I would recommend this guy to everyone, he's fair and honest and he doesn't play around when it comes to getting it done. My only regret was not finding him sooner. I've been having a lot of work done on my vehicles lately and after what felt like living through a nightmare with three different other shops who had way more five star reviews. This company and the man earned this review. I don't know how those other shops are still open. I hope this helps those who are struggling to find good and honest mechanics like I was.

Was hesitant having some body work done when a different shop quoted me at $3500. Owner was down to earth, got some body work done and only charged me $600. I had told him I didn't have very high expectations, he did a lot more than I expected and I was very impressed. He did what he said he was going to do and didn't beat around the bush.Service: Body & Trim

I dropped my truck off to have the short fixed in the front driver blinker fixed and the wiring harness at the switch. He charged me $120 never touched the wiring harness when asked if it was fixed he replied I'll have to look. You had 2 things to fix and never even touched one, the other problem he jumped 2 wires from the fuse box to a single wire at the blinker. ( Two wires from one place to another. Did you not have the right guage wire so you use two.) The blinker did work but also lit up when you touched the brakes. So every time I use the breaks my front blinker and blinker in mirror light up and stay lit until you release the break. And if the running lights are on it's super bright. Most likely to blow bulbs fuses and probably fry relays. When I complained I was told bring it back we can fix it the right way but will be very costly. I'm not now nor will I ever be satisfied with this kind of work. If you are looking for some back woods Jerry rigging way over priced and reason to be hassled by police this is the place to go. If you are looking for a decent job at a decent price may want to look a little further. Go somewhere that has a actual shop not going to find one here. There is a reason for the bad reviews and probably the same reason he still works in his own back woods shop. Completely p!$$3d with the results and you think you can charge people for these services. No sir

I used X Treme Automotive on Cunningham Dr. In Porter, Tx. to put a new motor in my 2002 Camry. The new motor was actually a rebuilt motor from another vendor and Xtreme Auto installed the motor in my car.The motor lasted approximately 6 to 8 months before it burned up due to my radiator running hot. My car was towed to a AAA garage of Christian Brothers in Spring, Tx. The mechanic asked me was a new radiator put in my car when I told him I had just had a new motor put in my car. I called Xtreme Auto and Kendell Kay the owner said at that time yes that they had replaced the radiator. He said they wouldn't change a motor & not replace the radiator. He said he could put another motor in my car for 3200.00 & I declined. I had to buy another car & sold the Camry for a loss at 500.00. I had previouly paid Xtreme Auto over 3600.00 with addt'l fees & parts when I picked up my Camry from them. The new owner of the Camry had a new motor put in the Camry. I was informed that the old motor blew due to the radiator never being replaced when the new motor was put in by the new owner's mechanic. I asked for the radiator and went to Fred Haas Toyota where I intially bought the Camry new in 2002. The service Mgr. pulled my records and the radiator was from 2003 when the dealer rebuilt my motor due to a stick puncturing the radiator and the car ran hot during a flood. I spoke to Mr. Kay & said I had found out that the radiator was my old radiator from 2003. I asked him why did he tell me he had replaced the old radiator. Mr. Kay at this time seemed agaited and denied ever telling me he had replaced the radiator. He said he never replaced it because I must have said I didn't want to pay for a new radiator because otherwise he would have replaced it. I told him I never declined buying a new radiator and wouldn't have known what services & parts would be needed to repair my car. I also said why would I pay 2300.00 just for the new motor and skimp on the price of 200.00 or so for a new radiator. Mr. Kay again declinedto accept any responsible for the cars motor burning up due to a faulty radiator. I then reported him to the BBB in Houston. The BBB said Xtreme Automotive declined to acknowledge my complaint. BBB said the complaint would be closed due to "NO Response" & on record with the BBB for 3 yrs. The BBB said I could take Xtreme Automotive to small claims court & also make a complaint to the Texas Attorney General Office.This company is not trustworthy as far as I'm concerned and caused me to lose over 3,000.00 in auto repairs. They refuse to honor their work.

Kendle Kay, owner of XTreme Automotive is the most honest, trustworthy mechanic in the Porter area. He always does what's best for his customers and goes above and beyond to help them, financially or otherwise. I would highly recommend XTreme Auto to any and every person I could.

I was just awarded a judgement on February 1, 2017 against Kindle Kay,the owner of II X Treme Automotive at small claims court. Mr Kay did even bother to show up at court. I wish this could have been settled a year ago for 1900.00 but now I was awarded much more. I did not appreciate lies told on me by Mr. Kay and his associates and hope we can resolve this matter ASAP.
