Great service and help. My wife s car transmission had started leaking and it s a sealed transmission, so no dipstick to check the level. So it was recommended that we don t drive it. So we left it as advised. Robins were able to lease us a car to use till it was finished with repairs. So we weren t without a car during repairs. Thank you Robins Toyota.

We bought our Toyota from Robbins at the end of February. Brand new off the trucks beautiful 2023 Camry. The salesmen were amazing but services on the other hand has been nothing but trouble. They told me they would call to set up an appointment for my window tint (which I was paying for) it took them a month to set up an appointment. Then when said appointment came around I drove the hour there (with a screaming toddler) for them to call me as I m pulling into the parking lot (5 minutes before said appointment) and cancel my appointment. I then walked in and set up a new appointment for about 2 weeks out. Arrived at that appointment and told it would take 45 minutes to an hour (no big deal) 4 and half hours later I m calling to see what the status of my car was for them to say it took longer because we had to restart the window tint due to dirty windows mind you most windows tints you clean the window prior to doing the tint. When arriving to pick up my car there is bubbles and cuts in the tint. So I walked inside and the lady pulled someone out to look at it. The person pulled said the sun will pull all those bubbles out within 30 days which is not true one and two the sun doesn t do anything for the cuts in the tint. Now my 30 days are up and I still have bubbles and cuts all in my tint and I absolutely dread calling Toyota services in Texarkana to tell them once again I will have to make the hour trip for them to redo the service again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Robbins is a great place to get get your vehicle serviced. Ramiro does a great job of keeping me updated on my vehicles and when they are ready. I always know it will be fixed right and ready to go.

Watched a service person go above and beyond. Customer was hard of hearing and having a difficult time. He patiently tried to explain,then he went back and took picures of her car to help her understand.

I highly recommend Tyler at Toyota Maintenance! I had to bring in my infant son with me, and Tyler communicated with me each step of the way to keep me updated on time change, potential costs, upgrades, etc. thank you Tyler!

Had a service call to repair something on my vehicle that I thought was the problem. Turned out it was something minor and was inexpensive. Very honest service department. Robbins Toyota always has been great for me!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I own a 2018 Toyota CH-R. Bought it brand new from Robbins Toyota. On Wednesday November 17, 2021, my car wouldn't start. My husband who is pretty handy attempted to fix the problem. He initially thought it was a fuse assembly that sits on top of the battery. He called Robbins Toyota and spoke with a service technician and described the part that he needed. He picked up the part on Thursday, November 18. 2021. When my husband compared the new part to the part that he removed from the car, it was determined the parts were not identical. Luckily we did not need that part. Our problem was a 10 Amp fuse and a bad battery. We went to Robbins Toyota to get a refund from the $69.00 part. The service manager, Ms. Laray (sorry if I misspelled your name) wanted to charge us a restocking fee of $12.00. We advised Ms. Laray that the part we received and the part that is on our vehicle are different and we would not have been able to use the part. We got nowhere with Ms. Laray and asked to speak with her manager. She left and returned a short time later and agreed to refund our money without a restocking fee. She continued to have a nasty attitude throughout. Note to Toyota: when a customer calls in to request a part, have your technicians verify if the parts have changed their configuration, how is the customer to know this. Hire and promote people that have common sense and know how to treat a customer.
