Went to try and find a map light/sunglasses holder to add to a car that didn't come with one. The guy at the desk told me he couldn't help me unless I was as looking for a specific vehicle and that I wasn't allowed to look around their lot. Thankfully, there are other places that are reasonable. Ended up finding what I needed at Roy Miller's in Princeton instead.It's a shame too, because it looked like they had a couple of sets of wheels and tires that I would have liked to pickup as well, but I will not be returning to this yard.

Got a great deal!!! They had exactly what they said! Pulled, and clean to. In, and out in 5 minutes. Very friendly people.

I used to like this place, but the customer service is terrible and its the owner that doesn t know how to speak to people and cussed me and my grandpa on the phone.

Awesome service Abdul was so friendly, and courteous. Providing fast service very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been to a lot of salvage yards and Import is so very clean. No odors, no grease, or dirt. The 2 items purchased were their great and I'm going back next Monday to buy additional items. They're not close to me, but well worth the drive, with the service, and products provided.

Spoke with a Afghani salesman, forgot his name. One of the nicest people I have ever dealt with strictly over the phone making purchases, one of the most pleasant transactions I've had. Definitely coming back for more parts because of the friendly service, great prices and great quality parts!!!!

Quick and speedy shipping, small mishap happened to where a small piece was missing from one of my items but I let them know and they quickly found said piece and shipped it over to me. 10/10, would buy from them again. Communication was a1 throughout entire buying process.

I needed a column switch for my 99 Montero and these guys came through for me. It shipped the same day via USPS and arrived 3 days later. Their prices for shipping are pretty dear, but it was well protected and boxed. In fact the shipping was $15 more than the cost of the switch or a total of $35 for shipping and handling. I would have given the full 5 Stars but for the shipping cost.

I needed a brake light socket for my Acura. The places I called didn't have it. Parts places could even get it. It was one of those dealer only parts. One of the places I called suggested Import Salvage, so I called them. At first, the man said he didn't haveit, but asked me to wait a minute and came back after a while saying he had the entire unit in his hand for $25.00. I told him to hold it for me. I drove from Plano to Nevada.When I got there, he had it sitting on the counter. It was well worth the gasoline anddrive there. I would recommend them. They had a very reasonable price for the part.I will call them first the next time I need a part for this car.

Got an engine from here for a Mini Cooper s. After finally getting the car put back together with Covid delays I come to find out the engine has a bad oil level sensor, bad crank position sensor, bad oil pump, bad intake solenoids ect costing more than I paid for the engine that supposedly only had 55k on it. Worst part was with all the delays it was after their 30 day warranty
