Went on Saturday at 11 am and the gates were locked!! This is a horrible time not to be open since a tornado just came through our community 1 week ago! Not only is it inconvenient it cost me extra money as I had rented a trailer to haul a bunch of debris and trash there!!! Now I must also be late to work to unload and return the trailer! The sign at the gate states Saturday 8-12.

1-7-23 Saturday at 11:00am closed. we checked website for hours it said open until 11:30am. hauled our load from Texarkana found gates locked but sign read open Saturday until 12:00 noon. now we have to drive to Arkansas to dispose of trailer load of debris. costing most importantly our TIME, money for gas, food, dumping fees, pets being caged at home for extended hours, etc. PLEASE list closed Saturdays on all your digital sites and on landfill sign. not the way to run a business. waste MGMT. I thought you were better than this. MOST INCONVENIENT. VERY FRUSTRATING when it's an easy fix.

BEWARE..it would be MOST wise to call ahead of time before you haul your load out to this site. We were surprised one Saturday when the gates were locked and no one was answering our calls. NO notice posted. We were SOL until we contacted the landfill in Mt. Pleasant. Lucky for us because we didn't mind the longer drive and paying $18.00 for the dump vs. $60.00.

Couldn t find anywhere to drop off an old mattress so I was referred to the landfill in new Boston. I told the woman all I had was the single mattress so she weighed my truck and trailer with and without the mattress. She didn t say a word about the price so I expected to pay 5-10$.. she charged 30 dollars for a single mattress and then ignored me when I tried to ask her about it. It was probably my mistake assuming there would be fair pricing but some common courtesy would be nice.

Out of the last four weeks, they have only picked up my trash 2 times. Yet they still charge for all four weeks. They have increased their fees a lot!Service: Trash removal & disposalService: Trash removal & disposal

Turns out they re open every other Saturday. Will head there tomorrow to see how the process goes.

Its Sat May 2, 2020 you guys say you are open on google but you are closed when we get to the site when you are supposed to be open and with no reason for closure.
