The level of service I received was top notch. My 07 GMC had a check engine light on and it turned out to be an easy fix. The staff I spoke with both visits were all down to earth and never talked to you like your stupid.

Absolutely amazing experience at this location. I ve gotten quite a few oil changes from other Midas locations & this one by far has been the best experience. They went above and beyond to help service my car and accommodate me . You don t come across customer service like this very often anymore. If i could leave 10 stars i would ! :)

Very disappointed with midas service in Odessa TexasWe made an appointment for an oil change for our expedition, we planned the day for weeks, not going to work by example, we dropped off the vehicle by 11:35, we decided that instead of waiting in the lobby we could go to walk around and do some shopping in the nearby stores, it was 1:30 and no news from midas, weird, because usually they do around one hour, so we went back and the service wasn't done, so I asked for my keys because was 2:00 p.m. and we needed to pick up the kid from schoolIt was not an apology or sorry ma'am or explanation, nothing!!I lost my time, money and no service for my vehicleWe do a lot of business with Midas around the country, for our service trucks, so not anymoreVery disappointed with MidasJiffy lube has better tire, oil and brakes services, by faaaarrAt least they call you when they are delaying for whatever reason the service

Had my truck towed to them and I couldn't figure out why it didn't run. They were able to solve the issue and tell me exactly what happened to it. The service and hospitality are above and beyond!!

Took my heavy duty truck in for brakes and tires. The first time in, everything went well, and everyone was professional. The next day, my brakes were squealing and the TPMS was throwing a code. I took my truck back up to the shop, and they fixed the issues. No hassles, no attitudes, no BS hoops. They just honored their work and took care of their clientele. That alone is superbly impressive for this day and age. I absolutely recommend doing business here.Services: Tires, Brakes

They got me in in about 30 minutes after arriving for an oil change. The gentlemen who work there are friendly, courteous, respectful, & caring. I would recommend any & all friends to these guys for work on their vehicles.

I was very pleased from the first phone call. They were very informative. They squeezed me in and had diagnosed my car by early afternoon. Explained to me what my options for repair were, told me my options for payment. Helped me with the one that I chose and got my approval within a short time. Let me know about when it would be ready today. Finished it 2 hours early. Have my car back to me cleaner then I left it. Made sure I understood the repairs and payment plan. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I highly reccomend them. My air conditioning works better then new. Very very pleased!!!

I went to Midas to get my brakes fixed and fix a water leak they replaced my front rotors my front brake pads and my water at outlet valve housing total cost was over $800 my brakes worked fine but I still have a water leak. These guys are outstanding and I do good work I just don t know what happen today and why I still have a water leak

Took my wife's Toyota Camry to Midas to be aligned and initially they said it would cost 160.00. So cool. Gave them the keys went to work. Got off at 5 went to pick the car up and they said it wouldn't be until 6 before it's done. Mind you the car was still in the spot I left it at 7:30 AM. So minutes later they bring the car in the shop. Minutes after that they came tell me some B.S about needing some bolts and it would now be 330.00!!! I took the car and left. Went to Forrest Brothers on 8th Street and they charged me 140.00!!! No extra part's problem!!! Midas isn't trustworthy! You've Beeb warned.

Super over priced! Horrible work. They replaced my wifes ac fan and refilled the freon. Charged over 700 dollars. I asked how much to change out the evaporator on my truck. Quoted me 1800....HELL NO! Ill never go to midas again

I went to Midas ar I und 7:45. I spoke with a gentleman named Carlos. He was a wonderful help. He got me in and fixed all of my issues on my work truck in a great time. I got my truck back the same day. They let me know what was going on each step of the way. Each person was friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of the questions that I had. I will definitely be bringing my work truck back here again. These guys are the best in West Tx.

Nick & Edward we re beyond helpful and kind. This shop put new struts,shocks and a new set of tires on my car plus an alignment for half of what I was expecting to pay. Thank you guys for caring for my girl just as much as I care of her. Her ride is just as smooth and quiet as she was the day I brought her brand new. Thank you!Will be going back to this shop to get a tune up just as soon as I get back in Texas

Staff was rude and mocked me as I tried to explain how particular I am about my rare vehicle. I should have told them to stop then. They then did not give my vehicle the attention it deserves as a highly valuable and rare antique. 3 guys took on the simple one man task of installing my tires, joking around laughing chatting, snacking, not paying attention to the very important task, which lead to my tire almost falling off shortly after leaving, my family and I almost died on the freeway and it caused over $1,000 of damage in which they ve refused to accept responsibility for. I ve been stranded in a parking lot for 4 days now and the manager Carlos will not return my calls or reach out to me. He also is refusing to send me the footage of my car being worked on. On top of that the shop was a disaster, getting two flats while traveling cross country I had no choice but to trust my formerly preferred chain to install tires for me. I have been a professional mechanic for over 10 years and the state of that workshop was a sure recipe for poor work. Scrap metal and old parts belongs in bins or parts cars, not piled around the shop overflowing into the lot and workspaces. A quality mechanic sweeps his workspace after every job, the shop floor was practically dirt. The parking lot was littered with scrap metal bits, brake clips, backing plates, screws, nuts, bolts all over the place, while waiting for my car to be finished I spent my time sweeping the ground outside the bay so none of my new tires were punctured backing out. I will never recommend a Midas to anybody again.Service: Tires

Window regulator and motor needed replacing. Was able to get in the following morning. I brought the part with me to replace, but it ended up not fitting properly. The service advisor made every effort to locate the part and worked with me on price. I applaud their efforts. Next time i need repair or maintenance on my vehicle, they will be my first call.

They got me in and out within the time frame they promised. Other than the lack of oil change sticker on my windshield and the fact that my oil dipstick was not pushed in all the way I would have given them a hundred out of a hundred!! they did really well and I would definitely recommend and i will go back again! Thank you you for taking care of my oil change & safety inspection!

Not very sure what to think this time. Because last time it went perfect when they were dealing with an old vehicle. However, this time when bringing a new vehicle it was said to me that it would not be touch since they won't work the engine internally. But what is funnier is that none of that was asked to be done but only to diagnose a leak. And when I went to pickup my vehicle my key was handed to me with no explanation of where was the leak or nothing. Then...a pause!!!! So I dared to ask it seemed like. Me: " So...? Did you find the leak?..." Attendent: " Oh yeah it was between the head cap and the middle of the engine...but we don't do anything with that...you need to take it to the dealer...". I didn't ask to fix anything just to find the leak but the car key was handed to me with a thank you and have a good day.... and that is it. I am not sure honestly if it was good or bad. It was just not very clear what was done or not done that day. I have not been charged though...maybe at least that was coherent I guess. Make your own decision on that one folks. Midas is a good brand...but sometimes in many settings it all comes down to the costume service handed to you that day and that is what makes the final difference.

They do the job well but the main guy at the desk is rude and needs some classes in customer service. He ignored me most of the time. I may be a woman but I m not stupid. If they can't get it done in a timely manner, I think they should communicate that. I drop it off by 9 and by 10:45 they haven't called me back with a quote yet. They close at 12pm. So it wasn't happening today. I just went and got my car back. It looks like the competition will be changing my brakes and tires today.
