Details, details I called first to insure they had what I needed. The person on phone was polite and physically checked it was in stock . Gave me the price too. I was in and out of store in less than 5 minutes. Excellent experience.

Tristyn is quite literally a rockstar, we are out and about and our car died so we went to Oreillys to see if it was a battery or the alternator and ended up having to get a battery. I was all prepared to replace the battery there in the parking lot but Tristyn grabbed the cart and knocked it out, and had a good conversation to boot. I appreciate you sir more than you know.

Fast friendly Service! Staff is Always helpful. Randy is the best in store service and Jack is the best delivery guy. But all in all the complete staff is what makes this place my first stop to get anything Automotive related. I usually come back a few times a day. Lol But that's on me. To many projects. Great prices as well!

One of the best O Reilly s I ve been to in awhile. I know they re an auto parts store, but I asked them for help because my driver s side window was stuck and instead of telling me no one of the guys there tried to get it up and even figured out what the problem was offered suggestions as to what to do. I m very appreciative! Do recommend!

It's cheaper than Auto Zone, Millitary discount, deep cycle marine batteries just over a hundred dollars great deal for use with a 24volt Trolling motor. And an extra one for my gate opener.

The guys there are very professional and know their stuffz I had no idea my car was made in Canada to get the right parts. I called and they had my parts ready. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Service was good and fast also. I felt the prices were a little high, but I don't often buy auto parts. Store was well stocked. They offer a few free services. Plenty of parking.

Store full of employees, and none interested in trying to help. Had good experience here in past encounters - but this was certainly different. Lazy and disinterested. Never say 'never',, but I don't plan on returning.

Typical chain auto parts, better find another place if you want service, cheaper if you know what you need. Took them a battery (their brand) that had just gone out of warranty. Left overnight ( didn't have to do this but I couldn't return until the next day) they told me the battery tested bad and I needed a new one. Left with my old battery and put it on a charger set at 10amps overnight. Next day went to Walmart and had them test it before I purchased a new one. Battery tested good and has been in service for 4 months since orielys test.

It's a parts store. Not everyone in there knows what they're talking about. In my experience most parts stores are that way. They'll try and get you a good deal though, it just might not be right the first time. I did buy a quart of oil there and it ended up being a bottle of used oil. I don't think that's the store's fault, probably a dishonest customer. The store was quick to rectify the situation, no hassle.

Went in to get touchup paint for my car. They were very personable and knowledgeable. Something that really made a good impression was the fact the sales associate walked me right to where I needed to go, instead of just pointing towards the general direction.

I just recently been doing business with O'Reilly's. I now wish, that I had frequented their store more often. Their staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I'm a serious mechanic who owns a small auto repair shop in Palestine, TX. Professionals like myself need professionals like the employees in O'Reilly's who understand auto and truck repair. They are keen to be as helpful as possible. It's also a plus, when they actually know what I'm talking about and which part goes where. Check them out. You'll be happy you did.

I've been up there twice and they still haven't got it right. They suck. 20 minutes one way I've wasted 11/2 hours of my life and have to go back again. From now on its amazon all the way it's 3 times cheaper and. Better stuff

You can tell that a place is above standard when every time you go there they are packed. With two main options for auto parts here in town, my wheel always brings me to O'Reilly's. They are always full of staff, and are eager to help you with any needs, or questions that you may have. Whether your part must be ordered, or unattainable, the direction they lead you will be the remedy for your mechanical problems. Fair prices, knowledgeable employees, and the friendly atmosphere makes O'Reilly's my go-to spot for automotive woes.

Excellent service! My daughter was treated very rudely by Autozone so she went to O"Reilly's. The service was prompt and courteous. We have found our "forever home" at O'Reilly's!

I went to O'Reilly's needing a battery. They were very professional amd kind. I had no tools to fix the battery and no one to put it on for me. I have changed batteries before, but my car is less than 2 years old and it looked alot different than the old terminals. The man at the counter offered to put my battery on for me and did not charge me. He was a life saver. THANK YOU.
