Stopped in at the last minute and these guys took care of me straight away! Had an opportunity to shop for my side by side tire upgrade while they got me back on the road with a quick repair. Great service!

Cheap tires , and you get what you pay for. No warranty. Recommend Discount Tire if you commute and really put on the mileage. They warranty their tires. Nice staff and quick service. Air conditioned lobby but uncomfortable chairs.

They're very good at what they do. And they do it professionally. I enjoy the atmosphere while I'm waiting. There's a young man there, his name is Austin. He has always done exceptional work for me! All of them do great work!Go check them out, you won't be disappointed

Better late than never. My husband and I were in the area for a truck show. His back brakes went out and we had to be towed to this shop. I cannot say enough how wonderful these people were. We were 2 hours from home and had no way of fixing the issue ourselves. These wonderful people stayed late for us and got it fixed. Not to mention the young man who works there that drove by and saw us after he had left for the day and stopped to lend a hand. Amazing and honest people. I hope they stay open and get to continue the amazing work they do!

I called and asked if I could get some help with a wheel stud replacement and the fella that answered the phone was super nice and offered to fix it for a reasonable price and he is fitting me in first thing this morning. I'll update with the quality of work after it's finished.

Randy and friends are everything you would expect from a home town shop. Friendly, fast, efficient, fun, and most importantly seem to have done a good job. They even took care of my bumper bolts. If you live in Palastine or are posting they as I was I suggest you have Then take a look at your tires. Thanks Randy.

Terrible place. Took full advantage of my son. Brought his truck in to get the rear end looked at. They replaced front hubs. Tore his front boot. Son had to get them to fix that. Now truck is still making the noise and they say it s bearings in the rear end making the noise which is what he told them to begin with. Now they won t fix that because they don t work on rearends. He told them to begin with the rearend was making noise. Horrible place. No mechanic just parts changers

Great service all around. These guys have taken great care of my cars this year. I'm really impressed with everyone.The only complaint I have is the two sets of brand new tires I've bought this year have no warranty for mishaps along the way. :(

Palestine Tire was Fabulous, by this i mean Ordered 4 tires Monday afternoon, they had them Tuesday afternoon come Wednesday morning i was waiting for my Turn.These Folks are really outstanding, i was in there at 10:30am and of course waiting in line feels like a eternity, but not once was i not board just waiting. lol you could say it was almost like home.before i knew it i was ready to go 1hr later, not bad.......So i followed their directions for resting my tire sensors and did just that, but they did not go off so i called them and they said yea bring it up and we will get it taken care of for you. I did it took about 10min and boom i was gone, light was still on went to drive it and i did not get 100ft down the road and it went off.I just want to thank everyone there at Palestine Tire Shop. you are my new best Friend, and Thank you for Being You.......... Staff and service is top of the line. Got a 2013 durango rt lifted and put some 34.5 tires on it. After another tire shop in Huntsville ordered my lift kit and tires just to tell me after waiting 3 weeks for parts that they wouldn't do it for liability reason cause there isn't a lift kit for the 13' durango rt. And they are the ones that ordered everything. And I had to drive almost to hours to get to the shop that day for them to tell me"OH by the way we won't be installing anything but you still have to pay for it" FYI DO NOT USE EXTREME OUTFITTERS IN HUNTSVILLE TEXAS. And they left out two main rear washer the Palastine tire guys and to custom make for me. Which was awesome of them. They worked their butts of. And had no problems installing everything. They know their stuff and I would recommend them to anyone needing any kind of service up their ally. Check out the durango on Instagram @daredevil88. Made a appt at 12pm got there and she forgot her mechanic went to lunch after I specifically asked when I made the appt . Got their she explains her guy is at lunch and there is some ahead of me and to come back at 2 PM. This is unacceptable for business. I'm at Bratz tire as I'm typing this and getting great service.
