All of the staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle (Cory, I believe) took time to thoroughly explain what was happening with my car to cause the problems and what would need to happen to correct the issue. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The man working in the office was also very friendly and patient. My car was dropped off on Thursday and was ready by Monday evening, so they work pretty quickly too. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and while I hope I won t need to use their services for awhile, I ll definitely be back for my automotive needs! These guys are the real deal. The customer service is great and the work is top notch. You are definitely getting quality work with this automotive shop. I got my money's worth. Or so I thought and definitely didn t after a few hundred miles. Avoid this place if possible(especially if you re out of state, they seem to like to take advantage of people with out of state licenses.

We were from out of town when our pickup broke down. We had it towed to Affordable Auto and boy are we glad we did. Great rates, fast service and everything was always with a smile. Would highly recommend.

Not good at all!! Had to get it towed home, wanted 800.00 for a 500.00 dollar job I do not recommend

They were very friendly, but they were booked up for 2 weeks, and I needed the vehicle in asap.They did helped me find another shop who could get me right in. Very helpful!

Took car in but, didn't want to even work on it because it already had some new parts installed on it. Plus, I have never heard of wanting a deposit to even look at it. Will not be returning to this place and wouldn't recommend it.

Paid a lot of money for heads to be reworked and they over torqued the plugs to the point that one broke off in the head. They wouldn't warranty their work or even look at it because they claimed it was my fault. I didn't put the plugs in the heads. He also called me incompetent and that I should have brought it to him to remove the plugs.

I literally have you guys on Speed Dial lol. Love y all THANK YOU for always being so courteous and respectful and HONEST and getting my vehicles in and out so fast ... I trust them out of any mechanics in Orange or My general area in SETX to be honest . Give them a try and you will see just how amazing they are!!! Thank you guys!

We have been taking our vehicles here for what seems forever. They are honest about the costs, but sometimes an old truck just cant be fixed.

These people are AMAZING they always shock me with how quick they can get your car in and out and they are very respectful and show you a breakdown and explain etc things most mechanics won t do I highly suggest Affordable

Took my truck here, paid $300 still had the problem. Said it was fixed. Talking to the manager is like talking to a brick wall. Will never go back.
