The team is always welcoming, professional and the wait is reasonable. Although they always have a great deal of customers to serve whenever I go, I personally feel like they do a great job managing all customer concerns in a way that makes me feel like my time is valued while still being attentive to my needs.

Each visit to Firestone is consistently a delightful encounter. The Service Manager, Davonna, is perpetually graced with a smile and displays an enthusiastic willingness to guarantee that all my questions are addressed, and my vehicle requirements and apprehensions are meticulously attended to. On this specific occasion, Davonna took the extra step to ensure that my tires were appropriately repaired when I raised a concern prior to departing. My unwaveringly favorable experiences with Davonna are the reason I consistently advocate for this Firestone location.

Big liars. It s funny how someone thinks they re a good liar and say you wasn t charged for something, you upfront said you wasn t paying for and didn t agree to have it done. What I did agree to was quoted $39 just for me to be told they did the service anyway I didn t agree to and I wouldn t be charged yet my bill was $174 plus I didn t get a receipt. Why because clearly the receipt would show I definitely was charged for something I didn t agree to. Yes I could ve disputed while there however the 3 hours of sleep I was running on was not about to waste my energy telling a liar I know he lied.

Good info from service advisor. No pressure to buy services but informative. However, I did have an 8am "appointment" but my car was not seen until 9:20am or so.

Rude front desk lady. My car was shaking over 70 so I went in for alignment service after getting balancing done at some other place because I have lifetime alignment with them to get things recalibrated. She argued I already had alignment done 6 months ago despite me telling her I have an issue.

It takes alot of me to write a review. I've had bad experiences with the Firestone closer to my house at 518 & Pearland parkway in the past so as a last resort, I tried this location at Silverlake.I'm so glad I was helped by Heidi who was able to turn a negative experience into a positive one. Honestly I was ready to switch to Discount Tires. Her customer service and willingness to go the extra mile if phenomenal.Although the Silverlake if farther from my house, I'm willing to drive those extra miles where the customer service is excellent, specially from Heidi and I've been a loyal customer at this location ever since.Unfortunately, I've had bad experiences on the technical side where my car was not diagnosed properly and found loose nuts and missing cutter, pins, (which I know were there) on my tie rods.These issues I find later when i'm under my car and it outrages me because you want to trust these mechanics specially when driving on long trips with the family and unfortunately I do not trust them anymore.Overall, Heidi always manages to turn a bad experience into a positive one. I do not see my self taking my car to be repaired by Firestone, but I'll always go here to purchase new tires and have normal alignments and rotations done.Honestly, if it wasn't for Heidi and the rest of the front counter staffs, especially Heidi, I would've switch to Discount or NTB a long time ago.

Good experience for my first visit to this location. The staff was extremely helpful and explained everything regarding the service to be rendered. The waiting area was clean and comfortable for my short wait. I would return.

I spent $3000 on work done on an old car based on their recommendation. As soon as I drove away the check engine light came on. I drove it back and left it overnight. I was then told that the parts from my car are obsolete and they cannot do anything for it.

Poor, sloppy, careless, and lazy service. They chipped and damaged the paint on my engine valve covers when installing shims (which are located more than a foot away from the valve covers!!), but then they didn't even check the wheel steering clearances afterward. As a result, the tire rubs horribly on the wheel well when turning. After the service, I made them aware of the issues, and, to their credit, they refunded my money. At least they had the courtesy to do that, why is why they aren't at 1 star.

i have to give 1 star for the tires because every time I have been there i was told a couple of hours ( not sure if it's the service advisors fault or not because they schedule the work And their usually very courteous very nice) the next thing you know its 5 or hours later and then im asked if I would like to get an alignment and it's been on the alignment rack for 30 minutes. I've been there 4 or 5 times in the last 3 years and i always spend over a $1000 this will be the last time I buy anything from this Firestone store I don't know if it's a supply problem or Or just not enough people To do the work because every time I've been there. there's not enough people

Worst service ever received when trying to get auto care. Made an appointment but the gentleman helping me booked the wrong day, so I had to come back another time.When I came on the day of appointment, there was no one at the front for 15 minutes. After checking in and waiting on the service to be provided, I ve waited 1 hour before they decide to even work on my car. I ve seen people come in after me and they get theirs done before mine. What is the point of an appointment if you re going to treat it as any other walk in?Waited for 2 hours before service was finished. I was told the eta for service would not take an hour. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

My "go to" place after I fell out with the other stores. That Discount place refused to put the tires on the front insisting all new tires have to go on the back, and the Tire and Battery place wasted my time with an abnoxious tech who I though I was going to have to fight.But back to Firestone, they are always pleasant and courteous and have what I need in stock and don't waste my time.

Horrible experience. Took my vehicle in for an oil change, when I attempted to drive off my brakes were not working, looked under vehicle and brake fluid was spewing out. Car was fine before I brought it here. I was forced to leave it there as I couldn t safely drive my car. Staff lacked communication, and I had to call every day for a week. I missed work due to this fiasco. Will not be returning here at all. Very disappointed.Service: Oil change

Spent almost $1400 on repairs on my son's car. Left the vehicle with this location for 2 days because of Thanksgiving holiday....picked up the vehicle with damage to the front driver's side. The sales reps in front gave the standard responses...."we don't have cameras"...."we aren't responsible for vehicles left overnight"...."you should take pictures of your car before leaving it for service". Needless to say, lesson learned for me. I will no longer give business to this location.

My father brought his new truck in for a standard oil change on 7/31/23. He was leaving work when all of his dash lights came on. Long story short. This company did not reinstall the oil gasket properly. It cause all of the oil to spray underneath the vehicle and almost totaled the engine in a $60K truck. Their resolution? A free oil change. They didn't pay for all the extra charges he incurred, nothing. If you value your vehicle, and most importantly your safety. I would not, under any circumstances, use this company.

This is my first review. I've been here twice and the customer service attitude is really bad. The first time, when I changed the air filter in my Accord, the trunk wouldn't open. I called them and they said it wasn't their fault. Then I watched a YouTube video and discovered they had turned off the trunk switch next to the air filter. This switch is in a very hidden place. Today, during my second visit, I changed the oil and the steering wheel of my minivan started shaking abnormally. And despite specifically requesting it, they didn't inflate my tires either. This time, I don't want to call back and ask them why because they will just pass the buck. I will never return, and I will never recommend Firestone to anyone I know. There are many similar stores in this area, so why go to a place with unprofessional staff and poor customer service?
