoped I wouldn't notice.) I notified them of the issue with a picture minutes after leaving their shop, as soon as I noticed so they couldn't say, "Oh, it wasn't us"...but they ghosted me. They were previously very communicative and friendly, which was great.I also bought the Groupon for detailing, thinking $150 or so for a $250 job was a great deal, but again, it wasn't. When I arrived to pick up my car, there were tons of very obvious speckles of something white, some sort of goo or paint, maybe sunscreen, who knows, something that was wet and smudged like paint, on my black exterior and tan interior. Like something blew all over half of my car with the doors open. I pointed it out and they had someone quickly wipe most of it off but the sheen from cleaning was gone in many spots, there were white smudges on my dash and console, and I found more white spots they missed. I'm not sure how to get it off. Plus they missed basic cleaning stuff, like wiping the rear view mirror, vacuuming the floor in the backseat, etc. If it wasn't coupled with the headliner stain, I might have just given them a pass for that, "oh well, it was a cheap, super meh detailing job, whatever, I'll just never go back" and not written a review.But I'm frankly disappointed and agitated to get my car back dirty and stained after three full days. I'm not in the mood to spend another two hours of driving time to take it there and get it back, and wouldn't really trust them to clean the headliner stains at this point.So, of you're getting work done or having cleaning done, check it before you leave or go somewhere else.

Smooth process, starting with the fact they were the only business that even bothered to respond to my initial email inquiry, and did so extremely fast. Very helpful picking out my leather color, and drop off and pick up was super easy. And the leather seats look great. The cloth on my car's headliner came undone and I was clueless on where to go to replace it. I found Ai Auto Works through a Google search and the reviews were so positive, I gave them a try. I'm always a little apprehensive when using a new service, but they more than lived up to the positive rating/reviews. Once the material was matched, ordered and delivered (in less than a week) the headliner was repaired in a day and it's like new. Their workmanship is impressive. I also had my seats steam cleaned and my headlights cleaned. Again, outstanding results. I highly recommend Ai Auto Works!

Got the Rockclear treatment here. A couple months after, We got a foot long scratch on the car. It wasn't super deep, but it was noticable.I called Tuesday. Was in Wednesday and the scratch was fixed in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend.

Well my truck still needed more work to be worked on and when taking it back I got a call back within one hr and it still looked the same. So I ended up finishing the job my self. This sucks because I paid 311.24 for the service.
