I recently had my vehicle serviced at Just Tires in Plano, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I scheduled a service that was estimated to take about an hour, but it ended up taking over three hours, causing a significant inconvenience for me.The prolonged wait time was frustrating and inconvenient, especially considering the initial time estimate provided. Additionally, the lack of communication or updates during the extended service duration only added to the frustration. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but transparency and communication are essential in such situations.Moreover, the quality of service provided did not meet my expectations. I expected a timely and efficient service, but the extended wait time and the overall experience fell short.I regret to report that my dissatisfaction with the service at Just Tires in Plano extends beyond the initial inconvenience of an extended wait time. Shortly after leaving the facility, I noticed significant issues with my vehicle.The steering wheel began shaking, and it became evident that the tires were not properly balanced, despite the supposed completion of the service. This forced me to return to the facility just minutes after leaving, adding further frustration to my overall experience.As a customer, I expect the work to be done thoroughly and correctly during the initial service. Having to return immediately due to issues that should have been addressed in the first place is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the quality of service provided.I hope this feedback prompts Just Tires in Plano to reevaluate their procedures to ensure that such oversights are not repeated with other customers. It is crucial for a reputable service center to prioritize the accuracy and completeness of their work to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.

I showwled up without an appointment and this shop quickly got my car in. They completed an oil change and tire rotation in 1 hour and the technician, Rios, was an absolute professional and friendly young man. The price they charged for the work was better than the place I normally take my vehicles. Ill be back again!

Needed 4 tires. Went into this shop and was greeted warmly and professionally. The wait wasn't long and the work done was top of the line. Mr. Jerkins (manager) runs a well oiled machine. Will continue to take my car there.

It can take time to choose the best tires for your vehicle. Some look cool, and others are best for performance. On top of that, they can get expensive quickly. So like most people, we all want to get the best bang for our buck without underpaying and getting terrible service. We all spent a fair amount of money on our vehicles, and we want the best to make them last a while. In December of 2022, JustTires did this for me. I still needed to learn the best tire for my vehicle and how big or small they should be. I had been to Discount Tire, Ford, PepBoys, and small mom & pop shops, and everyone gave me a different answer, but I still need to explain why. The manager at JustTires in Plano/Allen, took the time to go through all the options that had been presented to me, explained the pros and cons of each tire, why one tire would be better than another, and gave me the best bang for my buck. Finally, the work on my truck was exceptional. One of the techs ran into a couple of entirely unforeseen problems. The manager showed me the complications, took over for the tech, and promptly got me back on the road. At one point, the entire team at JustTires was working on the vehicle. It was not an easy job, but they worked together to get the job done. They also kept my truck from interrupting the service provided to other customers. Additionally, the shop is spotless, clean, and professional. I will be going back for maintenance, not JustTires.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would gladly do so! The entire team went above and beyond to take excellent care of my car, and I must say, the service provided was truly exceptional. I want to give a big shout-out to Carval for their outstanding efforts. They really went the extra mile!

Took both my cars in for an oil change here both took over an hour long each & on top of that I believe one of their employees stole my boyfriend s RayBan sunglasses from his mustang. I tried to call the location to confront them but google apparently was showing the location permanently closed

False advertisement ! They have a free air sign my tire was significantly flat I had my baby in the car and the refused me service. With no communication and simple head nod and face turn up.Very offensive and disappointing.Just a mom /wife trying to save her husband a trip.Not ok guys take the damn sign down if your too busy.

It was a nasty rainy day and I caught a nail in a tire. Came to this store on my way home and guys fixed my tire within an hour. Good service, knowledgeable team, great work. Thank you!

Great service as always from the front to back. Guys up front were warm and friendly and even the guys out back were nice and friendly definitely not your average tire shop I will be back !

This is my local car place. I don't know his name but I'm pretty sure he runs the place and he's a great guy. I highly recommend and will continue to go there for any of my tire or mechanical issues.

Very friendly staff but just avoid this corporate store.I came in to fix a nail in my tire but their corporate policies won t allow repairs within a huge margin of error from sidewalls. They d much rather sell a new tire when it s an easy $10-$20 plug.With all the roofers in the neighborhoods, we pick up nails and screws. Go anywhere else. Practical fixes do not work with their policies.

I stop to put 4 new tire and they forgot to balance I have to return a soon left the store bcause my car star shaking, when the guy pull the tire you can see rim steel dirty like nobody remove the old weith .nobody check the job before return the car to the owner this is the sec time I have problem who is cheking this people?who is cheking the job?never again.

I just brought my vehicle in and even though they were busy and I was a walk in guest they still got to me in a timely manner and they were cheaper than discount tire for the same brand!

Unfortunately I'm forced to leave a negative review about this place. My wife had a nail in her tire and I told here to go to "just tires" because of the decent reviews. Well that wasn't the story here. Whoever this Dennis guy is should be fired immediately. He's the reason for this review. I asked him a simple question, why can't you patch up the tire, it's not in the side wall or anything. He said and I quote, " If you think it's so easy why don't you do it yourself? I nearly lost it on the phone. They also kept my wheel lock and left one of their tools in my wife's car. You're better off going next door to Discount tire which is what I should've done in the first place. Avoid this place!

This is long overdue, but this store is AMAZING! Andre, who is the store manager, is such a professional and has so much knowledge and has shown some of the best customer service to not just me, but people that I have watched him talk to while waiting for my vehicle as well as people that gave me feedback that I referred over to him.He is exceptional to make sure the client leaves happy even when they have come in upset. He has the support of his staff and technicians. Most shops, the staff ignores the clients but here it is the opposite. They follow the lead of Andre, who is a do it first leader and it definitely shows.This place is more than just tires. Make sure you go and see Andre and let him know Richard's google review brought you in.

Iv been there a couple time for my White Chrysler 300s! They have been able to help me with with some new shocks which I knew I 100% needed when I arrived.Fast and efficient turnaround time, my car now drives smooth as ever.The service mechanic Tracy was able to help me with everything! I really do appreciate you. You were so kind and I could tell you really cared. He s a blessing from god.Ask for Tracy when you check out Just Tires, they do so much more!!!

Talked to the senior advisor Denis and he's very knowledgeable and experienced. Best experience I've had with a tire shop, especially after dealing with discount tire. Highly recommend!!

Wish it was different, but had a fairly mixed experience. Went in with a nail embedded in the tire which should have been a simple fix. Said they would take care 2.5 hours. No problem. Had my number and said they would call. No call so I called back in abt 3 hours. No progress update.5 hours later, no phone call, I called back and then I am told yeah sorry we can t fix it. Get a new tire! I take the car to the Discount Tire next door and tire was fixed in an hour. One look and they were like no reason we can t fix this. No attempts to upsell a new tireDisappointed. Wanted to give them a chance but not a viable future location.

I pulled in to this store after hitting a nail while driving home on 121, lost tire pressure rapidly on digital dashboard alert- down to 17 (from 38). They identified the issue, informed me it was in a repairable spot vs. replacing the tire (I learned I did not have a spare as I had never looked before) repaired my tire within an hour (they were completely full), did not/ would not charge me. extremely grateful for the professionalism and expertise of all of the staff members & this company. Thank you!

I was at discount tire and have been going there for several years, I went to just tires because of wait time at discount tires. I am so glad I did!! I got better pricing, and unmatched customer service. Colten and Christian are extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, they are not pushy, they will make you feel comfortable and work with your budget to find you the best deals. I am going back to get the back tire and alignment at this location next week. You guys have definitely gained a long term customer..

Brought a wheel to get the rim swapped from it because Walmart refused to. They did so without any budge. Exceptionally diligent with their work and the guy helping me out was very polite. Dennis was very helpful and addressed my concerns appropriately. Service was fairly fast although I would've wanted it to be a little faster given we were the only customers at that point. To their defense though, they had to grab my tires from another location. I am very happy with the service and price overall. Will definitely come back again.

I've been going here for years - review is overdue. I bought the 3-year alignment package at their recommendation and I'm glad I did. I've had to bring in one of my vehicles several times to get adjusted until I could afford repair. The've always helped research best tire deals for both our cars, and when I go in I'm recognized and always treated friendly and with respect. Why you'd go to Discount Tire and wait 2 hours for a service when you can drive 100 feet and get it done in very little time is beyond me. This is the place to go.

My day got set back due to a punctured tire, but the team at just tires got me back up on the road shortly. Exceptional group of employees, including Louie, Denis, and another gentleman who took the extra time to help me out.

This place is excellent. The customer service, recommendations and honesty made me comfortable. I came in with a nail in one of my tires and they were honest and suggested I replace it along with the other front tire and then come back and do the other two later on. The gentleman gave me a great deal on a better tire and they had me out of there in no time. I have no complaints and I highly encourage everyone to check them out :)
