On The Lake RV Resort donated the outdoor pavilion for Onalaska First Baptist Church's Easter Sunrise service on 03/31/2024. The pavilion was in pristine condition and ready to use. Good electricity and lighting are available. The grounds are neatly kept and attractive. The staff is responsive and great to work with. We look forward to many more years of using this location for our Sunrise Services.

It rained most of the time while I was staying here so no pictures. None the less I loved it. The price wasn t too bad for a week stay. You re right on the lake so the views are great. The staff is very friendly. The pull through spaces are super easy to swing into regardless of the length of your rig. You have a few places to eat nearby if you want to get out of your tent or RV for a bit. Lots and lots of amenities here. Can honestly say if you stay here you ll enjoy your stay.

Our stay was a month during October 2023 when the water was very low. So things were pretty quiet then except for weekends. We really enjoyed our waterfront pull in site. We had a front row seat to some of the best sunsets on the lake.Staff was always friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the pool/hot tub setting. Very clean and maintained pool and bathhouses. It was nice to be able to just walk over to the on-site restaurant for some dinner, drinks and live music on the patio with a great sunset view. The dragonflies were amazing in the Fall but after they were gone came the lake flies (midges) which were awful being close to the water. Not much the park could do about them though. A bit of an ant problem too but never inside our RV.Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and walks around the park. Enjoyed watching the turtles in the creek as well. Depending on where you are in the park there is some highway noise. We will be planning another stay here the next time we are in the area. We would highly recommend!

We love this place. They took us on a moments notice. They welcomed our little dog. Our cabin was very clean and smelled fresh. Every employee was very friendly made us feel welcomed. The lake was low due to lack of rain all summer, we still fished and caught some nice sized fish. We can t wait to go back in November. We we glad our original plans ( booked 2 month ) didn t work out. This is the only plan we will stay while we are in the area.Nearby activities: They have a nice size pool. Corn hole. Kids play area, Restaurant on site. There are little shops down the roadSafety: There are cameras everywhere. Workers do live on site. You have to have codes to get into some areas.Food & drinks: We could have ate at the restaurant however, we had a cabin we cooked and barbecued

We had a reunion here. Everything was good other than they want to charge $20 extra if you check into cabins before 4pm and they LOOK clean but upon further inspection of cabin, I found cob webs in all the corners around the bunkbeds and above shower and cob webs all over the porch. At least clean around/under tables and chairs on porches to remove cob webs. My niece said when her friends daughter got into top bunk in their cabin there was a bottle of cologne in the sheets. That tells you , those sheets were not changed.

My dad got a cabin here over this last weekend & it was horrible! The fridge didn t work, the air didn t work AND my Dads motor, gas tank & fishing poles were stolen out of his boat Saturday night. He called to tell them & of course they don t have cameras & there is nothing they can do not, have they even bothered to call back & follow up. The first thing they should have put in before opening to the public is CAMERAS. It was not worth the $700 plus dollars he spent, just to get his stuff stolen. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately for them we know a-lot of people here & will spread the word.

A group of us enjoyed the pleasantries at the resort. A very clean facility and the fireworks show was awesome. We enjoyed the music. I am looking forward to going back.Nearby activities: There are many amenities to enjoy.Safety: We felt very safe. The staff is constantly driving around the property. The trashed is picked up by your rental space.Walkability: Everything is in walking distance or you can ride a bicycle.Food & drinks: The Oasis reopened and the atmosphere was awesome.

I stay here often! I love it here during off season and weekdays. But just like every holiday goes, when management is not here, every boat and jet ski is here parking along the swim beach. Additionally folks during the holidays are fishing off the swim beach. When rules are posted, it s absolutely absurd to me that people are not following rules. The swim beach is small, so when it is taken it up by boats and poles, it s discouraging. Wish they could improve with some sort of management presence when it comes to these sort of issues. Otherwise my favorite place! Just hate that people take advantage of this place when management is not present

Beautiful lake view and very well kept. Showers are a very good size, clean and are open 24hrs. The pool is never full and also well maintained. Everyone respects quiet time language and volume of music. Staff are very nice, socialble and helpful. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. They have cabins and have tent areas. Don't forget your fishing gear they also have a boat dock.

What a delightful camping resort! From the moment we entered, we were greeted by gorgeous scenery of the lake, birds chirping, spacious sites, and an easy check in process at the office. The staff were very nice to get us all set at Tent site T5 which provided ample evening shade thanks to the trees for the hot Texas summer sun. Our friends stayed in an RV site across from us. There were quite a few flying bugs upon setup, but no mosquitos which was wonderful so it didn't bother us.The tent site had a fire ring, grilling station, light, electric and water hookups as well as being mostly level. The only downside was not being able to use our picnic table because it was quite warped from being old and a board was loose. We used the 'beach' sandy area to get into the lake to float and it was very easy to get in and out of, safe, and clean. The staff were even so nice to always check in on us and take any trash we had if available! We didn't get to use the pool or hot tub but both were very clean and well maintained. The majority of the people we saw here were families which kept things very respectable and quiet. The BEST part of the entire resort was the bathrooms. Holy cow! Each one had it's own AC unit, huge shower, and were very clean. Never had such a nice restroom in a park before. All in all this is a 5 star resort for both tent and RV camping alike during any time of year! We can't wait to go back.

We just went here this Easter weekend and had a great time relaxing. Park was very clean. Staff was super friendly! Our site was 20 and it was a good spot. All the concrete pads make it so easy to level and park your RV. Only drawback was that Johnny s restaurant was close due to staffing issues. The restaurant leases the spot from them so no fault of their our. We will be back for sure!

Absolutely wonderful facility. Great and friendly staff. My son gave y'all five thumbs up. Need to have a turtle cook off! One catfish and three turtles from the break water walls. Still fun though. Clean bathrooms and showers. Only issue, gift shop: stock more lake Livingston kitchy touristy stuff, bumper stickers, stuffed animals etc. But that didn't dampen any of the stay. Thanks y'all

The cabins are great! Much bigger and more comfortable than I expected from a former KOA. Kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom was fully stocked and everything very clean.

We so enjoyed our stay here. The lakeside site was perfect although a little hot in the late afternoon but that's the price you pay for a beautiful sunset. Beach was nice soft clean sand and swimming area had same nice sandy bottom with no trash or debris - perfect for our grandchildren. The grass was plush and free of stickers. Enjoyed watching the fishing birds. Staff pleasant and friendly, management is great!

I am without words honestly. I previously stayed here and loved the experience so we booked again for a longer stay and a second booking for our parents to stay as well. Unfortunately, our truck put us down on the way up to the resort. I immediately called and explained the situation and told them that I did not want to get a refund if we could just keep a credit on the books for another stay later on once the truck was fixed. I was told no problem. The problem comes in when others are not communicating with each other on our situation and now they say we were a no show and they are keeping our payment IN FULL because they did not communicate with each other that the spot and cabin reserved could be released. In addition, it was just last night that I was told that I could shift the dollars to a cabin stay. This is now the most horrible experience ever and I cannot believe the level of insensitivity to life and that it happens to EVERYONE. I also cannot believe that people are now taking ownership of what they tell people only to now try and shift the truth of the communication that they had with me not on one call but on multiple calls. This is not good business practice. Staff should own what they tell the customer and honor it not try to shift the blame and penalize the customer. The one star is only there because I had to click it to move forward.

My only issue was that smoking is allowed in the pool area. There were several pregnant women as well as tons of kids and people were continuously smoking cigarettes in the pool area. Besides that the park was very clean, well maintained, the ladies in the office were very nice and helpful, the boat slips were super convenient, and the lake views are amazing.

A truly breathtaking location. The amenities, staff, and cleanliness were great. Had some great neighbors and friendly people everywhere. We usually prefer state parks, but this exceeded all expectations. This is only 45 minutes from home so we will definitely become regulars. If I wasn't stuck in a mortgage I'd just up and move here. Great overall experience, minus the bridge on 190 to get here, lol. Oh, the restaurant is definitely a must visit. We were just gonna take carry out and go, but our waiter was just so nice we decided to eat in. They not only had perfect food, but the staff were great in dealing with our two kiddos under 3. And our overly friendly chatterbox daughter. Loved every aspect of our camping trip, minus that bridge. Can't wait to come back and try the pool and beach. The only improvement I can think of is upgrading the playground, it's lackluster at best.

Loved this waterfront campground! Only camped here one night on the way home, but the campground is very clean and most spaces have enough room to spread out and relax. Nice playground for the kids and a covered shelter near the water for a picnic. Shout out to Belinda for being so polite and informative! Looking forward to getting back soon for a longer stay!

Called ahead before reserving to be sure the pool was open. Called the day of arrival to be sure the pool was open. Was assured both times it was open. Pool chained closed on our arrival and still hadn't reopened at the time we had left. We would have stayed elsewhere if someone could simply have been straight with us. Site was nowhere near level and the pad was quite narrow and elevated above the rest of the site, leaving a dramatic drop off our steps. It's otherwise a beautiful place. Feels like some common sense would have made this place outstanding. What a shame.

Our view from our cabin. It's beautiful here. Nice pool. Nice little beach area for swimming in the lake. If you have a Rv seems to be a great place to come. The spots are nice and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived. We will definitely be back. Inside of the cabin is clean and spacious. Well stocked for anything you need for overnight or lengthy stay. We got one of the 6 person cabins that has 2 rooms. One with a double bed other with twin bunks. Has a nice fire pit outside but couldn't use right now due to fire band. Overall very quant and cozy. Loved all of it.
