Very professional knowledgeable staff. This is my 3rd time using them and all 3 times I ve been very pleased and happy with the work done. Easy to get in, quick service and if there are any delays they communicate it with you. I highly recommend them.

Excellent quality service!!! I needed something done right before the holidays and they are so helpful and was able to get to my vehicle right away. Austin in the front was clear and able to assist and Landon was great working on my car as well. I would recommend anyone to this location, you all will not be disappointed.Thank you guys! You both made my day a lot better.

Towed my car to Mastertech for a second opinion after the first place I visited gave me a large estimate for replacing the transmission. The problem was only an axle and not the entire transmission thankfully. Not only was my main issue solved they checked the rest of my car at no charge and found that the shocks were leaking as well. All in all Landon and the rest of the staff were polite, repaired the major issue, identified and repaired additional safety hazards, and saved me thousands on a major car repair I didn't need, I will be coming here for all my future car repairs highly recommended. 10/10

I set an appointment to come in Monday morning at 8 AM. I was there about 745, they got me in and got me out. They were awesome. They did not try to sell me anything else. I have used them for as long as I can remember for all five of my cars.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I m soo disappointed because I trusted them into bringing my truck here and after being charged almost $800 dollars for what? Just getting my timing belt fixed and the labor work? They supposedly found a loose bolt and whenever the guy called me to let me know what was wrong, he said they had to replace the bolt but had to see if they had that size there. So I m like okay that s fine do whatever you have to do, then hours later he calls back saying how they had fixed it already with the same bolt he had just told me it didn t fit but he assured me that it was put on right this time. Well I go and pick up my truck to see how it feels when driving it and it felt way better than when I took it but on the second week of me driving it, I feel like the bolt came back out so I paid all this money for nothing I m more mad at the fact that I have to look for another place to go to and pay once again!

I've been a Mastertech customer for most of our 26 years in Plano. Through many cars, quite a few breakdowns, and LOTS of routine maintenance, I've never found reason to doubt the expertise and integrity of the people at Mastertech. I just had $2,500 of scheduled maintenance on my 2016 truck. I checked on those charges with a buddy who's a former Ford technician. He said the work and charges are perfectly reasonable for my vehicle at almost 100,000 miles. So that's a hit to my wallet, but a good investment in the next 100,000 miles.

Mastertech is the best auto care shop in Plano. I've taken my car to other places to get serviced, but the service at Mastertech is unparalleled. Every time I go the service is fast, reliable and honest. I'm usually greeted by Nate, the manager, and he's always friendly and he makes sure his crew gets the job done right. Everyone is helpful, the place is clean and the waiting area is comfortable and has complimentary coffee and beverages. If you want honest, dependable work on your vehicle, I highly recommend this place.

I just took my car here for them to check out an intermittent issue with my manual transmission. They were really nice, fast and honest. I m definitely taking my car here from now on. Pricing was giving up front and transparently, better than baseline estimate from dealership. Quoted price is what was charged. They even did some extra labor in a last minute service I needed. I had my car aligned here last year no trouble, they did a good job.Now, however, they flat refuse to do the work on a "modified car," even if it still aligns exactly like factory. Supposedly there's a "whole new crew," according to the employee that refused me.Edit: In response to the asinine comment in the shop's response, any half-decent alignment tech won't need a "modified car setting." They would be able to align the car based on the handy little thing called "numbers" that the machine will display. Just another excuse from a front office worker who has never turned a wrench.

I ve taken several of my vehicles to this location and referred many friends and family. The work is always completed on time and I never have issues after. The upfront staff is so nice and professional. Nate, Landon and Austin are so efficient and always take the time to explain everything to me in detail and show me pictures of exactly what the problem is. MasterTech has always been my auto repair shop of choice. Even after moving an hour away a few years back, I continue to have all of my vehicles serviced here. What brings me back every time? Knowing I can trust them to do the repairs / maintenance with integrity and honesty. My engine light came on so I brought it in. I had a great consultation with Austin. I felt confident to leave my car somewhere I had never taken it to before. As a female, it s nice to have a place that I trust since I don t know Jack about cars. I ll be coming back in the future! Thanks guys

I can t even explain the gratitude I have for this auto shop. My car was over heating To the point I was getting nervous to drive it. After handing over my keys to Nate. 2-3 hours later Nate said the magic words it s fixed. My car has been running smoother than it has ever been. Nate is one of the best mechanics I have ever met. He didn t try to squeeze my wallet out of every red cent. He was fair and kind. I highly recommend Master tech. Ask for Nate when you are there

the dudes at mastertech auto care are the best out there. this is my new go-to shop whenever i'm having car problems, no doubt about it! nate is very kind and quick to tell you what exactly is going on with your vehicle. you get a sense that he really cares about getting things taken care of - and at a super reasonable cost. i don't recommend many places, but this shop deserves the recognition. 100000/10 service. :)

Highly recommend Mastertech. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable, and the waiting area is comfortable and quiet.Had another shop run a diagnostic on a Lexus IS 250 with over 200 thousand miles. Landon, at Mastertech took the time to do a diagnostic, and explain and show me why some repairs didn't need to be done and other major repairs did. Brake fluid, rotors/pads, CV axle, Suspension Control Arms and Ball Joint and Allignment were all needed. Landon also installed new hood supports that I had purchased earlier. I feel much more confident that the car is ready for travel. This place was amazing!! Took in to fix my AC, which is as blowing cold sporadically. I was very scared of worst case scenario and where many shops would have just started charging me for any and everything, MasterTech didn t. They were diligent and found the issue to be with a bad battery. Very transparent and communication was great. Hopefully I don t need a mechanic soon but I will come here next time I do!Services: A/C installation & repair, Battery

This auto center s staff have honesty and integrity about them. The manager Nathan is easy to talk to and makes sure you are aware with the amount of time needed for any repairs or tune ups you need. His team is super chill too, they seem satisfied with their work environment.

If you are looking for a place to trust to take your car/SUV and guarantee the job will get done efficiently, then this is your place! Nate Saldivar and his crew are professional, reliable and they don t try to sell you on all the other unnecessary nonsense just to make a few extra bucks. Once again, Mastertech has provided superior service. I purchased a car through Carvana and Mastertech handled the warranty repairs. Austin did all of the coordination with Carvana s warranty department and kept in close touch with me about the coverage.
