Was expecting my repairs to take at least until next week, but got my car back later the same day. No surprise charges, everything is running great again. Everything was explained beforehand, as well as after. The guys here are always friendly and courteous when I've come in or called. Will absolutely bring any other vehicles here, and I send family here as well.

My Colorado has been in there shop twice in 2 weeks for A/C problems, 1st time it worked going down the Highway but would blow hot air in town. 2nd time it worked untill i turned the truck off and hasn't worked since..charged $1,1025 so far and still blows hot air. These guys really helped me out of a jam. I threw a rod in my engine on a long road trip towing a boat, in the middle of the desert and had my Isuzu towed here. They diagnosed the truck (needed a new engine) and let me come back in a week or so to tow the truck and engine back home to Dallas. They gave me a fair price for the diagnosis, were friendly and accommodating, and did not charge me extra for the storage. A+ customer service!!UPDATE: Ended up selling the truck to a member of my owners group, and purchased another Vehicross. Always check oil levels on long road trips, even if it doesn't burn oil during city driving!Thanks again guys.

Took work vehicle to dealership early morning.They put car on scope but could not diagnose in less than 4 days to 2 weeks minimum.Asked Jeremy to move vehicle to Premium Auto Care.Recognized starter problem immediately and replaced within 2 hours.No worked missed and repairs confined to one day.I could not be more impressed.Thank you Jeremy.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

These guys made a very bad experience into the best it could be. I was out there this weekend and delivered a travel trailer to my son. I live in Fort Worth and when I started home my Ford F250 threw a engine code and went into limp mode. I dont need to tell you how much it cost to work on a diesel, and to boot I was in Odessa for the first time ever. Called and they got me in the very next morning. Quoted me a price after running all kinds of test. Got me back on the road and ended up cheaper than the original quote. I also had no way of going anywhere so I spent almost 6 hrs with the owner and ship manager. Good people, great service. So good I'm considering driving the 5 hrs back so they can do some upgrades to my truck. Could not of asked for a better outcome to a very stressful situation. And by the way truck ran excellent on the trip home and even got better fuel mileage. Thanks guy's

I took my 2015 Ram 1500 Eco Diesel in for the AC not cooling. I called and made an appointment, dropped off my truck and the guys diagnosed the problems and give me an estimate before starting any repairs on it .They repaired my truck quickly and got me back on the road in just days , I will definitely be using this shop for any future repairs I needService: Auto A/C replacement

Premium Auto Care is a great place with a great staff! They worked their tails off to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. They made me feel comfortable and welcome the entire time I was there. Jeramee, Anthony, & Ms. Holly were an absolute pleasure to spend time with. These folks are salt of the earth genuine Texas down home hard working folks! Honest and dependable! Not to mention they accept Element cards as well! So all you fleet trucks out there, this is a great spot. I would recommend this place to my granny! Thank you Premium Auto!

Awesome business!!! I knew nothing about this place but I called anyway about my A/C not working right on my BMW. The owner told me to bring it by so he could order parts and have it fixed the next day. He put it on a machine and it turns out it was just over charged and took care of it that night. He could have come up with a story saying my car needed this and that but he didn't. I appreciate honesty more then anything. The owner and staff are all very nice and they know what they anything re doing. I will bring my car here from now on whenever it needs something and would highly recommend it to anyone else who needs their vehicle worked on. And their rates are lower then other auto repair shops. I gladly give this place 5 stars!!!!

These guys are great. Very polite and honest about what's wrong with your vehicle. They won't replace parts that don't need to be replaced. I came to them after some bad experiences with firestone. There wasn't much they could do for my AC without replacing the whole thing but they recharged it for me anyway and didn't charge for the Freon. I absolutely recommend this business.

I'm a single mom on a very tight budget. I was quoted $1600 for brake repair at several places and I had Premium Auto Care recommended to me by a co-worker. They got the job done for way less than that! They were kind, courteous, and extremely helpful!! They took a very stressful situation and made it more bearable! Thank you all so much!! I will be bringing my repairs to you from now on.

Struggled all around town looking for someone to help me with my car. I showed up their shop and was welcomed with some great customer service. They close at 5:00 but took my car in anyway at five to look at it. Your average place would give you some crap excuse how you gotta come back in the morning. Reasonable price with a staff that beats most places in regards to honesty and service. Five stars for sure. I'll be back for sure!

First experience with Premium Auto. Excellent timely service replacing the ignition cylinder. I will definitely be back for additional work on my '92 pickup. The only reason for 4 stars, they kept the ignition key which in my case also opens the truck door. I called, drove back and was greeted at the door with an apology.

Horrible shop! Kept my truck for about 1 month and had it in the shop working on it for about 2 weeks. Who in their right mind would pay a mechanic for 2 weeks to work on 1 vehicle for a $160 diagnostic fee? Anyway, I was quoted almost 5k to replace one of the oil pumps that was supposedly causing the issue. Called a few other mechanics and they all assured me that what these folks told me would not be the problem. Sure enough, I towed it to a different shop, they cleaned out my fuel pump for $100 and my truck is now running. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Your ReviewWoke up to find my alternator not working. Seeing that I am from out of town they came in on a Saturday (day off) to get it changed out for me. I will highly recommend them to anyone. Price was great did not charge an arm and leg to get it done. Sorry guys that it was such a pain to get done. These guys are awesome me and my family are safe at home because of them.

Called them over Labor Day weekend when the water pump went out on our '09 Ford Flex. They got it in, did the very tricky repair in a timely manner and charged 1/3 of what the Ford dealership wanted to charge! We highly recommend them for all you auto repairs and maintenance!

I had a coolant leak. Asked could they get to it today the mechanic told me he would look at it and see. I needed a new hose was there about 1 hr and done . The mechanic was very nice to fit me in when they had plenty of other cars to work on . So I was very appreciative. So now I have heat again.

Charging system failure broken down, We called for help with repairs Premium Auto got our car in and repairs were turn key. Fast and honest, they could have charged me to replace the belt but saw we didn't need the extra cost. Highly recommended. 5 stars

Run, Run away as fast as you can. My truck was in twice for same problem, first time $600 and they told me I would never have that problem again. Didn't have the truck two hours and the same problem.Second time they told me $2300 and it took 3 weeks and then they charge me over $6000 and guess what next day same problem. They have a lot of excuses but don't take your truck there. If I could give less than one star I would.

Worst place to get repairs from. I WENT IN TO GET MY AC FIXED AND THEY DID NOT FIX IT THEY ONLY TOOK OUT MY FREON AND CHARGED ME JUST TO DIAGNOSE IT 170 DOLLARS FOR NOTHING REALLY.

Incredibly poor, and frustrating, experience didn't solve the issue the first time, wasted cash, had to bring it back in which they held if for nearly a month and a half, I can understand being short-handed and needing more time for the crew to get to it. However, after receiving my car from them the second time, not only is the issue still persistent, my car has been misfiring, the CEL blinking, is in gerenally worse condition than before. I understand it's not new and fancy, but it's mine and I would have appreciated not only it being fixed in the first place, but being informed of what issues the diagnostics found and how they could be resolved.

Do not use this shop. The manager is a crook. His shop tech lier. They screwed me out of $2300 replacing a part that wasn't the problem, they have had my truck for 13 weeks all together and they have been telling me it'll be Monday every week I call and just found out that they still have not looked at my truck. I call and get no answer or talk to a lady that doesnt know and promises a call back. Still no call, if you have a car here go get it, that's what I'm doing. If you go by there tell them to call me back.

They replaced an alternator in our car. Unfortunately, no one knew the part was bad and the car was left in a parking lot. They came and towed the car same day at no additional cost, and replaced the part at no additional cost to us either!They really do stand behind their work, and make it right.

Brought in my vehicle for a fuel pump and to chase & repair an electrical short. After 1 month, $1000 and a ton of phone calls they claim it was ready but the electrical short was never fixed. When I showed up to collect my vehicle the owner was cooking lunch in the middle of the shop. The owner claims to have the best automotive electrician in all of West Texas but this is obviously not the case.

I will always bring my vehicles here if I have the choice to. They know thier jobs and they are friendly to boot. Great pricing and they are quick to get things fixed up. I recommend.

Took my SUV in because it was running rough and had check engine light on. They replaced a jet, changed the oil, and fixed a fuel leak. I picked it up and the vehicle was making a knocking noise that it had not been making when it was brought in. The mechanic did not know what it was and acted like he did not care. The check engine light came back on. I would not recommend this repair shop.

Hands down the best in Odessa Midland. I can't say enough but I will never go to any other shop as long as these guys are around. They are friendly, respectful, passionate and sincere about their business.
