The men I've spoken with have been courteous however, all threeoccasions I have spoken with a woman have been less than good experiences. The first 1st woman was short and rude and didn't become kind until she thought I would utilize a different provider. The second woman the experience was actually okay but it took around 20 minutes to get a live person at around 9am. She was okay but, unprofessional. The 3rd woman who I am on hold with now acted as if I had mistreated her when I said "pardon, could you say that again" Her phone or mine was. Breaking up. She became, short which can seem aggressive. She insinuated my work order had already been sent to car toys (which it had not I called Cartoys to check ). However, she did come back and assure me it was now sent by her and I am good to go. Not a bad company just needd a brush up on their professionalism.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY!I had signed up for a device that was a non camera device. They sent a system with a camera (e-lert) and I was supposed to get the (legacy tm) it has take 4 months for them to finally do something about it. They always put you on hold and they say they will transfer the caller to a supervisor but it always gets transferred to a non supervisor. I have been on call with them now for 1hr and I have been transferred to 6 different departments just to get nothing done. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST AND ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!

They were pleasant to talk to, but coordinating appointments was rocky.
