Professional, trustworthy and great customer service. They ordered my back window, got it delivered the next day and put it in without any issues. No hidden charges, just straightforward. Employees were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They had me in and out before I knew it. The receptionist name is Brandy, give her a call when you need work done. I reccomend using them.

Wonderful experience. Asked for a quote through the website and got a reply the next business day. When I called the shop to make an appointment I was set up for the very next morning. Dropped my suburban off in the morning and left to run some errands. They called me after a short time and I was ready to go.The price was a lot lower than I expected, and was cheaper than any other quote I had gotten elsewhere. Hope to not need them again, but if I do I will definitely be using them!Service: Auto windshield replacement

They had decent communication for a while, came to our cabin and quoted it. We confirmed and the guy said he ordered the glass. Didn t hear anything since then, I have been texting, I called their office and the lady had no idea what was going on. Said she would call me back as well. Haven t heard from anyone, just started ghosting us. If you are on a time crunch and depending on a company to follow through, looks somewhere else. Disappointing to say the least.

Amazing service and quality and very friendly. Payton did an amazing job with tinting my windows on my Edge and the vista moon roof. Let me watch how it is done and just a very nice down to earth gentleman. Mrs. Brandy in the front office is a total sweet heart too.

The fix my windows for a much better price than the other places I called. There was a small issue with the inside of my vehicle but brandy was very professional and eager to make it right which she did. I would definitely recommend Texarkana Glass.

Let me tell you, as a dealer, I deal with cars with broken glass on a weekly basis. I trust Texarkana Glass above all others. Great work, great prices, help with pickup and delivery! Top notch all the way. (And this isn't based on one or two experiences- DOZENS!)

We indirectly dealt with them through the seller of our current home. A couple windows were cracked. First window was repaired quickly. Had to wait almost 3 months for the second window. This entire time they never contacted us (our Realtor had personally visited multiple times for them to contact us). On both window replacements, we were never informed they were on their way to replace. We were also never present whenever they showed up.Maybe with prior notice (ie: a phone call) I would be slightly more comfortable with someone removing/repairing windows at my house, but this was just ridiculous. I only noticed the window had been replaced because the blinds had been knocked around...I wasn't the traditional customer, but I've seen enough to know that I will never deal with this company in the future.

My wife was travelling to the area and stayed at hotel where our truck was broken into. I called on a Saturday morning and although the warehouses were all closed and the glass couldn't be fixed immediately, this company went above and beyond. He came to the hotel, leaving his family camping at the lake, and cleaned up the glass and put crash plastic over the window. While he was working on this he lent my wife his vehicle to allow her to make an appointment. He met her where she was supposed to be that morning and traded vehicles. And, to top it all off, he wouldn't let us pay.It's not often you find customer service of this caliber. I may never his services again as we live several hours away, but I hope by way of this review others will take advantage of the excellent customer service and it will generate more business for him in the future.

I hit a goose at interstate speed on a Sunday morning. Scoobie came to Hooks , Texas and helped me . He secured my vehicle and got my wife and I to a hotel . The next morning my windshield was replaced and we were on our way. He and his employees turned and terrible experience into a good one.

You can't beat scoobie when it come to glass. Windshields to custom shower enclosures, they do some of the best work around here.
