I was attended to promptly but after telling them the correct tire size I needed the tire tech assessed it with the wrong size and quoted me wrong I price. Thankfully the gentlemen helping me I believe his name was Jesse, offered me a small discount and helped me through out it all.. they were only 2 people working so short staffed for sure. But it did take about 1 hr and 20 mins in waiting for 1 tire.

Firestone scheduled an appointment for me to receive a brake check here for 10 AM Tuesday. The appointment was confirmed by e-mail. However, when I showed up, I was told they did not have a technician who worked on brakes. They referred me to their Andrews Highway location... and it went just as well...left a review for them as well. 24 mile trip waste of time.

I came here at 7am on a Saturday morning. I was taken care of really well. They have great customer service. I received an oil change, new wipers blades, brake pads and rotors and a new filter. Thank you firestone!

Terrible! I had a container and a bag of things in my back seat that were gone through and am now missing belonging. Things in those containers were out and the container was broken. There is no reason any of my things to be gone through for a tire rotation where I left my lug nut key in the front cup holder so there was no need for searching.

I scheduled an appointment and been here for two hours while there is only two cars in the garage. Worst & slowest service in odessa. Discount Tire is 10x better!

When you blow a tire, it obviously disrupts your trip. Jesse worked his schedule to get us 6 tires despite being one of only two people in the shop. While we lost time on our trip, Jesse helped us get back on the road faster than I expected for a walk-in appointment.

So I bought tires back in August 2022 and also purchased the warranty for them. Then in January 2023 I got a flat and went back to have it fixed. They honored the warranty and fixed it with no issues, but I waited for almost 3 hours when I was the first one in that morning. I wish I would have been told it would take so long, I would have just gone somewhere else.

Came in for a flat, Waited forever, they took the wrong tire off. Then they tried to sell us 3 tires that werent needed. And a sensor that wasnt needed either. Took 3 hours for nothing.

I have read all the reviews and found out that most are because of time it takes to get something done. I agree, this place is ridiculous. I had made an appointment for front end alignment (which was free with a voucher from the company I bought the tires from) for 11:00am, 6 hours later and it isn t ready yet. I won t be going back and waste my time, if you can t do the job in a timely manner then don t make appointments. I could understand if I just showed up and wanted it done but clearly these people don t grasp the concept of appointments . Secondly, my new tires are directional and we re mounted by a different company so Firestone asked if I wanted them mounted correctly, of course I do, also they said the air filter needs replaced, yes replace it $145 later it got done. That price is just for remounting the rear tires and a new filter. I m not a happy customer.Service: Wheel alignment

1st things 1st..dont tell them you're from out of town!!!...2nd they tell us we need 4 tires when we just went in to fix a slow leak.i could write a whole bible but you get my point..sorry bad customer service.

Made an appointment for 330 for an oil change. I'm still here at 532. Just finished checking out. The employee who said his name was Matt put the call he was making to get my vehicle released on hold to go outside and meet someone. There is no reason this should've take 2 hours. From now on I will be going to take 5 and spending the 15 minutes there.DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME.Service: Oil change

I took my car into Firestone on Tuesday for an oil change and a overall check. Well, they called me and said I needed to change my battery that my old one failed a test. So I went ahead and did it. They changed the air filter as well. I went to go pickup my car. I payed $276.00 for everything they did. On Friday my car was and park the car just died on me. I had problem getting it to start again. Once I got it back on we headed back to Firestone. I told them what happened the assist manager named Benny said don t worry I will take care of you and personally look at your car. He came and gave me another battery and he said your car is leaking oil on your engine. He said you might want to leave it here so we can see what s going on. I left it Friday, Saturday, Sunday and half of Monday. I called Monday afternoon they still haven t even looked to see why my oil was leaking onto the engine. I was outraged went up there and told them I need my car back. I had another mechanic with 30th something years of experience that my brother-in-law knows look at it. He took it with him he said that he had to change the oil out again because they had overfilled my oil this is why it was leaking out. He said my oil pan was loose and the screws were just hanging on they did not screw in my oil pan right. I called to Firestone and I told the manager Seth and he is going to give me refund on my oil change. I would NOT recommend taking your vehicle here. They don t have a clue what they are doing at all! I will be taking my car to Honda for oil changes and other services. Where they know what they doing.

What is the point of posting Holiday hours if you will not abide by it? Just got off work to a flat tire and it says they will be open to 4pm. Walked in at 12:30 and told they are closing at 1pm.

I came to have a new tire installed on a loose wheel but they told me that I couldn't get it installed because it wasn't a tire that I purchased from them. We'll that's funny because the Firestone on west county installs it, no questions asked. They just happened to be closed on Sundays due to their new schedule so I came to this one on 8th street thinking it wouldn't be an issue to have it fixed. Welp guess I was wrong. Won't come to this location anymore. And I wasn't about to pay an additional $100 for a tire that's obviously $100 cheaper online. Your chances are better on West county, BUT they are always busy so you might want to get there early.

Tried convincing me that I came in with a check engine light on. Even so far as to try and deflect that my wife said it was on (she didn't, because it wasn't). Turned out it was just from them disconnecting the battery while they worked; the check engine light went away within 15 minutes after leaving the shop. Next time just admit that it came on after your work but you were unable to check the code.UPDATE: Part of this visit was to also check my brakes and make recommendations. Well they didn't call me about it but instead only told me when I was picking up the vehicle. They recommended full replacements for front and back pads/rotors, as well as the shocks. I asked for a quote and was told at least 1800. I didn't accept it and I'm glad I didn't. I took my car to the firestone in midland and they did not recommend the back brakes be replaced. They also saw that the bearings for my wheels were bad. The midland location also regularly communicated to me concerns and included recommendations. After my experience between these two stores, I can say two things. 1.) Not all firestones are the same. & 2.) Avoid the 8th street firestone.

Once again this place is coming up with excuses for there poor quality of service. This time it was that they dropped the ball. Last time was new employees. I was told around a 3 hour wait to have a tire repaired (slow leak) so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I understand a lot of business in the area are short handed. But after 5 hours my tongue was bleeding from holding it. When I asked about my status they were looking for a brake job. "WTF" Then they tried to use the we had to wait for approval excuse, Enterprise had approved the tire repair 2hrs after I got here. The problem I see is they try to work on the larger jobs and just SIT on the smaller ones.In other words VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. But that's just my opinion. If you do come here be ready to leave your vehicle here or use a sick day. (Or two) guaranteed, you'll be here a lot longer than they quote you.

A couple weeks ago, I took my 2014 Chevy 1500 for a front wheel alignment and oil change. They did oil change just fine but couldn't do alignment due to computers not working. They knew this before I left my truck with them because I was told they've been waiting on a new computer for a few months now. They could've said something instead of waisting my time. But they suggested I take truck to another Firestone shop. I asked if they'd communicated with any of their sister shops about setting up alignment. I was told they don't communicate with any of themSo a week later I took truck to Andrews hwy Firestone location. Told them I took truck to 8th street location a week ago and said they couldn't help me with alignment. So I asked if they're computer was operational. They said yes, so I left my truck with them. Later, I received a call from them. They said truck needs additional work before they can set alignment. Upper and lower ball joints need replaced, struts and shocks need replaced. Needs new front tires. I said ok , so I asked for estimate. $2600!!. Ridiculous!! I said no! I'll come pick up the truck. So I went to purchase tires for front then I took to another alignment shop around 4:30 to get an estimate. They said they had time to do right there and then for $100. Would take 30-45 minutes. I said ok, get it done. Half hour later, my truck was driven up to me. Said, gotcha done boss. But the did recommend to have sway bar bushings to be replaced when I couldn't. Would be around $200. I said when I have free time to take it back, I would.Now this is a far cry from 2600!! Needless to say, Will not be doing business with Firestone again.

We came in behind multiple other customers. As soon as they had our van up, we where out in as little as 15-20 mins for oil change. A little pricey but good service and good work = good overall experience. Will go back in future

Walked in to get oil change. I asked if they took coupon for discount code I have. Guy looked at me like I was complete idiot. He did manage to complain about how they are understaffed and it will take 2 hours. I said that's fine. I said ok do you want to do the oil change? The guy just sat there staring at me like he didn't understand me. Both service advisors standing there really acted like they didn't want to service my vehicle.I was like you know what I will go back to Toyota dealership and pay more and know it will get done right. I went to Toyota dealership I pulled up they greeted me and I gladly paid $30 more to have my vehicle serviced. The Toyota dealership appreciates my business so I will continue to give it to them.

They charged me $165 in labor to replace a fuel filter. It is a 20 minute job. What a rip off. I went to Kwik Lube and had it done last time and the total ticket for oil change and fuel filter was $240.... At Firestone $437. What a rip off will not be back. They also recommended to replace 2 tires that had 20k miles on them. What a joke.

The service writer Richy set me up with an oil change and four new tires at a good price, he was professional and courteous as well as having everything ready for my appointment. Would definitely recommend this location.
