The guys that work there are great especially Mike, they get the work done quick so you can go about your day. They will let you know if there are other issues with your vehicle but they do not pressure you to do the upsell. Great place to do business in navasota.

Guys here are great! Took our to the dealership for repairs and was messed over so many times. These guys were straight forward and explained what they needed to do and an estimate before they did any work. Fast as well! Highly recommend

My experience with Autotrust was great. Very friendly and great service. I appreciated the fact that I was shown the problem my car had and not just telling me about it. I now have a car that is safe to drive and would trust them again to maintain my car if needed. Thank you.

I always dread inspection time but auto trust was quick and painless today! After having two appointments cancelled by other businesses I walked into auto trust and walked out 20 minutes later with my inspection done and some new wipers I desperately needed. Sadly I will no longer be getting my oil change here, they have told me 2 times my wiper fluid was refilled and it was a lie. I had thought my windshield fluid was messed up so I took it to another mechanic shop and it was working great just dry as a bone, they have never refilled it which is included in the oil change!! So now I drive to college station for my oil changes a place I can trust. Not to also mention the hour wait which I was fine with until I realized they were lying to me about my wiper fluid.

Luis and Alfredo treated me right. Gave me a great deal all around and made my truck drive straight again. They looked at my suspension to make sure it was all in good condition, then gave it an alignment. Alfredo diagnosed the problem right away and got us our car back the same day. Were very fair on pricing, too! We will definitely use Autotrust again and send them referrals. Very happy to find them

I wish it can rate lower Don't come here if you do.Make sure they write out everthing they suppose do before letting them work on your vehicle please don't do any prices and agree with over the phone because they word against your don't Trust AutoTrust

Loved these guys! Fair in price, honest, and great customer care. Conor, Mike, and Jonathan, thank you so much for all you guys did for me! I will definitely return if and when, I need any work done on my truck and I've told all my friends to go here as well. So happy with them. I can't get over how professional and kind they were! Best place to go compared to anyone else in Navasota OR Brenham!

Went in to get an oil change and to have my a/c recharged. They blew out an a/c line and then told me it would be $85 to run a diagnostic and then $300 to replace the line. This would be in addition to any other problems they found. I just was charged $170 for an oil change and my vehicle was damaged. I looked up the price for the line they want to charge me $300 for and it is $32. I was told a manager would be calling me the next day to discuss what happened with my vehicle. I never was called. I finally called and was spoken to by an extremely rude person who said he was a manager. Rafael. I asked him his name and position and he said it doesnt matter and i dont need to know. Do not go to this business. They will damage your vehicle. Avoid this place at all cost.Service: Oil change

It was frustratingly hot Texas afternoon. I had been driving for hours and was almost to my place of residency when my AC ceased to function. This technical issue has intermittently plagued my Ford Escape for many a fortnight. I frantically called all local mechanics which conveniently were closed. And then like a sign from God, I spotted Autotrust in my line of sight. I rang the establishment on my cellular device. Only to my chagrin, the polite employee informed me that the technicians had taken their leave for the day. After relating my issue over the phone, however, the gentleman heard my distress and instructed me to bring the automobile in so he could give his personal opinion. Within an instant, my hero walked out of the charming automotive repair shop and diagnosed my problem immediately as a faulty blend door actuator. Needless to say, I will consider naming my first born child after this saint in a black button down work shirt. Best regards.

One of the best shops you can go to this is their second location and over all offer the same service as their Montgomery location very knowledgeable staff and technicians... best place to get an alignment and or overall any service for your vehicle
