Great people! They helped us out while we were broke down on the side of the road on a road trip. They replaced our alternator to get us back on the road the same day.

Ray and his crew have always treated my daughter and I with great service. His prices are on par with others in the area but it his personal touch and attitude that have made him our regular automotive guru.

I was traveling from Houston to Mississippi when my lower ball joint gave out about a mile from Barret's. They got the part and got me on the road in just under two hours. They are very fair with the prices. Nicest people you could meet as well I would highly recommend!

Raymond is very awesome dude he's a straight shooter and he's very honest I recommend anybody having car problems just go talk to him and tell him what your situation is if you have mechanical skill he can kind of point you in the right direction if you understand what to do if you don't he's not trying to rip you off by no means at all probably one of the only reliable and honest mechanics left in this town.

Would differently recommend this shop. Very helpful and honest have work on everything of mine from a small car to huge passenger van. They always busy so it is best to try to schedule with them

I would not advise anyone to darken their door will cost their not professional I asked them to put me a alternator in my car and they decided this black man couldn't afford it . So they tinkered with my old one and said I was good the next morning I couldn't start my car no power . They told me they would put a new alternator in there from the start . I told them I had the money but they said they was doing me a favor . They curse me out and told me to take my car somewhere else I don't have no one here and Nacogdoches that I can call so people beware of them .

I was traveling through Nacogdoches when my Jeep developed an engine code. I pulled into Barrett's and they were great. Got me on my way in a few minutes, PLUS...showed me some of the really fine cars they build there. These folks know their stuff and are honest and courteous. Thanks Barrett's!

I cant begin to express my appreciation for Barretts auto! Raymond took the time to identify the issues with my Mazda and made the repairs the same day. I thought my car was hopeless, but a few new spark plugs fixed it right up. I will only trust Barretts automotive with my vehicles!

I took my daughter's truck to have the air conditioner worked on and he was very courteous and honest. I recommend him for any mechanical work.
