Took my car there on a Monday. Tried to call 2 days prior on a Saturday to get a quote on window tinting for my car and no one answered the phone so I booked any appointment online per their website on that Monday to take my car in. No one followed up with me to confirm the appointment (as stated on the website) so I called that Monday and relayed to the gentlemen that I had booked an appointment and if it was okay if I could still take my car in. The gentleman disregarded what I had said and stated, customers usually book appointments online. And I said Exactly, that s why I m calling because I did book an appointment online and no one called to follow up with me so I m following up. After the gentlemen said I could my car in, a family member took it there while I was working. She said there was a lady working that was being very flippant with her and told her that they don t take any appointments online and then smugly pointed out that my car had illegal tint on it. Mind you, I had gotten my car from a dealership 3 years ago with that same tint on it and had not gotten stopped for any illegal tint during this time. After the family member told the lady that I had already called up there and a guy told me to bring the car in, the family member was told that they would honor my wishes to just retint the car with a same type of tint as before. Needless to say, they did *not* honor my wishes so I guess my car is legalized. But while I do not have any issue with legalizing my car, do not state that you will honor my wishes and then do the exactly opposite. Also, i just wished that me and my family had gotten that glowing customer service that previous reviewers had gotten. Maybe it was just a bad Monday.

Pedro and Michelle have been an absolute necessity for me. They have been not only extremely helpful, but a very cordial and gotten me taken care of very quickly every single time. Pedro went above and beyond to figure out my vehicle when nobody else could I am extremely thankful and grateful for their help and so glad that it s finally fixed after three months of being towed back-and-forth to mechanics, that would not work on it or figure it out for me . Thanks again Pedro and Michelle for always saving the day.

Amazing people. Great attitude and patience..Getting things done in a timely matter. Will be back.. Plus wasn't expecting them to be open on Thanksgiving weekend. Shows they are dedicated to their customers!

I used this place back in 2019 and they were amazing. I had to come in and get new tint for my car because some glass had to be replaced and they were attentive and got me all fixed up in a timely manner! I come in often for work on my vehicle and the service is always great. Very prompt and done right. Pedro, the owner, is usually who I see the most when I come in and I can tell he cares about his business and it's customers. Used tint world twice now for 2 different vehicles. Aside from great quality work I like the that they will tint just about anything. They have tinted my day cab tractor and cascadia sleeper. Plenty of room to get truck and trailer in and out. Highly recommend

I always go to Tint World for my radio, speaker and tint needs! The staff is awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly. They are fast and all of their work is perfect, great prices too!

I am a grandmother not so tech savvy. I wanted to up grade to apple play system. Pedro was amazing. He helped me decide what I wanted and walked me through the process. Installation was timely. Pedro was patient with all my questions and helped me understand how to work everything. Awesome customer service!!

They won t install if you bring own equipment , had brand new boxed Rockford Fosgate Equipmet. Say you have to purchase equipment from them.Sounds like they just money hungry and greedy.*Update : Baldwin Electronics in Odessa will do installs of customers equipment for whom it may concern.

I got a Suntek clear bra installed at Tint World on a 2017 Camaro SS. After researching it I found the Camaro is one of the hardest cars to install the bra on, so I was nervous about it. Pedro installed the bra on Friday and on Saturday I won first place in a local car show. I asked a few people if they could tell there was a bra on the car and nobody could see it! He did a great job, gave me good customer service and I would recommend him to friends.

Let me preface this review with some background. I lived in this truck basically homeless working full time back in California where crackheads, thugs, and tweakers constantly tried to break in. She's my baby and I worry about her all day while I am working. I'm also a Locksmith and a veteran, so I take my security very seriously.Well, all the locksmiths swear by Firstech Compustar alarm systems so that's what I wanted. I asked him to get me the Compustar 7000 Pro model with the GPS tracking, 3 mile range 2 way remote, and set up actuators in my manual locking doors, remote start, door, hood, and roll up door sensors, backup camera, and change the running lights to LED and make them switchable so I could blackout while running.Pedro and team did a great job installing everything exactly how I wanted, and helped me tweak it to get it just right. It's great having drone mobile on my phone so whenever I'm away from my truck and worried about her I can check the status and location.They have the alarm powered off of my auxiliary battery bank which is solar charged, but it checks voltage on my engine battery. That way, the alarm will work even if the engine batt is disconnected. Also if it does get low drone mobile has an automatic timer option on remote start so you can start the engine from your phone and it will automatically turn off after 15 minutes to keep the battery voltage up.I lived in and loved my truck before I took it to Pedro's Tint world, but now I actually feel safe in and out of the truck and with drone mobile and the nice rechargeable remote it's great having modern security features on my 23 year old sleeper box truck.

Went here for my Intoxalock. The day I scheduled to get it out I went in early as scheduled. Since I had my baby with me and we had to wait instead of dropping off, they made sure to get my car done SO quickly. I was super impressed. I'm glad I don't have to go back for an interlock anymore but if I needed any tint or stereo stuff I would totally go here just for the service itself! Thanks Pedro!
