Customer service at its finest. Our first interaction was a phone call with a question/issue with our used Mahindra tractor where they didn t hesitate to help. That initiated a trip to look at a new, smaller Mahindra tractor. Gavin and his team were top notch. They were patient with my many questions and gave us a great deal. The tractor was delivered with care by Ricky within 2 hours of purchase. He answered more questions and gave another tutorial. Super impressed and highly recommend.

I took my cub cabet their three times and they didn't fix it and I bought it brand new they tried to tell me I guess cause I was a woman not to let my deck up and down like I was slow they couldn't fix a tanka truck and their customer service suck3d

Bought a small tractor. Was easy and quick. Very helpful people. Even delivered tractor to my house. When they said it would be delivered. Even delivery guy was great walked me through tractor operation. If you need a tractor this is a great place to go.

I bought a 4025 from j5 tractors...had lots of trouble with it ,like front wheels falls off 4 times ..warrenty covered it for first 5 years but after warrenty ended, the front wheels are still falling off. Mahindra is not a dependable and reliable tractor......one week later front wheel falls off again. The new bolt that j5 tractors installed broke off. This new bigger bolt was supposed to be better but it broke. If you buy a mahindra tractor you will have contually trouble with it.

Richard Johnson was great to do business with! He was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and to the point! No smoke & mirrors, or hidden fees! If your looking for a great dealer & a great tractor lol no further than J5! My wife and I couldn t be more pleased! We just purchased our first tractor the 3650 Mahindra with implements & a trailer! Can t wait to get started on the food plots!

Had my lawn mower in the shop 5 times because I couldn't get the entire yard cut before it would backfire and die. I finally fixed it myself after spending several hundred dollars for nothing and replaced parts that weren't the problem. It was a rubber gasket in the gas cap that was crumbling into the fuel tank and contaminated the gas!

Took our tractor there to be repaired. It had 20ish hours on it. They say they left the key on and now it has over 50 hours. They put more hours on it than I did. I took over two months for them to fix the tractor too. I won't be going back nor would I buy off them.

Several years ago purchased 100s Mahindra. Throughout warranty period tractor had numerous visits to shop normally lasting much longer than a month. Warranty work, scheduled maintenance and maintenance after warranty has been absolutely unacceptable at this dealership. The Mahindra brand is also a must stay away from. Bought this tractor to be my last to take into retirement and the aggravation inflated by the terrible service will take me to my grave early instead. 58K new 130 hours and J5 Offered 25K to end my pain. STAY AWAY FROM J5 & MAHINDRA.

Very e expensive and other things I'd rather not talk about ? Parts more less for tractor in labor ridiculous. Other then that it's a good place thanks..
