Great experience throughout the whole process. Justin was great with communicating with me when he had an update. The process was so easy and stress free. My vehicle looks as if nothing happened to it. Got it back before the estimated date .

I took my car in for repairs due to an accident. The shop was so accommodating, as I had to reschedule a couple of times. Stephen and Junior were both great to work with. Great customer service. I received updates about my repairs on the app, which was nice. The repairs were done so fast, well before the estimated date given. My car was beautifully detailed when I picked it up. I almost didn't even recognize it. Caliber took car of my rental for me at pick up, that was nice cuz it saved me a trip to Enterprise. All in all, I give the shop a 10+ and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience. Thank you very much Caliber (Coit Rd - Plano).

My experience with Caliber Collison was very nice. My service advisor Justin was attentive, friendly & professional. He took time to listen to me and assured me he would do everything that he could to assist me. He did just that, kept me updated & informed on the status of my repairs.Justin was able to calm my nerves down, and I am happy with the service. They repaired my 2023 QX50 back to the pre-injury look and calibration. Everybody at this location from Steven at the front desk was extremely professional, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone.

I brought my car in for a cash estimate after some paint splattered on my front bumper. The woman that helped us took the car to the back and the painter was able to actually remove most of the paint for us and at no cost! We would definitely use them in the future if we ever got into a collision. Excellent customer service and we felt they went above and beyond for us.

I had scraped my garage door frame, hitting my front fender and the side of my bumper. One estimator from a different body shop had told me the paint had been scraped off and I was looking at the white undercoat.Justin was my estimator at Caliber Collision. He looked at it and said he thought he could fix it with paint thinner! He rubbed over the white stuff and removed it completely. None of my original paint was harmed. It was a little streaky, so Justin took my car to the shop where a technician, Arnold, took over and perfectly buffed everything to perfection. I am back in business as though nothing even happened. Total charge- $0.00.I recognize that my situation was pretty unique. What most impressed me was the honesty of Justin and Arnold. I thought for sure I needed new paint. What I got was customer service above and beyond. I highly recommend these guys and this shop.

I am giving 5 all the way. Since you arrive they know what they are doing, they have all the information and reservation ready, called the rental company and set my pickup.Kept me updated during the whole process and responded my questions.The car was ready, clean, and it looks like nothing happened.Much appreciated!

I came into the establishment today 12/26/23 at 12:30 pm CST because I had my car repaired at this location and ever since my car alarm randomly goes off (even at 3 am). This problem started one week after my repairs were finished and never happened prior to the repairs at Caliber. I did not take my car back for a remedy immediately because I was told I have a lifetime warranty and I did not want to wait three months to get my car back like I originally experienced at the time of the initial repair. There was a strange, little, rude man at the front desk who spoke quickly and with a heavy accent who was no help. There was also an older woman who refused to give me her name and told me she couldn't help me and suggested I take my car elsewhere. I later found out her name was Christy.I don't feel it's fair that my car is damaged and has issues after taking my car to this location for repairs, and other people pass off my problem as if they are unable to assist. There was a young man who did assist (unfortunately I did not get his name) who said he'd look into this. It seems like I might not get help unless I complain.I had a terrible experience the first time that later turned out to be a good experience but only after the regional manager stepped in. It's unfortunate that I received such a brush-off from Christy who gave great service to the customer after me. She's obviously capable of assistance but just chooses who she will properly do her job for.I'd like assistance with repairing my car alarm and will not be happy until the repairs are properly completed.

We took our daughter's car in to Caliber Collision on Coit after her accident. After the repair, we noticed it wasn't driving smoothly - it drove 'bumpy'- so we took it back in and asked them to take a look - something wasn't right. We were told the shocks & struts were worn and that it wasn't due to the accident. We then took to our mechanic who found a bent brace on a strut that needed to be repaired, very likely due to the accident - but that the shocks and struts were not worn to the point that they needed to be replaced. The mechanic filed a supplemental claim with our insurance who agreed on the cause of the bent strut. Because Caliber Collision missed this damage, even when we took the car back and asked them to take another look, it resulted in extra expense and a lot more time spent resolving the repair. I would not recommend or go back to this facility (or probably any Caliber Collision) as a result.

Fantastic customer service! The paperwork was super easy, they were very clear and open about the estimated time to fix my car, and they even gave me a ride home when I didn't have a rental! All in all, such a good place full of sweet people!

Tracy had done a great job above and beyond to take good care of my car. She follows up in details from scheduling appointment, picking up the vehicle and spot out other parts of the vehicle may need attention. Her able to engage with eh customer and keep prompt response must be be recognized. Her sincere care of the customer by making sure the claim is handling smoothly between the allocated amount and the achedueld repairing are handled by her professionally with warm gesture. I definitely will bring my vehicle to have them repair. The job is done right and beautifully. I am amazed by how good the part that need to repair looks like brand new again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was one of the best experience for a repair facility that I have ever experienced. I have been an operator of large auto dealership with body shops and could only wish that my shops performed with such excellence. Very slow, one missed delivery date after another, still missing a part, and the employees are strange. Eager to run away from you, blameshift, or be confrontational with you. My Mazda 6 was taken here because my son got in an accident. Every person I spoke to, was kind and respectful. There were a couple of delays due to no fault of their own (parts, tires), but it was easy to digest because of the way they deliver that news. I am thoroughly impressed by their customer service and it was exemplary. I don't know about the other Caliber Collisions but I can say that this one gave a wonderful experience.I wanted to add that Michael was the person assigned to my vehicle but every person that I spoke to was just as polite and kind as he was.

Picked up car from Caliber Collision on Dec 21 2023, as they said it was ready. I then took the car back to Sewell BMW the same day, and on Dec 22 2023, I took the vehicle back to Caliber Collision for repair on the new engine.Items found by BMW include: Leaky Valve gasket,Oil housing unit gasket, and possible Oil pan gasket. Also Coil hold down missing, and vent pipe broken and taped up with electrical tape.

I am beyond satisfied with my entire experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. The cherry on top was having my car returned to me earlier than expected after telling Josh about my work schedule! Shout out to Josh for handling my repairs, keeping me informed & delivering my car to me with a full explanation of everything they did. I highly recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

I had an EXCELLENT experience at this shop. They were easy to communicate with, professional, and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Any time I had a question, they quickly answered. My car looks great, and they got the repairs done faster than projected! Would highly recommend this shop if you need body work done.

I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision to have the bumper repaired after being hit by a commercial vehicle. The check in process was so swift and smooth, that I didn t get to sit down long enough to warm the seat in the waiting area. Lol! Tracy assisted me with a walk around the vehicle for her own inspection. After we finished up, she informed me that she ll keep me updated via text messaging. Tracy kept her word through the whole entire process! She was very friendly and professional Every time I spoke with her over the phone. I was promised my vehicle back in 2 weeks time and got it back in 1 week! I was VERY HAPPY about getting my vehicle back in half the time. They did a Phenomenal Job!!! After being involved with an unfortunate incident, brought my car in to this shop off Coit and was taken care of. They did a good job throughout the process and were professional. Our advisor Mohammed kept us informed since this was our only car, and we needed it fixed sooner than later, so they really tried to get it done before promised. It s hard to trust auto repair shops but this one did a great job and I felt like they were honest and trustworthy.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

My car has been at this shop for a week now and I've had a variety of problems dealing with them.1) Highest price for parts. I was able to locate numerous OEM parts half the price they quoted me from the dealership. They obviously have an agreement with local dealerships for parts which means much more cost for the customer.2) Missed diagnosis. While I understand electrical issues can be difficult to solve, they have been troubleshooting the issue backwards. This means that they didn't replace a failed started until another component was replaced, and will most likely mean an even longer stay in the shop over a holiday.3) Repeat missed expectations. Originally I was told my car would be in the shop until Saturday, 4 days total. I began to prepare for that. However the next day I was told it would be done much sooner, as early as Thursday. So I prepared my personal schedule accordingly. That is when the missed diagnosis came in and delayed me until Monday. I was told it would be done today. However because only 1 person is at the shop it looks like my part was not located, so it will probably be until Wednesday after the holiday.Had I seen reviews which shared this kind of experience, I wouldn't have had my car towed here. Be aware they will charge you near maximum for parts and if they're busy or you have electrical issues expect very long delays.

We cannot recommend this location enough. We dropped off our vehicle and just a week later we were able to pick up our vehicle. We worked with Traci who was absolutely amazing - she sent daily updates and pictures, she was extremely thorough, and she made a stressful situation stress-free for us. She took our feedback into account and when picking up our car, we can t even tell there was ever any damage to it. The repair and attention to detail was impeccable. OEM parts were used as well. Hopefully you never need a collision center, but if you do, this is the location to choose.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning
