Extremely helpful in a bad situation. They were able to get to me quickly and efficiently without a bother. So thankful on a day when no one else was open and being without an appointment. Normal pricing too. Thanks for the great job.

So I have taken my truck up several times for brakes and a fan clutch. Was only to be told I did not need a fan clutch, and two brake jobs later, truck is still squealing when I go to stop. Same answer when I take in to have them listen. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. We'll in two visits I have spent over 1,100 in repairs only to shake my head in anger.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They only took 3 hours to fix my car. Another shop told me it would take 2 to 3 days. Jay's has my business from now on. I'm so happy I decided to take my car to Jay's. I took my car back the next day because it had shaking in the steering wheel. I told Jay about it he told me to bring it back in. He looked it over and told me it was my new tires that was causing it. Great guy He didn't even charge me to check my car out. I'm definitely use his shop again. He deserves a 20 stars.

I called Jay a couple days ago because a spark plug broke off in the head of my truck.. He did not hesitate at all in assuring me that he will get it fixed. I took my truck in at 8 am and by 11:30 I had a call saying everything was fixed and running great and even drove it to be sure everything was up to par!! I am so thankful and appreciative of this! He has definitely gained a new customer for any needs I may have! Thank you!!

Very honest and dependable. Even picked up my car from work and brought it back to me the same day! Charges by the job not hourly which is hard to find now days. Old school mechanic with more than 38 years of experience of owning Jays Auto. Jay and Les will always have my business!

Jay has always treated us right. I use my truck for my livelihood, if I don't have it running, we don't eat. Jay and the guys continually keep me on the road and making money. We also use them for the repairs on my wife's car. Thanks guys, ya'll are awesome!

Careless shop. Left oil in my coolant after head gasket job. I asked multiple times to change it. Dented my mothers car doing a ball joint and denied it. Owner Jay is extremely rude. Workers are nice

These guys go above and beyond to help you get your vehicle repaired and i have never had a problem. I have used them for years and everyone I speak to about them feels just as I do. Highly recommend them.

This is a small auto repair in Onalaska, Tx owner Jay has 2 mechanics who have been with him for years.We've taken our 3 vehicles for problems which they took care of.They know their stuff, great mechanics and Jay is a gem.My husband, God rest his soul thought highly of Jay and the guys.Rose Perez

Had a truck with rusted brake line, needed repaired asap. Told us to come on in, we will see what we can do. Fixed and on the road within an hour.
