Sells cars with bad engines that burn oil and is not interested in creating solutions. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

If I could give negative stars I WOULD... DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE.. 5,000 cash and a baby on my hip. Sold me a car that didn't drive 1000 miles, completely shut off and will not move or start.. the entire inside has now flooded due to the sun roof damage that was left unmentioned as well. The car did NOT even drive for 1 month.. Me and my kids are without vehicle or money due to this rip off saleman/mechanic.. Do NOT TEUST THIS PLACE, IT IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF.

I bought a 2008 Volkswagen rabbit from them for 3,500$ and the total price came out to be 3,993$ I said ok I ll take the vehicle. I asked if there was anything wrong with the vehicle mr. Conrad said No nothing and so I bought the vehicle I really liked the car. Anyways I ve had it for less than 2 weeks and the ac doesn t work and I was going to buy a floor jack at harbor freight tools in porter I noticed a loud clanking sound coming from the right rear looked down and the whole tire was bent in... I had to get it towed and I called Conrad auto to tell them my situation and he told me he won t have a problem taking care of it or whatever so I towed to them where I originally purchased the vehicle... they told me they fixed it and then I m going down the road to another shop that they recommended me to go get an alignment and when I Stepped out of the Vehicle. The right rear tire was still bent. So the guy at that shop still couldn t even align my tires. He tightened them the best he could at that shop so I took it to firestone total car care and I had to pay 1,360$ to get my vehicle repaired and they still can t solve the issue there as well. They told me to buy this aftermarket part online for my vehicle. I won t be doing business with mr. Conrad scam artist anymore.

I have had an EXCELLENT time with Mr. Randy Conrad at Conrads' Auto. I have purchased three vehicles from him and all three times they were GREAT quality cars for low low prices. I have never had a problem with any of the used vehicles I have purchased. Randy is fair, honest, and very helpful. As a women you often find mechanics taking advantage Randy and his mechanic Josh are the BEST most honest men in town, go see them, you will get GREAT service and an awesome deal on a quality used car. I call them all the time and they have help and advice for EVEERYTHING!! love love love these guys!

Mr. Conrad you are so honest right and your mechanic josh is too. That s what s you told me when I bought my car from Mr honest Conrad. You sold me a car that had a bent frame and was totaled at one point in time. Thanks for selling me a totaled car!!!

Do not sell these people anything! They do not do honest business. We sold them a car two years ago and they of course sold it to someone else. They never did a title transfer and we are still getting billed for toll roads and parking tickets all over the city. When asked about who bought then car from him, he replied, he doesn t have any records. DISHONEST PEOPLE!,,

Very rude and unprofessional talked to me like I wasnt a no body. I looked at the cars had some questions and the dude became real rude about it... Saying if you want a new car go see how much it will cost there and acted as if his over priced junker was gold..worse coustomer service ever... Not honest at all about the condition of the cars one of them had a water line inside the car all's I asked was this car flooded and he lied saying it was normal build up and became rude.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR INCOME TAX MONEY HERE!!!! YOUR CAR WILL BREAK DOWN..

I like Conrad's b/c they are always respectful and i feel like they are honest. I knew what was wrong with my car and when i took it to them they found the same thing wrong that i did and didn't try and over sell me repairs i dont need.

They literally Unplugged my battery for 30 minutes and rest the codes. The computer on my car confirmed second by second. I guess there's one perk to this messed up society now days.
