Order parts and I come to pick them, they didn t have them ready and it supposed to be fast as it is a Will Call, but whoever does that it s on vacation and it took more than 90 mins to get my parts. They don t have a good organization and I have to make a regular line like everyone else when these guys who work on the counters just don t help at all. It s really disappointed.

Nice place to go and watch the cars rust! Super slow. Four people working the counter That have never seen a truck much less know the parts of a truck. The best part is this right now we can't find your account so guess what it's too little fuel filters are almost $200 unbelievable. They obviously work on commission.

Don t waste your time. Had truck nearly a month And couldn t even get them on the phone to find out where they re on it. Finally went up there and even that took 10 minutes just to talk to someone and there was just one customer and two customer reps in the room when I came in. Like I said, don t waste your time.

Ordered a part on 01/12/2024 at 4pm. Paid for overnight to Tucson AZ, $350. To be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday at 1pm was told it just shipped will be there on Thursday the 18th at 1pm. Then by Friday I was told it shipped. Now Monday the 22nd found out it is in Austin Texas and will arrive by 1030am and it just shipped Friday the 19th.You can not make this up. You call the # for the Rush center in Austin Dallas etc you get a call center and they don t care.So all week you call Rush and get lies and they re proud of this?!?!?! It seems to me Rush has hired a lot of people that have no idea how Business works or do they care. There is not anyone who wants to connect with you. You are revenue for them and that s it! Rush cares about money, bonuses and themselves. That s it. I know now that I will not ever drive a Pererbult again as long as I deal with anything to do with Rush. Instead of being called Rush it needs to be called confused or you get it when we decide but definitely not RUSH

Love this place!, easy in and out with truck and trailer. Which is a tremendous help when you need to shop for parts while being OTR. They re always nice and professional and help you find what you need.

Very nice layout, there's gonna be a wait for Parts but friendly staff makes it all worthwhile. They had me laughing. I only wish the wait foe shop repairs wasn't so long(10days) but I was forced to used Odessa Kenworth who by they way didn't have parts in stock said had to be ordered from El Paso. I found out Rush was 13mi away. I went and pick up needed parts paid for them and brought them back to KW who looked shocked. So Rush was a God send foe me to get back on road quicker even though they didn't physically do the repairs. Thanks guys!!

WARNING. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO TO THAT DEALERSHIP.The CEO of the Rush Truck Dealership Needs to Close that Location or Change The Whole Staff.These People Doesn t Have shame or Anything.I have No Idea who give them the Maneger, Supervisor or whatever the position they re working on.This is the Laziest Staff I ve ever seen in the world.This staff deserve to be fire and Flag from the whole world wherever they go for JOB.It s been over 3 Months Since I dropped my Truck for couple things to Change.And they still didn t send me any Estimates.The and No follow up.They have only One Excuse. OH this is the busiest location in America.So what ? Hire more staff ? You re Not working free . You re Charging A lot more than any other dealership.I am Sending the Email to the CEO of the Rush Truck Dealer and Pererbilt Company CEO to request So They can See the list of Customers, How Long they re in Waiting List and Why? list of how many they Done, list of Who they re Following up and How they re Following up,They have to do the full Investigation And send these Staff to the Jail for Sitting There and Collecting Pay for not doing there JOB..

First time using rush trucks of Odessa tx and I want to say it was excellent from how clean and neat the dealership was to the parking available and the top shelf service that was provided they off free laundry to customers and have a nice waiting room and I want to thank the gm for offering lunch while I waited and Mr Patrick Adam's the service manager was very helpful and knowledgeable and understanding

Over 1 hour wait, helped multiple customers that were on a first name basis before me, answered multiple calls and helped them as well this place is a joke where is management? all of our drivers refuse to go here after going through that we will send our fleet somewhere else.

Extremely unprofessional. Nothing but criticism and unmannered parts team as well as managers. But I suppose that s typical for salary based income. Expect to have your time wasted while these guys gossip amongst each other for their own amusement.

Not a terrible place nice guys but useless to call ahead for parts because they will tell you it will be at will call but you get there and guess what they don t have will call and you have to just wait. Not cool

Needs more efficient and professional with very good seasoned mechanics. Needs to step down on part cost rates way to expensive to relate. Other shops with same product in same town are way cheaper. No brainer!

Went there to pick up a unit waited a little while before anyone showed up the only person that was courteous enough to ask me if I had been helped was a mechanic that was coming for a work order. There was nobody there at the service desk to help they had to come out from hiding to come help

one star is too high. 4 trucks with extended warranties all somehow end up with none of the work covered under warranty. $200+ per hour paid for the quality of $30 per hour. There is a good reason their parking lot is empty.

Definitely need more people at the parts counter ! Waiting over an hour to get parts is not good customer service. One of the parts personel left even though there was a big line of people waiting to order parts !

This place is the absolute best, that s why it s always packed. Wes always gives the best customer service! They are a pretty nice team to work with while getting parts. Always in &out when I order my parts ahead. :) great job guys!!

Unprofessional and disrespectful, set up an interview with me for a mechanic position and couldn't afford the time to respond whether over the phone or in person. Then 3 days later I waited and waited for the call but get an email with lies and excuses from the recruiter. No wonder they need mechanics, can't get respect if you don't give it.

Well you never want your truck in the shop but in this horrible situation the manager the receptionist and the mechanic were extremely professional helpful expedient Rush of Odessa if any of you drivers ever have issues this is a great place to visit

Average dealership. Typical parts man telling me "what I need" instead of listening to me and selling me what I want. I wanted a circuit breaker and he kept trying to sell me a relay. Never tell a customer that they need anything. Recommend something, but don't tell them that they "need" anything. I am journey level mechanic. Typical parts guy thinking he is smarter than the man behind the wrench.

They guys on the sales counter are rude, not helpful, and slow. There is always a line and it usually takes about an hour or more to get even a simple item. They rarely have what I need in stock, though that's about par for the course in West Texas.They rarely answer their phone, but when they do they are curt and rude and just as unhelpful as they are in person.Their will call system is equally inefficient as they do not record the name or number of the person placing the order. This makes it extremely difficult to send someone after items, or for them to notify you of any changes that might have to be made.

Rush is way understaffed for the volume of customers. To wait over an hour to get to customer service then still have to go around to Will Call is ridiculous. Poor service, extremely long time waiting, and the location is not convenient. If there were any option for the parts we need for our shop and fleet, we would definitely utilize it.

Need more help at the counter, four people just isn't enough.... At least two more people would be good, every time I'm in there it takes at least an hour to get helped.... Other than that the service is good, the staff is very helpful, and generally have the parts I need

Couldn't get my lock cylinder apart, stopped in to service center at new location in oddessa. Pat was knowledgeable and helpful. Took awhile, but he got it and didn't even charge me. I must have screwed with that thing for 3 hrs. Thank you
