We have a difficult car, with outdated parts. It is hell trying to find anyone willing to work on it. Thank the heavens for Premier Car Care! They willingly took our car in and helped us solve some serious issues. Matt and Daniel have worked with us through our repairs. Beyond professional and polite, excellent customer service, and sturdy repairs to our vehicle. More affordable than our last mechanic shop. 10/10 worth the money.

As someone who works on their own vehicles, I can proudly say that premier car care does excellent work. I have taken my truck in there 5 times in 3 years due to issues I didn t feel comfortable repairing myself.Each time my truck was brought in it was thoroughly diagnosed. Matt at the service desk has always been extremely helpful and transparent with the explanation of the diagnosis, time frame and possible explanations as of why the issues may have occurred. My truck has never had to come back for a warranty repair on their behalf.I would proudly recommend this shop to anyone who is having issues with their vehicle. In fact I was recommended to bring my vehicle to them from a friend. Prices and wait times are average for the area but the customer service and repair quality is beyond excellent.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

These guys go above and beyond to ensure your vehicle is good to go and safe for road travel. Kept in contact with me while my vehicle was being worked on. Would give advice on what needed to be repaired and took advice on what I needed fixed and would like completed. I recommend Premier Car Care Center to anyone. Just keep in mind these guys are busy so your vehicle can take up to a week or more to get started on.

These guys are great. I went to their 42nd street location. Experienced enough to go straight to the problem.Reasonable in price. My chevy truck is running great again. If I don t have time to fix it myself, they are the first and only folks I will even consider touching my vehicles.Both this location, and their 42nd location keep me informed on my diagnosis and repairs.If I come in and request particular work, they do what I requested, and do it well.If for any reason other repairs or parts were needed, they ve never hesitated to clearly communicate the parts and prices, and still get it done on time.

This place wanted to charge me and my girlfriend a thousand dollars to fix my brakes. I went to another place and I was charged only a few hundred dollars. Do not go to this place. They are price gouging

Man oh Man !!!!! Wishing I would have taken before pictures so I could post after ones with it. I had the front grill on my 16 Camry looking like Frankenstein and the Engine Guard needed a miracle. YUP !!! You guessed it, that miracle came by the hands of Premier Car Care Center on 2nd Street. They are the absolute best at service, second to none in my opinion and personal experience. Within minutes they had the new guard on, the grill taken care of and out the door. So timely, so professional, and all my questions were answered on my other vehicle. Will definitely use them again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Before you make a decision on Car Care, go on and get yourself acquainted with this place and get yourself a quote. They diagnosed my Chevy. Although they arnt sure of anything they think it s a damaged wiring harness. Look I totally understand they need to get paid but cmon 525 bucks to say we think . Cut me a discount on your time if you can t solve a problem.

The guys at Premier did a fantastic job replacing the rear wheel bearing on my Toyota Tacoma. They did quality work extremely fast, and by insisting on using quality parts you can tell they look out for the best interest of the customer. You can tell they know what they are doing, and I will definitely be using them again.

My aunt came in at the recommendation from the dealership. It took them 3 weeks to do a diagnostic on the car just to relay the exact same information that was given to them. They charged her almost $200 and took 3 weeks to litterally do nothing. I highly do not recommend this shop.

This is my friendly competitor. I don't consider any other shops in town to be competition. This is where I recommend anyone to go if we are too busy to take there vehicle in. Very professional and friendly people.

Took my Raptor in after sitting at the Ford dealership for 3 weeks with an incorrect diagnosis and was fixed up in a couple days, I have also had my family's cars in as well. I have Walter building my 64 Falcon and am beyond happy with the progress. If you want your vehicle repaired correctly and get a fair price take it to these guys.

I took my truck in for repair under my insurance because it needed a front axle and some suspension work. When I received the truck back the axle they used was really rusted and the truck would shake from the front end traveling at highway speeds. I opened the housing and the oil was milky and metal shavings came out. I took it back and told them about the issues I had found and the guy stated "its normal for front differentials to have metal shavings" then I asked him so why is the oil milky then? He replied "one of my techs just forgot to check it before they installed it on the truck". They swore the internal parts of the differential were up to par. They also charged me for the left rear leaf spring and installation at a total of $516.44. I looked under my truck and they did not even replace it, all they did was move the leaf spring back into place with the rest. We told the service rep about these problems and all he told me is that everything on the service ticket was done to the vehicle.If There was something lower than one star that's what I would rate it. The guy I had to deal with was pretty rude when I told him about the issues I had found. My issues were never resolved. If you want things done right do not go to this place.

Took our company Van's here and had a battery stolen. Supposedly replaced parts and empty gas almost every time we had them work on them. Will say that after Steven took over management he seems to care about the customers better. The former manager was the problem and the thing that I wished we got out of the new management change was that they would overlook all the repairs that were supposedly done to make sure that they did replace the things they said they did.

Steven is the kindest , sincerest service advisor I have ever came across. It s frustrating when your having issues with your work trucks but Steven always handles it with a great attitude. Premier is truly blessed to have this man working them. Game Changer

Brought my 1994 Ford Lightning in with an AC issue. They had it diagnosed and repaired the next day. Also found a relay that wasn't working correctly and replaced it. The AC has been wonderful during this hot summer.

Had an issue with the driveline on my welding truck. I thought these guys did a good job on my truck. Found out they didnt balance the driveline and the small leak at the transfer case i asked about that they said was nothing turned out to be a bad seal that blew fluid all over the place. Found that problem after driving two states. Now the trucks at another shop getting a new tranfer case because these guys didnt want to deal with. Would not recommend dealing with them

So far these people are doing everything they can to fix this problem. They are good hardworking people. They need to not tell people that their vehicle will be ready on Mon. And we still don't have it on Thurs. night. I totally understand about Murphy's Law, but don't say the car will be ready on a certain day and it's 4 days later and the car is still not ready.

Had the heater core replaced and when they removed the dash to install the new one my outside cab light and my rear view mirror did not work I called and talked to service and because I had left and went to east texas to work they will not pay for it to be fixed. They did not plug the harness back up Inside the dash. They refused to reimburse me the 185.00 labor to have the dash taken back out and fix it. It was an honest mistake but they should own up to it.

Just got a quote for $302.00 to change my fuel filters. That is with me providing my own fuel filters. I have changed these filters myself it can be done in 30 mins for both filters. Wow that is $604.00 an hour for labor. What a scam this company has going on labor.

2013 Ram 2500, called to get a price for a new ignition switch, key fob and program it they said 1,000 dollars, went to the dealer and got the ignition switch, key fob and had it all programmed for 525 out the door, and that s the dealer!!! Pays to shop around!

First and foremost if you are looking for good care when it comes to your vehicle then you absolutely need to bring your vehicle to Premier they have been so amazing and helpful

They SUCK they ve worked on my car twice and not even three months later it s having the same problems and they charged over $1200 and used refurbished parts without even asking if I would want that !!!!! Never will go here again !
