My wife used them for her car after running over a ladder that fell off a truck and I used them for my pickup after getting rear ended.Quick service, great results and they did all the dealing with the insurance company.Their customer service is amazing (shoutout to Patrick) and I highly recommend them and if I ever need a body shop again, this is my go to.Thank you Platinum Motor Sports.

Our 2017 Highlander was dented in the rear quarter panel. A friend of mine highly recommended Platinum Motorsports after having his nearly totaled car repaired there and being very pleased with the work. Patrick and Russel were patient and explained the process in detail to my wife and I. We had a good feeling about Platinum Motorsports after our initial visit and decided to use them rather than the local Toyota body shop where we had gotten another estimate.The customer service was excellent, Patrick handled the communications with the insurance company, Esurance and the process went very smoothly. We were very pleased with the repair (see attached pictures). Also, we had mentioned to Patrick that the glove box in the car was hanging open, which may or may not have been related to the accident. Platinum fixed it for no charge. The car was clean inside and out (even the wheels and tires were clean) when we picked it up and in much nicer shape then it was when we dropped it off.Overall, we had an excellent experience with Platinum Motorsports and will use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing body work.Patrick had also mentioned that they have a master mechanic and are looking to grow their mechanical repair business. We will likely take our cars there for mechanical repairs in the future.

Getting in an accident is already stressful enough- Don't make it worse by using this shop. I was lied to by a man named Oscar.(Telling me trucks don't come with an antenna)- Mine was missing... A man named Patrick tried to return my truck back with a list of things wrong.(bolts loose and missing etc...) They were great in the beginning always answering the phone and talking to me, but when it came down to getting the work done and done right. They couldn't do it.

From the moment my vehicle was recovered and transferred to this shop, Patrick made sure that he stayed in touch and kept me up to speed every step of the way. Whatever obstacles I faced regarding my insurance company, he assisted me with necessary paperwork and even took upon himself to reach out and handle things with my insurance company. The work performed a my car was A1 and Patrick had no qualms explaining every step and job they were performing and why. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional mechanic spot. Thanks again, for everything P and the Platinum Motorsports team

I was in a car accident recently and platinum tow trucks were on site! The owner gave me great advice and helped me through the process. The guys in the shop are awesome I worked really close with Patrick, he gave me all the details to fixing my car and made sure it was running 100% before I drove it away. I was even able to drop off my rental at their shop and they took care of calling the rental and having it be picked up. Would 1000% recommend this shop!Great service and great prices!

Had a major accident with my brand new vehicle and was very worried when it was towed here. I shouldn't have been at all. The entire staff was excellent. It took quite a bit longer than I wanted but that was due more to the pandemic than to the shop. A great company. The tow truck guy (Coy) was awesome and explained everything to me in detail. This was my first accident ever (24 years driving). Guy pulled between to cars at a light and crashed right into the front left side of me. I was just getting ready to go on vacation. Platinum helped deal with his insurance and helped get me into a rental so we could still go on vacation. They called me while on vacation and let me know everything that was happening. Even took the time to tell me the others guys insurance was trying to put used parts on my NEW van (2015). After checking with my extended warranty company, they explained it would void my warranty with them. It took me 2 weeks fighting with his insurance, but I got new parts. Platinum, worked fast after I finally got the insurance company to agree and had my van ready in a week. It looked just like it did the day I drove it off the lot. Runs great, paint job was awesome. I was very happy, The staff I feel took very good care of me and made sure I understood everything that was going on. This was in December 2015...fast forward to June 2016. Backing out of my driveway and I back into a car driving by. Called them up, they cam and got my van. And once again, took very good car of me for a second time. I'd recommend this company to family and friends. Even bought a car from them for my daughter and it runs great. A good starter car for her. I'd be happy to meet anyone there and show them before and after pics. A great company. And I didn't get scammed.

This place is rude and selfish. Save yourself the trouble. Your better off having your car towed home before dealing with these people. These people will promise you they ll make your experience as simple as possible by contacting Insurance adjusters, etc. But will take days to return a phone call. Then if you ask questions they don t like, they get an attitude and threaten they ll over charge their fees. Very RUDE and unprofessional. My car was filthy when returned. Don t let them rip you off. Read the other reviews, they don t fix anything right and use nothing but aftermarket used parts but will charge your adjuster for new parts so they make money.Save the trouble. Avoid these people lol.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy if I had one. I was in an accident on 1/14/2019. The lack of response and communication is the worst! I felt as if I was doing their work reaching out to the adjuster getting things going for them. It is May 1st and I still have not gotten the light on my car replaced that they broke or the sensor that they denied replacing when it clearly is an aftermarket sensor. The day I picked my vehicle up on 3/26/2019 It was a MESS in the interior. My seats and dash areas front and back were dusty and my child's safety latch cover was missing. My trunk was wet and items were thrown everywhere along with dust and paint on the plastic liner. How do you even consider having a customer pick up their care in that condition. Obviously no one checked it. After bringing it to the owners attention he apologized drove it back to the shop cleaned it properly and found my latch. I drove off and the next day my tire sensor light comes on. I take it to the place I purchased my tires and they tell me the sensor is not reading because it was replaced and since it was an aftermarket they can not reprogram it. I called and spoke to the owner Russell and he said they did not replace my tire sensor. I placed him on a conference call with the tire company and they basically called his bluff. He attempted to say he was assuming since he didn't have the file in front of him. I never got a call to confirm the light and sensor parts were ready for pick up. I tried going elsewhere since my door window is now getting stuck and the trunk is not opening either. This should be replaced by them but of course it has been almost another week and no response. I have tried to work with them but at this point I will pay out of pocket for a rental car and take it else where.

The staff cares from the time you call regarding your accident to the time of completing repairs to your vehicle They are professional, gracious, and thorough ... Their word is their bond If the scheduled time of completing your repairs is off, they call and give you an update on why there is a delay. And, they explain and show all that was done to your vehicle They do excellent work; their technicians are certified, and they have over 25 years of experience in this industry. Moreso, I will highly recommend them for all of your collision and vehicle / body repairs!

My daughter was in an accident recently in her 2008 Dodge Calibre. The wrecker driver suggested Platinum Motor Sports to do the repair. After speaking to my insurance we decided we would send it there. Pierre was a pleasure to work with and did all he could to work with us as much as possible. The work they did looks fantastic, and the car was ready when they stated it would be. I would definitely take another vehicle there, but hopefully I'll never need too.

My family and I were in an accident on Jan 21st and Tyler from Platinum Motor Sports showed up on scene and was amazing. He helped us through the information exchange process and informed us of all our options right away. He got us towed to the body shop and even gave us a ride home when we were unable to secure a rental. He went even further to offer us a ride to pick up our rental the next day. I would definitely recommend if anyone needs a tow to call Tyler with Platinum Motor Sports.

Platinum motorsports has been a blessing since my accident in April. Patience has been nothing less than amazing this entire process helping me from start to finish on my towing, repairs and injury case. I m so grateful that Micah stopped by to help when he found me at 1 am and my family in another town. Without their help, I could ve been upside down in this process and not have known what to do or where to go. The repairs were perfect and as if I was never in an accident. To give you some context, i got t-boned and my car wouldn t move from the scene. Thank you for your hospitality!

There was a two-day delay due to confusion about a specific auto part needed to complete the repair. Our vehicle was repaired, and I'm back on the road! Thank yall!

Platinum Motor Sports is great place to have have your vehicle repaired. I have taken multiple cars now and the service is fantastic. They also can help you with getting a rental car while your car is in the shop.

They don't cover their work! Had a paint job chip and they were trying to say I hit something when in fact it could have been a rock and a good paint job wouldn't bubble and ours bubbles less than a month after picking it up! DON'T GO HERE! They're scam artists who weasel around their warranty just so they don't have to repair their work! Worst place ever!

I have a Ford F350 Super Duty that was T-Boned by a red light runner, I was hesitant to take it to the Ford dealer in Katy because of very bad experience in the past so I took a chance and chose Platinum Motor Sports, in Richmond, TX, my truck had extensive wheel and suspension damage as well as body damage, Kyle, Patrick and the folks at Platinum Motor Sports would call me several times a week to keep me up dated on my truck, when I went to pick up my truck I was nervous but when I saw it and drove my truck I was overwhelmed they did an awesome job and even had my trucked detailed it looked and droved like a new truck I highly recommend Platinum Motor Sports and give them a 5 star+ rating !Rudy S.
