The customer service is beyond your expectation. Bianca and Manager Moises works as a great team to complete your needs. Filling the gaps that we have missed and made sure all our concerns are well taken cared. Excellent in communicating and updating us regarding the repair. This is our second time around and if we have a need in the future willSurely take them again. Kudos!!! And thank you!!!! Jobs were very well done.

Highly recommend this shop. I can't speak to price as I didn't shop around, though it seemed very reasonable. Where I can speak though, JC excels in customer service. They made the experience very painless, explaining all my options, going above and beyond by working around my schedule, and answering all my questions very kindly. 5 stars.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This facility is wonderful from "bumper to bumper". Great customer service with every call and Bianca gets her own five *****s. Thank you so much for making this experience more pleasurable.
