It has been a week or so, but I wanted to compliment Daniel at this location. He changed a bulb for me, and he couldn't have been nicer! I must say, I stopped at the competition first. The young man there was also nice, but he had no idea how to remove the bulb. He tried. I thanked him for his time and headed to O'Reilly's. Next time, I go to O'Reilly's first!

Josh hooked me up with turning my rotors and brake pads on a Sunday. They were slammed also, did a great job thank you so much. Lori was also amazing thank you!!!!!

Super customer service. Went in to have my battery checked. It was dead so they replaced a new one for me. I would highly recommend them for any service.They are the best.

The gentleman at the counter was great. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. But he went above and beyond looking for a part for us. He was googling it and copied and pasted the different part numbers from eBay. He really tried to help us fund this fuel filter. But unfortunately, they or nobody had it in stock. Also, FYI, never get a mini cooper.

Best customer service ever the gentleman answered the phone got us everything we needed and we where stuck in the middle of no where and brought the parts to us after purchasing over the phone www where not close to home (3 hours) I am very thankful for him and O Reolly s for there great customer service

I've been to this store several times in the last week to gather the necessary tools, filters and fluids for servicing my new tractor. Every visit has been a pleasant experience. They've had everything I've needed and been very helpful and attentive in answering my questions.I'm certain that I will go to this store first for any auto (or tractor) supplies I need in the future.

They had what I needed but it wouldn't plug into the device. The old one broke and there may be a metal piece stuck in the plug even though I can't see anything in there

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable service rep Noni noticed water pouring out under my truck and advised me not to drive it and to call mechanic might be freeze plugs or cracked block, I called S&S auto who confirmed he was right. Damage to my truck would have been far worse had Noni not told me. Been going to O'Reilly's since they opened and always great honest service, great auto parts at a fair price. Highly recommend

I only use O'Reilly's! I used to work for them so I know the company. They always have what I need at competitive prices and if they don't, they'll get it!

I work for a company with national commercial account. We buy a lot from O'Reilly's but this location has been terrible on more than one occasion. The delivery drivers do the least required from them and still manage to screw it up. They get to the location, and don't bother looking for a place to drop off before they head out. I see that, then a quick call to the store and they say too bad, the night shift guy is going to lunch, but he hasn't even gotten to the store yet. Lazy and terrible service.

Excellent, I went there with a window issue, my front passenger window wouldn't close, I had just came back from stripes & Moore and they couldn't figure it out, so went to O'Reilly and very polite & knowledged guy named Randy came out and fixed the problem, it was a temporary fix but I was worried it would rain and water would get in. Thank you sir for your time and also for your reference on where to get it fixed.

My daughter and I were in Mineral Wells for a doctor appointment for my grandson.... hundreds of miles from home when my car decided to throw a belt. We got it to the nearest auto parts store which happened to be O'Reilly's. When I explained what my car was doing I had several guys from the store checking it out before I could barely blink. Next thing I know, there are 2 guys FIXING my car for me! The people in this store are AMAZING and they really know their stuff!! 20 minutes later we were back on the road and I haven't had a problem since. I just can't say enough good about these guys, they TRULY care about their customers and went way above and beyond their duties. I would recommend this store to EVERYONE I know (or in the area) :) N.Wilson..... WF, TX

Ridiculously expensive. Went in in for a battery. They tried to sell me one for $190. So I went to a local competitor and bought the same battery for $54. I wont shop at this expensive place again.

The star here is very helpful an realy know vehicles. In my opinion best place to gwr parts for your vehicle in town, they are very resaenable on their prices. Cheaper then the other auto parts place in town. I always com here for amything I need for my Taho.

Always helpful employees. They know what their doing. Reasonable prices that's why I go there.
